Purpose: With the purpose of educating and producing outstanding paramedics by enhancing their competencies, this study aimed to make policy suggestions to re-establish the education system and improve the national examination and the certification scheme. Methods: This study used focus group interviews and questionnaires to collect data. Totally, there were 277 subjects, including experts from the education and field. Data were collected from September 9 to 20, 2016, and analyzed using SPSS 22.0. Results: To strengthen the curriculum of paramedics, this study suggested 27 courses with 94 credits as the standardized curriculum and derived 9 core competencies of paramedics. For the national examination, this study suggested consolidating written test subjects, adding scenario questions to practical tests, and applying critical criteria to simple practical tests that performs a procedure, grading these tests on a pass/fail basis. In addition, this study suggested converting certification into license, reflecting paramedics' healthcare job characteristics. Conclusion: The quality of emergency medical services in Korea will improve when those with core competencies that originated from the standardized curriculum based on the results of this study acquire their certification through the national test scheme, and the certification management system creates a virtuous cycle to further enhance paramedics' professionalism.

The purpose of this study is to examine improvements relating to lifesaving by the comparative study of The International Life Saving Federation (ILS) and the domestic institutions. ILS divided places into pool, the inland surface water, and the outer surface water and was using a more fine-grained and specialized educational programs due to location and environmental factors. The other side, domestic organizations also conducted various methods depending on each association. In conclusion, we suggest that preferentially we need to establish an educational system which has public confidence and unify the terminology for lifeguard. And the institutions need to popularize the advanced lifesaving system through international exchanges.

In this paper, we describe access control system for protection of pay TV program in digital DBS(Direct Broadcast satellite) system. We also propose a possible access control system and operation scenario for scrambling and descrambling which are important in access control system. Transport stream structure and option, entitlement checking message and entitlement management message for access control on digital broadcasting system are described in this paper. Especially, the authentication based on Flat-Shamir and Gulllou-Quisquater schemes required for verification of proper subscriber as access control is oriented to smart card number and subscriber ID(Identity). It has less restriction than scheme oriented to descrambler number.

본 연구에서는 미 운송부 산하 고속도로교통안전국에서 규정한 EMT-I 의 미 국립표준교과과정을 알아본 뒤, 기존 피츠버그 의과대학 응급의료센터에서 제공되는 교육과정의 구성과 내용에 대하여 소개하고 미 국립 응급구조사 협회의 연차보고서를 토대로 EMT-I 자격의 미국 내 시행실태를 파악하였다 또한. 각 주별로 제공되는 교육과정의 내용과 EMT-I 구급대원의 활동범위에 대하여는 응급 의료시스템 잡지의 주 별 현황조사를 실시하였다. 끝으로 장기적인 추진과제인 Paramedic 과정 개설에 관하여 제언하였다.

국내에서 시공되는 콘크리트 구조물의 대부분은 레미콘(ready-mixed concrete)으로 시공되고 있기 때문에 레미콘의 품질관리(quality control) 및 품질확보(quality security)는 곧 콘크리트 구조물의 품질과 내구성의 확보를 위해 매우 중요한 사항이다. 최근 콘크리트 구조물의 잦은 사고로 인해 콘크리트의 품질문제가 사회문제로 나타나고 있으며 이에 대비한 콘크리트 품질보증 시스템의 확립이 시급한 실정이다. 그러나 레미콘의 품질환경은 원재료의 품질저하, 레미콘 운반시간의 증대 및 기술개발의 미흡 등 주변여건이 좋은 편은 아니며 레미콘 산업도 경쟁시대에 돌입하면서 레미콘 품질이나 기술우위의 시대로 변화되고 있다.(중략)

Dentists who want to perform sedation must have abilities to control any emergent situation that may occur during treatment procedures. In the 2010 guideline for the use of sedation by dentists, he/she must has valid certifications for basic life support (BLS) and for advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS). The Korean Association of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (KACPR) has made a contract with the American Heart Association for education and certification. From 2004, they have held many courses for BLS and ACLS providers and instructors. The author of this research participated in the above mentioned courses and qualified as a BLS provider, BLS instructor and ACLS provider. The present paper was intended as an introduction to and arrangement of BLS and ACLS courses for health care providers through a year of experience. However, the previous course of the ACLS provider was focused more toward medical doctors. It is necessary to develop a new advanced course for dentists who employ sedation in their medical practices.

The purpose of this study is to search for a plan to improve the professionalization of private investigation service through the analysis of its actual condition. To examine the actual condition of the professionalization of private investigation service, 4 factors - professional associations, professional knowledge, curriculum & qualification system and code of ethics - were used for the professionalization analysis based on theoretical background and prior researches concerning structural aspect of professionalization. Based on the results of actual condition analysis, to make an effort for the integration and incorporation of private investigation associations, to overcome the unequal distribution of professional knowledges, to organize and operate the professional curriculum, to introduce recognized qualifications system, and to establish a code of ethics are required to improve the professionalization of private investigation service.

