This paper describes development contents and flight tests of an ACMI simulator based on LVC integrating architecture. ACMI is the system that provides air combat training and ground bombing training for improving fighting efficiency, that is the live simulation involving real people to operate real systems. ACMI simulator was developed for technic acquisition of LVC interoperability by using data link communication. ACMI simulator simulated maneuvering of a fighter by operating an UAV, a fighter can be distinguished from an UAV by maneuvering characteristics. This study proposes maneuvering simulation method by using flight data of the UAV, and performed its flight test for verifying similarity of fighter maneuvering.

개발적인 측면에서 온라인 게임 환경에서의 NPC(Non Playable Character)들은 환경인식능력, 이동능력, 특수 능력 및 아이템의 소유 배분 등을 원활히 하기 위한 능력들을 소유해야 하며, 게임 환경을 인식, 저장하기 위한 데이터구조와 자신만의 독특한 임무(mission)를 달성하기 위한 계획을 갖고 행위를 해야 한다. 이런 의미에서 NPC는 자신만의 고유한 규칙과 행동 패턴, 그리고 목표(Goal)와 이를 실행하기 위한 계획(plan)을 소유하는 에이전트로 인식되어야 할 것이다. 그러나, 기존 게임의 NPC 제어 구조나 구현 방법은 이러한 요구조건에 부합되지 못한 부분이 많았다. C/C++ 같은 컴퓨터 언어들을 이용한 구현은 NPC의 유연성이나, 행위에 많은 문제점이 있었다. 이들 언어의 switch 문법은 NPC의 몇몇 특정 상태를 묘사하고, 그에 대한 행위를 지정하는 방법으로 사용되었으나, 게임 환경이 복잡해지면서, 더욱더 방대한 코드를 만들어야 했고, 해석하는데 많은 어려움을 주었으며, 동일한 NPC에 다른 행동패턴을 적용시키기도 어려웠다. 또한, 대부분의 제어권을 게임 서버 폭에서 도맡아 함으로써, 서버측에 많은 과부하 요인이 되기도 하였다. 이러한 어려움을 제거하기 위해서 게임 스크립트를 사용하기도 하였지만, 그 또한 단순 반복적인 패턴에 사용되거나, 캐릭터의 속성적인 측면만을 기술 할 수 있을 뿐이었다 이러한 어려움을 해소하기 위해서는 NPC들의 작업에 필요한 지식의 계층적 분화를 해야 하고, 현재 상황과 목표 변화에 적합한 반응을 표현할 수 있는 스크립트의 개발이 필수 적이라 할 수 있다 또한 스크립트의 실행도 게임 서버 측이 아닌 클라이언트 측에서 수행됨으로써, 서버에 걸리는 많은 부하를 줄일 수 있어야 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는, 대표적인 반응형 에이전트 시스템인 UMPRS/JAM을 이용하여, 에이전트 기반의 게임 캐릭터 구현 방법론에 대해 알아본다.퓨터 부품조립을 사용해서 Template-based reasoning 예를 보인다 본 방법론은 검색노력을 줄이고, 검색에 있어 Feasibility와 Admissibility를 보장한다.매김할 수 있는 중요한 계기가 될 것이다.재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve. In any military services, young leaders are superiors to another and the leaders must be equipped with not only command and control(C2) and management capabilities but with a skill set that addresses their service members' problems and hardships throughout a counseling approach. These young leaders other than regular professional counselors are wearing dual hats as a commander and a counselor to address their service member's issues. There are couple of hours to give a lecture about counseling during the basic training course, however, we noticed that there are some limitations to cover up the uniqueness of counseling during the course, since we cannot rule out the unique vertical situation within military system that runs by its hierarchy. Therefore, we developed education program in order to enhance commander's counseling skills, refined the program with thorough review and commentary by professions and military commanders, and provided 10 events of program to the young leaders. As a result, the leaders scored high on self-effectiveness, communication skills, and counseling development-level. If we adjust minor changes to the program, it will be the outstanding program to improve young leaders' counseling capability.

