The purpose of this study was to develop a computer program to draft princess line onepiece dress pattern. To this study, the Turbo Pascal Compiler and the Pascal language were used. The procedures of the study were as follows: 1. A basic onepiece dress pattern was drafted by the hand operation. 2. The co-ordinate points were instituted for indication of relative position of all necessary points in drafting. Total sixty-nine co-ordinte points (front: thirty-five, back: thirt-four) were instituted. 3. The two subprograms for main program were developed to solve geometric problems and to draft straight lines and curved lines of the onepiece dress pattern. 4. The program was accomplished by putting indivisual body measurement 5. Grading fo five size was given.

기저부하조성 및 부하율 망상을 위한 심야 전력요금제도의 정착으로 최근 심야전력축열기기의 보급이 활성화되고 있다. 그러나 모든 심야전력축열기기들이 심야요금개시시간대인 22:00경에 동시에 가동됨에 따라 23:00경에 심야전력 부하가 최대에 이르러 전력피크가 발생하여 한전의 수요관리에 어려움을 주고 있다. 따라서 이 피크 부하를 심야전력 공급시간대의 저부하 시간대로 분산시킬 수 있는 심야전력기기 공급시간제어장치가 필요하게 되었으며, 이미 축열식전기보일러와 축열식 전기온수기에는 개발 보급되고 있는 실정이다. 이 논문에서는 다른 심야전력축열기기와는 달리 자연방열의 바닥축열난방방식인 축열식전기온돌의 공급시간자동제어장치 알고리즘을 실증실험을 통해서 검증하였다.

In order to know what sorts of features of neck fore may be required to make plans for tight fitting collars the neck form of young japanese women were measured three deme-nsionally using. GRASP(Grating projection System for Profiling) and plaster torso. The following results were obtained: 1. We could be known the features of neck form for tight fitting collars by using both plaster torso method and GRASP method. 2. By the BASIC language in NEC computer and EXCEL package program in macin-TOSHI computer it became possible to draft a numble of neck surface automatically there-fore we got analysis of a mass of subjects.

AIS(Automatic Identification System) is a key of maritime information system to prevent maritime accident through communication among any adjacent ship and to establish information base by fusing information collected from ships with other information. The AIS information includes various potential information, but it is not easy to use due to insufficiency storing and management. Furthermore, we need AIS transponders to acquire the information. In this paper, we propose the vessel positional information service using AIS and XML. We decode the AIS information from the NMEA-0183 encoding data and store the AIS information to the database and provide the access service in the internet using XML.

The development of electronic technology brings the advent of electronic tacheometer which measures, stores and records automatically angles and distances. Electronic tacheometer is the surveying equipment that enable the acquisition of the 3-D terrain information, construction of the database and automatic drafting of the cartographic map. This paper aims at studying the system which can produce automatically the digital cartographic map by us-ing the electronic tacheometer. For this study, cartographic maps of a region are produced by a plane table and an electronic tacheometer and these is analysed. The results of this study show that digital cartographic map by electronic tacheometer is much more accurate and efficient than cartographic map by plane table.

It is very important to protect life, property at sea and marine environments from any pollution. AIS, which has been carried out July 1st, 2002 by SOLAS ch. 5, is an communication system to enhance navigational safety by transmitting and receiving vessel information automatically. In this paper. we investigated the positive factors expected by introducing AIS. For this, ship's collision accidents were analyzed. Finally. we suggest methods to solve several problems related to operation in AIS.

The fact that the gigantic and luxurious cruise, Titanic, sank into the cold winter sea causing 1,490 casualties in 1912 resulted in discussing safety of life at sea international and Korea has adopted and operated the GMDSS to keep up with those international endeavors to decrease the number of tragic accidents at sea, However, all GMDSS equipment is making a monotonous beep sound when receiving a distress, emergency, safety and even general message so that it might contribute to lowering ship operators' cognitive abilities as well as being dull of safety precautions. So, I'd like to render great services for saving even one person by considering developing an automatic audio alarm device which allows people to respond in a prompt manner as soon as they hear an audion alarm such as a shipwreck.

최근에는 LED 조명으로 인해 조명 제어의 유연성이 높아짐에 따라 가정이나 사무공간에서 해당 공간의 목표 조도를 설정하고 현재 내부조도의 상황에 따라 자동으로 조명을 디밍하는 형태로 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 이러한 제어방식이 현재 주택용 요금제도로 운영 중인 고정요금제에서는 에너지 비용을 감소시키나, 스마트그리드에서 운영될 RTP(Real Time Pricing)에서는 요금 단계에 따라 오히려 에너지 비용이 증가될 수 있다. 이에 본 논문은 실시간 요금 단계에 따라 LED 조명의 목표 조도를 가변적으로 변화시켜 조명 에너지 비용을 최소화하고 사용자의 작업에 적합한 상황별 조도를 자동으로 제어하여 작업자에게 편리함을 제공하고자 한다. 이때 요금 단계에 따른 상황별 최저 및 최고 조도기준은 KSA 3011 및 IES를 참조하며, 최소한의 조명 에너지 사용을 위해 외부 광량을 최대한 활용하여 현재의 시간에 따라 블라인드의 Open/Close를 자동으로 서비스한다. 사용자의 상황은 PIR, Electric Powermeter, Piezoelectric 센서로부터 사용자의 위치, 가전기기 사용 유무, 착석 여부 등을 파악하고, RTP 요금에 따라 하루동안의 조명에 사용된 전력요금을 시뮬레이션한다.

본회가 주최한 제 126회 발명 교실이 지난 8월 13일 발명장려관 연구실에서 개최되었다. 매월 둘째 토요일 오후 1시 30분에 개최되는 발명교실은 이 달에도 1백여명이 참석하여 성황을 이루었다. 이날 발명교실에서는 가나식품기계대표인 이남재 사장의 성공사례발표와 김영길 변리사의 $\ulcorner$산업재산권제도$\lrcorner$ 해설에 이어 새생각회 강신묵회장의 $\ulcorner$발명의 발상기법$\lrcorner$에 대한 강의와 토론이 있었다. 발명가의 성공사례를 간추려 소개한다.
