Administration of 3 type KGCs [recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (rhG-CSF)] to mice with cyclophosphamide (CPA)-induced neutropenia for 4 consecutive days from the day after the CPA dosing (100 mg/kg) resulted in a dose dependent increase in the peripheral blood neutrophil count 6 hours after the final KGC injection. Within the KGC dose range of 0.1 to 40$\mu$g Per mouse Per day, there was a sigmoidal relationship between the logarithm of the dose and the peripheral blood neutrophil count (relative value for neutrophil count of the basal dose) in the treated mice. The sigmoidal relationship of test KGC preparations shows that there is a saturation point in terms of efficacy. Compared with e(fact of KGC-Orange, Green, and Blue, KGC-Orange recovers neutrophils more effectively than the others do.
In the current study, it is suggested that when two emotions are presented through cross-modality, such as auditory and visual, incongruence will influence arousal, recognition, and recall of subjects. The first hypothesis is that incongruent cross-modality does not only increase arousal more than the congruent, but it also increases recall and recognition more than congruent. The second hypothesis is that arousal modulates recall and recognition of subjects. To demonstrate the two hypotheses, our experiment's conditions were manipulated to be congruent and incongruent by presenting positive or negative emotions, visually and acoustically. For dependent variables, we measured recall rate and recognition rates. and arousal was measured by PAD (pleasure-arousal-dominance) scales. After eight days, only recognition was measured repeatedly online. As a result, our behavioral experiment showed that there was a significant difference between arousal before watching a movie clip and after (p<.001), but no difference between the congruent condition and incongruent condition. Also, there was no significant difference between recognition performance in the congruent condition and incongruent condition, but there was a main effect of the clips' emotions. Interestingly after analyzing recognition rates separately depending on clips' emotions, there was a significant difference between congruent and incongruent conditions in the only negative clip (p= .044), not in the positive clip. In a detailed result, recognition in the incongruent condition is more than in the congruent condition. Furthermore, in the case of recall performance, there was a significant interaction between the clips' emotions shown in the clips and congruent conditions (p=.039). Through these results, the effect of incongruence with negative emotion was demonstrated, but an incongruent effect by arousal could not be demonstrated. In conclusion, in our study, we tried to determine the impact of one method to convey a story dramatically and have an effect on memory. These effects are influenced by the subjects' perceived emotions (valence and arousal).

This study was designed to examine the effects of complex breathing exercise and neuromuscular electrical stimulation of Quadriceps Femoris muscle on pulmonary function and cerebral cortex activity in patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. After collecting samples from 20 patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease aged 60 to 80, 10 patients each were randomly placed in an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group conducted complex breathing exercise and neuromuscular electrical stimulation of Quadriceps Femoris muscle, and the control group only conducted complex breathing exercise. As a pretest, pulmonary function and cerebral cortex activity were measured. The intervention program was applied to each group for 30 minutes, once a day, for 4 days a week, for 6 weeks, and the posttest was carried out the same way as the pretest. As a result, both groups showed significant differences in FEV1.0(Forced Expiratory Volume in One Second)(p<.001)(p<.05), and there were significant differences between the groups as well(p<.05). When comparing alpha waves in each domain of cerebral cortex, both of the experimental and control groups showed significant differences in Fp1, Fp2, F3 and F4 domains (p<.01)(p<.05). During the 6-week experiment, complex breathing exercise and neuromuscular electrical stimulation of Quadriceps Femoris muscle improved pulmonary function of patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and in relation to cerebral cortex activity, a positive breathing change was found due to the increase of alpha waves in the forehead domain. Therefore, it is considered that applying neuromuscular electrical stimulation of Quadriceps Femoris muscle to patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease additionally along with complex breathing exercise will bring a better therapeutic effect.