현행 민영화정책이 공기업의 효율성제고를 최우선 목표로 설정한 것은 타당한 선택이었음에도 불구하고, 경제력집중 심화에 대한 우려와 주식시장의 제약 등을 이유로 민영화정책은 그 추진실적이 부진하고 향후 지속 여부가 불투명한 것이 현실이다. 본(本) 논문(論文)은 우리나라 공기업민영화를 둘러싼 논쟁의 핵심인 경제력집중(經齊力集中), 경쟁도입(競爭導入), 주식시장여건(株式市場與件) 등이 공기업민영화와 관련하여 어떻게 이해되어야 할 것이며, 바람직한 정책대응(政策對應)은 무엇인지를 논의하고 있다. 재산권이론(財産權理論)을 동원하여 주인(主人) 있는 경영(經營)의 의미를 재해석할 때, 기업지배(企業支配) 통제구조(統制構造)의 정착이 요원한 우리 현실에서 민영화가 기업효율을 제고하려면 민간대주주(民間大株主)의 지배(支配)를 인정하는 방식이 최선책(最善策)이며, 소유가 분산되고 전문경영체제(專門經營體制)를 도입하는 민영화방식은 지배구조(支配構造)의 실패가능성(失敗可能性) 때문에 차선책(次善策)이라고 평가된다. 그러나 효율성 차원의 최선책은 경제력집중이라는 국민경제적 비용을 초래하므로, 정부로서는 경제력 집중이라는 비용(費用)과 효율성이라는 편익(便益)을 조화시키는 방안을 모색할 수밖에 없다. 이 경우 정부가 고려할 보완책(補完策)으로는 감자후(減資後) 민영화(民營化)와 분할민영화(分割民營化)가 있다. 한편 자연독점의 특성이 뚜렷한 일부 네트워크사업분야를 제외하면, 민영화시 경쟁도입(競爭導入)은 기업효율성과 국민경제의 배분효율성을 제고하므로 정부로서는 당연한 선택일 것이다. 경쟁은 공기업의 인수자격규제에 있어서도 새로운 기준을 제시하는데, 민영화를 정부(政府)와 민간(民間)사이의 M&A로 이해하고 경쟁제한적(競爭制限的) 기업결합(企業結合)을 규제하는 공정거래법(公正去來法)의 정신(精神)이 인수자격규제기준이 되어야 하며, 업종전문화(業種專門化) 발상(發想)에 근거한 인수자격규제는 득보(得)다 실(失)이 클 것이다. 아직도 자생적 성장기반이 취약한 주식시장의 제약에 따라 민영화일정의 탄력적인 조정은 불가피하지만, 정부는 상장(上場)의 필요성(必要性)을 재검토하고, 매각(賣却)의 우선순위(優先順位)를 조정하며, 무엇보다도 양질(良質)의 주식(柱式) 공급(供給)이 수요(需要)를 창출하는 메커니즘을 개발해야한다. 이와 함께 본(本) 논문(論文)은 현행 추진체계(推進體系)에 내재된 민영화의 지연가능성이 심각한 문제임을 지적하였고, 대규모 공기업의 민영화가 대기업(大企業)의 새로운 전형(典型)을 창출하여 한국자본주의(韓國資本主義)의 건전한 발전을 앞당기는 역사적 기회라는 점을 강조하고 있다. 마지막으로 재벌인수가 가능한 경우와 규제되어야 할 각각의 경우에 대하여 민영화정책(民營化政策)의 '체크리스트'를 제시하고 있다.

In this paper, we propose to analyze the impact of perceived over qualification on boundary spanning behavior and job performance. A total of 373 questionnaires were collected from corporate researchers developing VR technology in China to achieve the purpose of this study. The data collected through the survey were analyzed with frequency analysis, reliability analysis, positive factor analysis, structural equation model, etc. using statistical programs SPSS V.22 and AMOS V. 22. The empirical analysis of this study confirms the following findings. First, perceived over qualification is a positive influence on job performance. Second, perceived over qualification to have a positive influence on boundary spanning behavior. Third, boundary spanning behavior is to have a positive effect on job performance. Through the concluding and discussion sections, in-depth discussions on the theoretical implications, practical implications and limitations of the research and its future direction were presented.

This research purpose to improve the qualification items for electronic commerce manager. Former qualification system for the electronic commerce manager was executed 11 times from year 2000 to 2005. To improve the standard for test questions and contents of qualification items, we reviewed literatures about job analysis for electronic commerce manager, electronic commerce curriculum, e-Business market and other countries' similar qualification systems and items. We also analysed the job related knowledge, skill, and abilities using job analysis by DACUM method, subject matter experts interview and workshop committee for development and validation of qualification items. Based on the results of job analysis and DACUM workshop, we derived a job model for electronic commerce manager and then validated it through field survey and additional expert review. Finally we developed and suggested an alternated qualification items using matrix analysis between categorized job knowledge and job tasks.