이번 성원에드워드 학술상 수상자 선정은, 진공기술의 중요성에 공감하고 진공기술 발전을 위한 노력을 독려하자는 진공학회 회원들의 의견을 모아주신 결과로 생각한다. 본 발표에서는 그동안 한국표준과학연구원에서 수행해 온 진공 기술 연구 및 산학연 협력 네트워크 활동을 소개하고자 한다. 진공기술은 진공 환경을 발생시키고 측정 제어하며, 만들어진 진공 환경 안에서 원하는 작업을 할 수 있도록 하는 기술을 말한다. 우리나라의 주력산업인 반도체 및 디스플레이의 경우 그 생산 설비의 1/3이상이 진공 장비이며 진공 공정을 통해 만들어진다. 때문에 우리나라에서는 주력 산업분야나 그 전후방 산업의 경쟁력 강화 측면에서 진공기술 개발 중요성이 아주 크다. 한국표준과학연구원은 국가 대표 측정 기관으로 국가 측정 표준을 확립하고 측정관련 과학기술을 연구개발하며 그 성과를 보급하여 경제발전과 과학기술발전, 그리고 삶의 질 향상에 기여하는 것을 임무로 하고 있다. 우리나라에서 진공 측정 표준에 대한 연구가 본격적으로 시작된 것은 1984년으로 불용 장비로 불하받은 펌프와 챔버, 그리고 차관으로 도입된 Capacitance Diaphragm Gauge 몇 개만으로 시작되었다. 지금은 발전을 거듭하여 초음파 간섭 수은주 압력계를 비롯하여 정적 팽창시스템, 동적 팽창 시스템 등 진공도 범위별 국가 표준기와 리크 표준기를 자체 개발 하여 국가 측정 표준을 확립하고 있다. 우리나라의 진공 표준 및 측정 능력은 국제기구인BIPM에서 실시하는 국가 측정능력 비교시험을 통해 세계 최고 수준으로 인정 받은 바 있으며 교정검사 등을 통해 산학연에 보급되고 있다. 진공 측정 및 표준기술을 토대로, 1999년부터 과학기술부와 산업자원부의 지원을 받아 산학연이 필요로 하는 펌프 계측기 부품 소재 및 공정 특성을 평가하기 위한 장치와 절차를 개발하였다. 이를 이용해 보급되는 기술 data는 진공부품 및 장비 국산화, 국산제품 신뢰성 제고, 검증부품 사용을 통한 장비 품질 향상, 독자적 장비 기술 확보, 생산품 품질관리 등에 쓰이고 있다. 한국 표준연구원 진공센터의 교정 및 시험 능력은 ISO 9001 인증 획득과 국제 전문가의 review를 거쳐, 국제기구 측정능력표에 등재되어 있어 국제적 신뢰도도 확보하고 있다. 정기적인 진공기술 교류회를 개최하고 진공기술 홈페이지를 운영 하는 등 산학연 정보 교류 및 협력 네트워킹 활성화를 위해 노력한 바 있으며 이 분야의 연구 성과는 '국가 우수 연구성과 100선'에 선정된 바 있고, 산업자원부 지정 '산학연 연계 우수사례' 첫 번째로 선정되기도 하였다. 2008년부터는 진공기술 교류회 등을 통한 네트워킹 활동으로 도출된 기술 수요에 따라 대기업과 중소기업 학교 연구소들과 함께 진공공정 실시간 측정 진단 기술과 센서 개발 연구, 그리고 이들 개발품의 신뢰성 검증 및 평가 기술 개발을 위해 노력하고 있다.

