A Study on the Analysis of the Economic Effects and Non-Economic Effects of Environmental Qualifications that have Impacts on Enterprises (환경분야 자격이 기업에게 미치는 경계적.비경계적 효과 분석)

  • This study aims to investigate and practically examine the effect of environmental qualifications based on the theoretical background on the area. On the basis of theoretical background, a study model was formulated in a way that the effect of qualifications in enterprises side is divided into an economic effect (improvement of productivity, improvement of qualifies of products) and non-economic effect (credibility on the job, expertise on techniques, assessment criteria on entrepreneurial value, applicability of job arrangement). Then, survey was carried out with questions designed in accordance with this model. The hypotheses were proved as the following. First, fir hypothesis 1(Environmental qualifications will bring up positive impacts on the economic effect of enterprises), it turned out to be true. The improvement of productivity and qualities of products were chose to represent the economic effect of entrepreneurs, and the both factors appeared to have positive impacts on the economic effect of enterprises. Second, for hypothesis 2(Environmental qualifications will have positive impacts on the non-economic effect of enterprises), it turned out to be true. Environmental qualifications were proved to have positive impacts on credibility on the job, expertise on techniques, assessment criteria on entrepreneurial value, applicability of job arrangement, which were introduced to represent the non-economic effect of enterprises. In conclusion, environmental qualifications were proved to have positive impacts on both economic and non-economic effect of enterprises.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of college graduates who obtain qualifications, and to check the economic and ineffectiveness of qualifications through the analysis of employment and job relevance according to their school area. For the main research, the "2016 Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey (GOMS)" data was used to perform basic statistics and logistic regression analysis using SPSS 25. This study reaffirmed the effectiveness of employment as stated in the preceding study, and in particular, the qualification of non-Seoul area colleges students had some positive effects on employment and job compatibility. In conclusion, the effectiveness of qualifications according to individual attributes and location of school may differ, but it suggests that proper qualification encouragement and acquisition support can help the employment and job convergence of college graduates.

  • In knowledge-based economy where the human capital has an strong compatibilities, the life cycle of technologies and skills get shorter, and the mobility of labor get greater, the role of the signal system of qualifications have greater importance. This article used the KLIPS(Korean Labor Institute Panel Study) data, and analysed the factors of the acquisition of qualifications and the employment and wage effects of the acquisition of qualifications by fixed effects logit model and random effects model. The lower school stratification acquired the more qualifications, and in the case of men the unemployed one acquired the more qualifications. The employment effects of the acquisition of qualifications are significant at first year and second year in women, but the men's of the employment effects of acquisition of qualifications are not significant. The wage effects of the acquisition of qualifications are not significant. The results of the regression suggest that in Korea the signal system of qualifications do not working, and that the qualifications in Korea need to reform.

  • This research was conducted to evaluate economic & non-economic performance of the National Authorization System of Private Qualification. After the Private Qualifications had the National Authorization, acquisitors have been helped related to the job-seeking compare to private certification's acquisitors, but promotion and wage of acquisitors were not about economic performance. Non-economic performance was lowed like satisfaction of job and improvement of special competence. However fear of current employment have been relieve throughout national authorization.

  • This study analyzed the positive effect of perceived over-qualification on creative behavior, moving away from the perspective of previous studies that mainly focus on the negative effects of perceived over-qualification. A survey of 282 employees in the financial industry in China was conducted and the structural equation model analysis was used. As a result of the analysis, perceived over-qualification has a positive effect on employees' creative behavior, the fact that perceived over-qualification has a positive effect on creative behavior has enriched research on the effect of perceived over-qualification th some extent. In addition, theoretical and practical implications were provided by demonstrating the relationship between creative behavior, emotional exhaustion, job crafting, and perceived organizational support. It was measured in the terms of subjective over-qualification, Discussions on over-qualified recognition remain at the individual level of employees, and future studies need to study the collective phenomenon of over-qualified recognition at the team level or organization level.