In this study utilize industry product for OPC(ordinary portland cement) and BFS(blast furnace slag) mixing concrete early age compressive strength elevation and executed study for high strength binder. Association ratio of industry product for high strength binder manufacture is Titanogypsum (4) : Limestone (3) : Waterworks Sludge by ratio of (3) as it is proper move. high strength binder mixing rate appeared that (7~9) % are proper via preliminary test. Could confirm that display high compressive strength incidence rate in early age than plain harmony according as mix high strength binder mixing concrete compressive strength high strength binder. Also, high strength binder generality that give function than high strength binder used in existing displayed more excellent intensity, and compressive strength displayed result that multiply single breadth according as high strength binder substitute that give function increases.
Aqueous extracts were prepared from 21 medicinal herbs including Herba Pogostemi (Agastache rugosa) to examine their modulatory effects on NO production in mouse macrophage cell line RAW264.7 cells. While almost all medicinal herb extracts failed to show marked scavenging activities to NO produced by LPS stimulation, only Herba Pogostemi showed a rather strong induction of NO production in RAW264.7 cells without stimulation with LPS. When we treated the cell with $200{\mu}M\;of\;N^G-monomethyl-L-arginine\;(N^GMMA)$, a NOS2 inhibitor, a significant reduction in NO production could be observed. Moreover, a treatment of $100{\mu}M$ pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (PDTC) led to about a 79% reduction of NO production. These results demonstrated that the aqueous extract of Herba Pogostemi might provide a second signal for the expression of NOS2 in RAW264.7 cells, and suggested that Herba Pogostemi induces NO production through L-argininedependent pathway.

In this study, we investigated the antioxidant activity, wound healing, moisturizing and anti-pollution effects of fermented Citrus junos (FCJ) with Lactobacillus rhamnosus as a cosmetic material. For the anti-oxidative activities, the FCJ showed potent DPPH radical scavenging activities. In addition, FCJ increased cell migration compared to the untreated group in scratch-induced wound healing assay. It was confirmed that the amount of filagrin (FLG), a moisturizing factor, increased in FCJ. FCJ prevented the decrease in cell viability, stimulated by PM10 at in vitro. Based on these results, it is believed that various effects of FCJ can provide a scientific basis for the development of cosmetic raw materials.

Three conjectures as the criteria for developing differentiated science learning program for gifted elementary students were derived from the previous research report: 1) The students' reasons why certain educational programs were thought to be interesting or profitable could be classified into the 3 criteria; novelty, curiosity, participation. 2) Students used to think that the programs were interesting if at least anyone of the above 3 criteria is fulfilled. 3) They think, especially, that the programs were profitable if the curiosity criterion is satisfied. To check these conjectures, 47 students were investigated with a Likert type questionnair asking how much the given program is interesting and profitable to themselves after they finished a set of programs for gifted students.
Immersion means the state of total devotion to what one is involved in. The typical form of this immersion experience happens when one is engaging in computer games. We analyze how the users became immersed in computer games. There are 22 elements of immersion involved in cognitive and emotional fun based cm the flow theory. After analyzing these elements with respect to flow dimension and game mechanics, we find that there are differences in the degree of their immersion in games. There are 7 elements that may be considered preferentially in designing computer games: unity, stimulation, gambling, virtual reality, fantasy, satisfaction accomplishment. We match these elements to Roget's categories and search for new categories with heading information and reference information. As a result 22 immersion elements are subdivided into 229 factors in the concrete. With these factors, we can design a multimedia game which has mon powerful immersion.

In this research, based on the condition of using desulfurization gypsum(FGD) as a stimulator for high-volume blast furnace slag cement mortar, sieving and heating process methods of removing activated carbon in FGD were compared with the non-processed FGD and recycled and natural fine aggregates were compared for suitable aggregate to be used. According to the result of experiment, sieving with 0.3mm was more efficient than $500^{\circ}C$ heating for processing the FGD, and recycled fine aggregate showed more favorable result than natural fine aggregate at the FGD content was 5 to 10%. On the other hand, the mortar mixture including recycled fine aggregate had a high drying shrinkage, and absorption ratio, and thus specific limitations on applying recycled fine aggregate should be required.

In this study, the basic properties of CO2 immobilized desulfurized gypsum (CFBG) and the possibility of being used as a stimulus for slag cement were reviewed, and performance evaluation was conducted through a concrete mixing test. The main components of CFBG were CaO and SO3, and CaO and SO3 increased as the drying temperature increased. The moisture content of undried CFBG was 15.7 %, the drying temperature was 1.7 % and the drying temperature was 0.03 % at 105 ℃. Mortar using CFBG tended to have a lower flow value as the drying temperature increased, and the compressive strength was equivalent to that of the FGB use mixture. As a result of the concrete experiment using CFBG SC, both slump and air volume satisfied the target range after 60 minutes, and the compressive strength tended to increase overall compared to the ternary binder mixture.
