본 논문에서는 관리제어시스템의 사양으로 주어진 언어가 일반적으로 제어불가능이거나 관측불가능인 상황하에서 관리제어기 설계에 대한 문제를 다룬다. 먼저 사양언어가 제어불가능인 겨우 제어가능성의 성질들을 이용하여 사양언어에 근사한 최고 제어가능 부언의 및 최적 닫힘 제어가능 초언어를 유도해내고 이를 바탕으로 관리제어기를 설계한다 그리고 사양언어가 관측불가능인 경우는 관측가능성의 집합연산에 대한 성질들을 이용하여 사양언어에 가장 근사하면서 관측가능인 초언어 및 관측가능성보다 강한 조건인 표준성을 도입하여 관측가능 부언어 등을 유도하고 이를 토대로 관리제어기를 설계힌다 나아가 사양언어가 제어불가능이면서 관측불가능인 경우의 관리제어가 설계에 대해 결과를 확장한다.

목적: 본 연구는 일련의 연구들을 통해 제안된 한국형 사전의료의향서(K-AD)에 대해 일반인 등에 대한 수용성과 문서 자체의 신뢰도를 평가하고자 수행되었다. 방법: 연구 대상자는 3개 지역으로부터 편의 추출한 20세 이상 성인 181명이었다. 이들 모두에게 K-AD를 작성하게 한 후 시각상사척도 상으로 복잡성, 난이도, 필요성, 만족도, 추천도의 5개 측면을 평가하도록 하였고, 이중 117명의 중년과 노인 집단을 대상으로는 2주 후 다시 K-AD를 작성토록 하여 검사-재검사를 통한 문서자체의 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 결과: K-AD에 대한 전반적 및 5개 측면에서의 수용도는 100점 만점에 70점 이상으로 '중상' 정도의 수용성을 보였다. 검사-재검사 결과 kappa값은 0.592~0.950로 일치도는 moderate 이상인 것으로 나타났다. 덧붙여 K-AD 작성 결과 우리나라 성인의 임종기 의료와 관련한 가치관으로는 고통 없이 편안하게 임종을 맞는 것이 가장 많이 보고되었고 가치관, 의료 지시, 대리인 지정 모두에서 젊은 성인, 중년, 노인 집단별로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 결론: 본 연구 결과 K-AD는 가용한 문서로 평가되었다. 따라서 앞으로 더 다양한 집단을 대상으로 K-AD를 검증할 필요성이 있고 본 문서의 정착과 확산을 위한 연구와 노력이 요구된다.

Purpose: This study was performed to identify the level of Korean elderly's knowledge regarding concepts of end-of-life (EOL), Life-sustaining-treatment (LST), and advance directives (AD) which are critical aspects for establishing AD in Korean society. Methods: A questionnaire survey was done between October 2011 and February 2012. Knowledge of AD was evaluated with 3 aspects including EOL, LST, and AD utilizing a questionnaire that was developed by authors for the study. Data were collected from 268 community dwelling elderly from three cities and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, one-way analysis of variance, and a Scheffe post hoc test with SAS Ver. 9.1 program. Results: Overall, Korean elderly were poorly acquainted with AD related concepts. Significant differences in awareness of AD including understanding of EOL, the level of comprehension of LST, and knowledge about AD were revealed by gender, education level, economic state, and acquaintance with terms of AD or LST. Conclusion: To acknowledge autonomy and support quality of life for elderly and to meet the purpose of AD, attention should be given to target populations including elderly in terms of knowledge level related to AD, social marketing, and infra structure relevant to practice AD in our society.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify the confidence and educational needs of clinical nurses in care for the family of dying patients. Methods: The subjects of this study were 218 clinical nurses working at two tertiary general hospitals located in D city, Korea, and the data were collected through online questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), Scheffe test and 𝝌² test using the SPSS WIN 20.0 program. Results: 97.6% of clinical nurses recognized the need for family care for dying patients, but 76.7% had never received any education on family care for dying patients. The average score of dying patients' confidence in family care was 3.09. About 90% of clinical nurses were willing to participate in family nursing education for dying patients. The group with more than 5 years of clinical experience was significantly higher than the group with less than 5 years of clinical experience. Conclusion: This study recognized the necessity of family nursing for dying patients highly. It is necessary to develop and apply an educational program based on the education topic that recognizes the need highly.

본 연구에서는 방향성 결합기의 특성과 PIN다이오드의 특성을 이용하여 가변 감쇠기를 구현하였다. 기존의 Even-Odd Mode해석법이 아닌 간단한 2-port 기법으로 감쇠기를 분석하였으며, 산란 파라미터는 결합포트의 종단 임피던스가 동일한 경우와 동일하지 않은 경우에 있어서의 감쇠기의 동작특성을 평가하였다. 방향성 결합기의 결합포트는 가변종단을 HP사의 전류제어 소자인 HSMP-3864 PIN다이오드를 사용하였다. 구현된 가변감쇠기는 PCS 송신주파수 1.9 GHz에서 감쇠 범위가 30 dB 이상, 삽입손실 5 dB 이하, 입·출력 반사계수 -25 dB 이하의 특성을 나타내었으며, 이는 PCS와 셀룰러 이동통신 기지국용 전력 증폭기를 온도 등과 같은 외부의 환경변화에 따라서 이득을 가변 시킬 수 있으며, 또한 증폭기의 선형성을 향상시킬 것으로 사료된다.

The position control for DC motor under the unpredictable load variations is presented. Neural network controller trained to deal with this problem provide the estimates of system parameters. Pole placement is also performed in accordance with them. The proposed method is validated through computer simulation.

본 논문에서는 off-axis 평면 기준파의 각분할(angular multiflexing) 방식과 pseudo-inverse 알고리듬에 의한 SDF 필터를 결합하여 상관기를 구성하고 상관면에서의 상관반응을 관측하여, off-axis SDF 필터가 유형분류에 유용함을 입증하고, 광상관기로의 적용가능성을 보여주고자 한다.