The mission capability of tank depends on its survivability. The survivability is ability for protection and tolerance by damage from threats. To improve the survivability of tank, we need an effectiveness analysis for loss of components, and accomplish performance enhancement using the result of analysis. In this paper, we develop a survivability analysis system for tank based on the importance. The importance numerically represents weight of each component which consisting of whole tank, also the importance is basic method of quantitative survivability analysis. To do this, we assign weight values to each component of tank, compose a weight tree, apply the importance calculation equation, and analyze the survivability of tank. Also we develop the system that consists of component structuralization and weight value setting program and survivability analysis and visualization program, and evaluate the system using implemented 3D CAD models of components of tank. Fifth, It is the person who sympathetic and humane qualities. This The Death Angel's character is actively accepted in modern contents. The most representative works are <49 Days>, , . Contemporary content, but the otherworld and the afterlife were accepted. And The Death Angel played an important role. Of course, this process also happens that modern changes. Namely, Function and personality retains existing character. And the appearance and background change a modern sense. As a result, The Death Angel became a new character through the encounter between the past and the present.

This study is for presenting the factors about success attribution that fit the korean security service conditions and developing the actual analysis of measurement tools by investigating the success factors of the security service agents. To this end, conducted a meeting from the fully open questionnaire at first, and then formed the semi-structured questionnaire, finally carried out the survey from the closed questionnaire and analyzed data from SPSS 21.0, AMOS 21.0 and developed the measurements. It was conducted from December, 2014 to June, 2015. This survey was conducted of 170 security guards after the verification of the content validity though the pilot survey and presented the success attribution factors and standards on the basis of the result form this survey. At the first and second analysis process, the success attribution factors of the guards consisted of inner qualities, external qualities, induction factors for inner qualities, and induction factor for external qualities. On analysis of the final data and documents, however, at the third analysis, the success attribution factors of the guards consisted of 'martial arts and physical ability'(4 questions), 'attitudes to work'(3 questions), 'support for the working environment'(3 questions), 'organized business skills'(3 questions), 'attitudes to the duty'(3 questions), and 'coping with crises(2 questions).

Submarines, which have been called an invisible force, are strategic underwater weapon systems that perform missions such as anti-surface warfare, anti-submarine warfare, and high payoff target strikes with the advantage of underwater covertness. A submarine should be able to withstand the hydrostatic pressure of the deep sea. In this respect, the submarine pressure hull, as the main structural system to resist the external pressure corresponding to the submerged depth, should ensure the survivability from hazards and threats such as leakage, fires, shock, explosion, etc. To do this, the initial scantling of the submarine pressure hull must be calculated appropriately in the concept design phase. The shape of the aft transition ring varies according to its connection with the submarine aft end conical structure, pressure hull cylindrical part, and non-pressure hull of the submarine; the design of the aft transition ring should not only take into account stress flow and connectivity but also the cost increase due to the increased man-hours of its complex geometry. Therefore, trade-off studies based on the four different shapes of the aft transition ring are carried out considering both the review of the structural strength through nonlinear finite element analysis (FEA) and economic feasibility by reviewing the estimations of the manufacturing working days and material costs. Finally, the most rational structural aft transition ring shape for a submarine amongst four reviewed types was proposed.

Korea is near close the success on the indigenous launch vehicle KSLV-2 after the second test launch during the second half of 2022, and the satellite development has been already in the level of advanced country. After the such mature of satellite and launch vehicle technologies, Korea's space development main theme should be 'Space Exploration and Space Application', and paradigm should be changed from 'Hardware' to 'Scientific/Technological Mission', from 'Unmanned' to 'Manned'. Korea's prime space strategy should be the direction of expansion of space industry, creation of employment and secure the key technologies, improvement of convenience and safety of people. For the purpose it is necessary to start 'Manned Space Development' such that participation to 'Artemis and Gateway Program' in 20s' and manned Mars exploration in 30s' which would be carried out by means of global international cooperation, and which could be a good opportunity to explore the new area of space development and upgrade national technology capability. Taking advantage of this opportunity, it is required for Korea to join the international programs through developing indigenous challenging, sustainable Korean mission and hardware. Also selection of the 2^nd Korean Astronaut could draw national attention, especially could give dreams to young generation. Participation to the Artemis program could be the opportunity of entering the major space fairing nation and boosting up national pride. In this study we survey and analyze the Artemis Program in detail, and in conclusion we suggest the strategy of Korea's participation to the Artemis Program.
