2008년 2월 10일, 한사람의 잘못된 행동으로 국보1호인 숭례문이 거의 전소되었다. 그렇게 우리의 마음속에서 아픔과 회한을 남긴채 사라져가던 숭례문은 5년여 간의 정교한 고증을 거쳐 화재가 발생하기 전보다 더욱 예전과 비슷한 모습으로 복원되어 지난달 5월 우리품으로 돌아왔다.

지난해 5월 (사)한국포장협회는 '제1회 포장인포럼'을 개최했다. 'Fun & Value - 직원이 행복하면 회사도 행복하다'를 주제로 열린 이날 포럼에 더밸류즈 정진호가치관경영연구소의 정진호 소장을 초청해' 직원이 일 잘하는 즐거운 일터 만들기'에 대한 이야기를 들어봤다. 참석자들의 열띤 호응에 힘입어 이번호부터 5회에 걸쳐 가치관경영은 무엇이고, 어떻게 적용할 수 있는지에 대해 살펴보도록 한다.

자칫 방심하면 큰 사고로 이어질 수 있는 다양한 화학물질이 다뤄지는 만큼 화학 회사에서 안전관리 시스템은 그 무엇보다 중요하게 인식된다. 이렇게 늘 촉각을 곤두세워야 하는 현장에서 동료들의 건강을 위해 고군분투하는 이들이 있다. 바로 보건관리자다. 현장의 목소리에 귀 기울이는 것이 안전으로 나아가는 첫걸음이라는 김수미 보건관리자는 건강한 일터를 만들기 위해 오늘도 현장 곳곳을 누빈다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of workplace spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior on nurses' performance of nursing. Methods: This study was done over a 6 month period, with 395 nurses participants from 5 different general hospitals with 400 beds in 4 regions of Korea. Data were gathered using self-reported questionnaires from July 23 to August 21, 2015. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analyses with IBM SPSS 21.0 program. Results: Nursing performance showed positive correlations with workplace spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior. The significant predictors of the nursing performance by nurses were a master's degree or higher (${\beta}=.26$), civic virtue (${\beta}=.19$), courtesy (${\beta}=.12$), 40 years of age or older (${\beta}=.09$), a sense of empathy (${\beta}=.07$), and a bachelor's degree in nursing (${\beta}=.06$). These variables explained 39.2% of the variance in nursing performance by nurses. Conclusion: Based on the outcomes of this study, there is a need to develop intervention programs that can inspire nurse to show spontaneous organizational citizenship behavior, and enhance their workplace spirituality. Related variables including academic credentials should also be taken into account.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of nursing workplace spirituality, job embeddedness, and the nursing work environment on the organizational commitment of clinical nurses. The findings of the study will serveasafoundational resource for designinginterventions to improvenurses' organizational commitment. Methods: The samples of this study comprised 170 nurses working at general hospitals in B City. Data were analyzed through the SPSS 25.0 program using ANOVA, t-test, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. Results: The primaryfactors impactingparticipants' organizational commitment were nursing workplace spirituality (β=.388, p<.001), nursing work environment (β=.232, p=.001), position (β=.145, p=.009),and pay satisfaction (β=.143, p=.012). These factors had an explanatory power of 51.4% with regard to organizational commitment. Conclusion: To improve nurses' organizational commitment, it is necessary to implementand developintervention programs aimed atincreasingtheir sense of workplace spirituality. Moreover, organizational management and policy initiatives are needed to foster apositivenursing work environment and pay satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to scrutinize and compare the perceptions of Global and Korean HRD Professionals in Workplace Learning and Performance(WLP) competencies in Korea. To answer these questions, the following research methods were employed. A questionnaire, which was modified and translates from the 2004 ASTD model for WLP, was distributed to 319 HRD consultants working in Seoul and Kyounggi-Do. It was sent out directly and by email. Among returned questionnaires, 205 were valid to be examined. The important findings of the study were as follows. First, the role of business partner ranked highest in the level of importance of WLP roles in Korean and the role of special professional ranked highest in global. For the competencies of WLP, effective communication ranked highest both Korean and global. Based on the findings of this study, the conclusion was as follows. First, the perceptions of WLP roles were different between Korean and global HRD professionals. The reason why it's differences is because the size of market are different. Second, the perceptions of WLP competencies were similar between Korean and global HRD professionals. HRD professionals should need to professionalize the communication skills continuously.

The purpose of this study is to improve specialized high school of electrical field-to-work transition by a SWOT Analysis. The subject analyzed the curricula of 12 special highschool and surveyed 192 vocational teachers of them. In this study, a SWOT matrix was filled to improve transition from electric special high school to work, and the results was gotten as follows: First, the government should offer the military service special case for students of electric special high school, strengthen the course of CEO for the school master, and make the system to expand job training. Second, the provincial office of education should aid a functional training with a administrative ability and financial support, offer a list of industry visiting teachers to specialized high school, and promote a modification of the department according to a growth industry of the area. Third, each school should present a school education goal agreed with the purpose of specialized department and intensify the counselling of job selection and the application of the approved textbook.

이원종 충청북도지사는 늘 바쁘다. 21세기를 앞두고 더 많이 발전하고 활력이 넘치고 무궁무진한 새로움으로 거듭나는 충북을 만들기 위해 동분서주하기 때문이다. 그러나 충북도민들은, 이 지사를 일상 생활에서 쉽게 만나고 대화할 수 있다. 아무리 바빠도 도민의 일상을 돌아보기 위한 행보는 절대 뒤로 미루지 않는 그의 고집(?) 덕택이다. 농협 물류센터나 장터, 도민의 일터에서 자주 그의 환한 미소를 접할 수 있는것도, 현실을 체험하지 않으면 바른 길이 나오지 않는다는 그의 신념의 표출이라 해야 할 것이다. 서울특별시장을 비롯한 요직을 거치는 동안 국민과 함께 하는 자세, 밝고 건강한 웃음과 사랑을 단 한번도 버리지 않은 이원종 지사를 만났다.

매년 4월 20일은 장애인의 날이다. 비장애인의 경우 당연시 되는 노동도 장애인은 10배 20배 더 많은 노력을 해야만 기회가 주여 진다. 좁은 취업구멍을 통과해 얻어진 직장을 통해 장애인은 사회와 소통하고 비장애인들과 생활을 한다. 가정에서의 역할도 마찬가지이다. 경제활동을 통한 정당한 대가를 받는다는 것은, 장애인이 가정에서 아버지로서, 자녀로서의 역할을 하고 있다는 뜻이기도 하다. 이에 장애인의 날을 맞아 인쇄업체중 장애인의 운영 및 근무하고 있는 '사회복지법인 너머 - 인쇄분야'를 탐방했다.

오늘날 컴퓨터 통신에 의한 인터넷의 보급은 우리의 생활 전반에 걸쳐 과거에 불가능하였던 많은 일들이 실생활에서 일어나게 하였다. 이를테면 회사에 출근하지 않고도 가정에서 각종 업무를 처리할 수 있는 재택근무, 도서관에 가지 않고도 전자도서관에서 필요한 자료를 얻을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 공연 티켓도 가정에서 컴퓨터를 통해서 예매할 수 있고, 물건을 사기 위해서 직접 상점에 가지 않고도 가정과 일터에서 케이블 텔레비전(CATV)을 통한 홈쇼핑1)이나 컴퓨터 통신을 이용한 인터넷 쇼핑이 가능해졌다. 이와 같은 현상은 정보통신기술의 발달로 가능하게 된 것이다.