  • 본 연구는 반도체 산업에서 반도체장비유지보수에 사용되어지는 반도체장비 유지보수 분야의 전문기술인력을 효과적으로 양성할 수 있는 반도체장비 유지보수의 자격종목을 개발하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 반도체장비 유지보수 분야의 국내외 실태 조사, 문헌조사를 통하여 반도체장비 유지보수 관련 교육훈련기관 및 검정 수요 예상 인력을 파악했으며, 유사자격제도(전자부품장착기능사, 전자부품장착산업기사, 생산자동화기능사, 생산자동화산업기사 등)를 분석하였고, 직무분석을 통하여 반도체장비유지보수기능사의 직무 및 교육내용을 분석하였다. 또한 반도체장비 유지보수 자격종목 신설에 대한 설문조사를 실시했으며, 반도체장비유지보수기능사 자격종목의 출제기준 및 채점 방법을 제시했고, 필기시험과 실기시험에 대한 모의 검정시험도 실시하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 반도체장비유지보수기능사에 대한 교육프로그램을 만들었으며, 자격검정을 실시할 수 있는 출제기준을 제시하였다.

A Review on the Qualification System of the Electronic field: Current Status and New Directions (전자분야 자격종목 운영 현황 및 발전 방안 연구)

  • The purposes of this study were to review the current status and problems of the national qualification system in the Electronic field, focusing on deficiencies of the regulatory system and qualities of Electronic professionals including the Electronic control Professional Engineer, Master Craftsman, Engineer, Industrial Engineer and Craftsman, and to suggest new directions for the qualification system of the Electronic field. The concrete and extensive development plans for the qualification system of the Electronic field are as follows : First of all, a job analysis should be made of on the introduction of new systems or policy modification to reflect technical changes and national policies about the Electronic field in the qualification exam. Second, it is essential to prepare policies that are suitable for the qualification system in the Electronic field and that improve its effectiveness.

  • The purpose of this research was to draw implications for preparing utilizing and management course assessment type of national technical qualification based on the awareness of teachers in industrial secondary vocational high schools. To achieve it, this researcher analyzed the awareness about management course assessment type of national technical qualification of teachers at industrial secondary vocational high schools and analyze possibility to introduce course assessment qualification, degree of agreement for expected effects, and importance and necessity for the matters to be considered when introducing management course assessment qualification. Concrete results of this research are as follows. First, the degree of understanding management course assessment type of national technical qualification at industrial secondary vocational high schools was common, but the degree of agreement for introducing goal, purpose, and necessities was low. Second, for the expected effects to be obtained when acquiring course assessment qualifications, there were acquisition of qualification at the same time of education, suggestion of studying goal from an angle of concrete and significant performance, systematic education based on NCS, possibility to develop and form training career, and possibility to acquire industrial field-centered knowledge and technology in order. Third, to draw priority of each item to be considered when introducing course assessment type of national technical qualification at industrial secondary vocational high schools, the importance and necessities were analyzed. As a result, for the sectors whose requirements are more than average, there were flexibility of course assessment type qualification classes, preparation of proper measure by NCS revision, relief of edited classes of necessity ability unit, etc.

A study on plans for improving the classification system of job field in the national technical qualification (국가기술자격 직무분야 분류체계 개선방안 연구)

  • The study reviewed the properness of a present job field with 26 items so that the classification system of the national technical qualification can meet the needs of the industrial structure and the technical changes of the 21st century. In addition, it aimed not only to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the management and operation of the national technical qualification system but to design a new classification system of the job field to stimulate qualification holders' employment. For the purpose of this study, materials and data relevant to the national technical qualification system were comprehensively collected and analyzed. Besides, a new job field with 13 job items was proposed in this study on a basis of the collective advice of experts on the properness of the job field in the national technical qualification system.

  • This study analyzed the effect of participation in work and learning ducal system of small businesses on employees' job competency enhancement. The study results showed that performance assessment significantly affected job competency enhancement(p<.001, ${\beta}=.514$). In conclusion, it is suggested that small businesses should consider performance assessment more important and actively include it in training program as generally utilizing off-the-job or on-the-job training method. This study provided implications for analyzing the effect of participation in work and learning ducal system of small businesses on employees' job competency enhancement, so it broadened the scope of the study about performance of work and learning ducal system and verified the effectiveness depend on the type of training.
