South Korea and Japan are closely located in the Chinese character cultural area, so we have developed our culture not only with many similarities but also with own distinct ways. These were also in adoption and development of Western music. Unlike Korea, Japan is showing its potential through Opera 'Yuzuru'. Even though opera is Western music style, communicating Asian culture through their own language is one of the important issues to secure status as a cultural power in the world. As the field of opera is expanded to media entertainment with the development of digital technology, it is necessary to compare the development process of Japanese and Korean opera, which used contemporary opera as a tool of communication between cultures, It will help to develop into performing arts contents.

One feature of the multicultural policy practiced in Japan is that the central government stresses the importance of local administrations in executing the policy, providing a systematic framework through which local administrations can actively promote and execute multicultural policy intended to foster social tolerance. In other words, the multicultural policy practiced in Japan seeks to overcome some of the limits and issues inherent to such policy by encouraging the delivery of opinions from below that reflect differences among different localities, while the central government proposes the policy aims and recommendations from above down to local administrations. The multicultural policy of Japan, which allows local administrations to administer such networks by actively carrying out the roles of arbitration and integration within communities where multiculturalism is found, presents meaningful points of comparison and learning to the multicultural policy in Korea that has only recently begun to seek for the aims and ways of multicultural policy from the perspective of social integration.

이 논문은 일본 고분시대 중. 후기(450-650)의 복식이 동시대 백제복식의 영향을 받아서 형성된 것으로, 오늘날 일본 천황의 뿌리를 이루고 있는 황가의 근원이 백제라는 것을 이론적인 근거를 제시하는 데 목적을 둔 논문이다. 삼국시대 중. 후기, 반도내의 치열한 분쟁으로 인하여, 인근 신천지의 일본열도로 대거 이주 새로운 삶과 국가 건설을 도모하여. 당시의 일본 열도내에 문화 이입의 선도적 역할을 담당하였던 백제국의 역할 중, 고분시대 중 .후기(450-650)일본의 복식문화 형성에 백제복식이 지대한 영향을 끼쳤고, 더 나아가서, 일본의 고분시대 중. 후기복식은 곧 동시대의 백제복식이라는 근거를 제시하였다.

This study analyzes the characteristics of the social value creation process through the collective appreciation of film. It focuses on the historical development of community cinema in Japan. In modern-day Japan, where digital video is easily accessible and the use of private, personalized media spaces widespread, a sub-culture of collective film appreciation is spreading, as more and more Japanese begin to attend movie screenings in non-commercial theaters. In addition, Japanese community cinema center has begun to integrate and support this viewing experience, which has come to be known as community cinema. A literature review revealed the following characteristics of community cinema. First, local theater screening groups or appreciation groups cooperate with residents to establish and operate movie theaters. Second, these spaces create theoretical and practical participatory learning opportunities that foster understanding of and participation in film culture, through large-scale associations with organizations or institutions that offer viewings. Third, based on collective appreciation, the film culture created through repeated joint viewings produces a social arena in which community can be realized. In these communities film can be put to socially productive uses, such as problem solving.

본 논문은 일본의 시니어 극단 현황과 구체적인 사례를 조사하여 고령화 사회에 있어서 그 의미와 역할의 가능성을 고찰하는 데에 목적이 있다. 특히 최근 국내에서도 시니어 연극제가 개최되는 등, '노인 극단'이라는 이름 아래 고령자들이 직접 참여하는 연극 프로그램이 개발되고 있다는 점에서, 일본의 사례는 참고할만한 사례가 될 것으로 기대된다. 이를 위해, 본 연구에서는 우선 일본의 시니어 극단들의 활동 상황, 그리고 이렇게 활성화된 배경에는 어떠한 요소가 있는지 고찰해보았다. 일본 연극계에 이미 오랜 기간 연극을 즐기는 시니어 관객층이 존재했고, 또 주요 극단들이 그들을 주요 타깃으로 한 전략개발과 서비스가 행해지고 있었다는 점은 국내 상황과 다른 부분이었다. 그러나 니나가와 유키오 연출가가 이끄는 '사이타마 골드시어터'의 창단과 그 성과는 커다란 영향을 미쳤을 것으로 보인다. 전위적인 희곡을 가지고, 일본뿐 아니라 유럽과 아시아에서 예술성을 인정받은 극단이기 때문이다. 작품 활동뿐 아니라 실질적인 운영 내용을 파악하기 위해, 제작자와 배우의 인터뷰를 실시한 결과, 사실상 젊은 극단들과 차이가 없다는 사실도 알 수 있었다. 이러한 사례는 시니어 극단이 가질 수 있는 가능성의 범위를 넓혔다는 점에서 매우 유의미하다. 국내의 시니어 연극계에 긍정적인 자극이 되기 바라며, 보다 더 많은 데이터를 수집하는 것을 금후 과제로 한다.

Recent globalization and de-industrialization have caused intensive competition among places; hence, cities worldwide are pursuing regeneration and enhanced competitiveness through cultural strategies. Focusing on the cultural strategies of local cities in Japan, this paper reveals that the concept of "being-a-region" is key to cultural strategies, and explores what logic is inherent in such regional developments. Since the period of rapid economic growth, Japanese local cities have played the role of "Furusato(home) for Japanese." With the recent decentralization, "being-a-region" is now emerging as a powerful discourse for the cultural strategies of local cities. This idea of "being-a-region" can be largely defined as a region's special character or even an existential sense of place, but in fact it is political relationships among agencies that define the region. "Being a region" in Japan appears to extend to "being a nation." Thus, it would be necessary to focus on the power relationships that surround the concept of "being a region" when we deal with the meaning of region in relationships to cultural strategies of local cities.

The purpose of this study was to explore the implicit knowledge of creative person in Korea, China and Japan. To this end, participants of all ages in three countries (Korean 328, Chinese 388, Japanese 394) were required to fill out the survey about creative persons. The major results of this study were as follows: First, Korean and Japanese recognized most the characteristics of creative person as "original" at all ages, Chinese recognized as "intellectual" in most ages. Second, occupations of creative persons were classified into nine categories. Third, in Korea scientist and artist, in China politician, in Japan artist were the occupations of the highest frequency at all ages. These results of this study can be used as a basis for the research of implicit knowledge on creativity in East Asian countries. This study suggests that the implicit knowledge about creative person differs in three countries and cultural characteristics of each country should be considered in the study of creativity.

'출판 잡지 인쇄문화의 현상학적 연구'라는 대주제로 열린 이날 포럼에서는 3부로 나누어 진행되었으며 그라데이션 커브 변화에 따른 CTP화상 재현연구(오세웅, 신구대교수), 디지털인쇄의 현황과 미래(이종찬, 신구대교수), 일본의 출판잡지 통계분석(전영표, 신구대학교수), e북과 한국출판계의 전망(이기성, 계원조형예술대학교수)등의 연구 논문이 발표됐다. 다음은 이날 발표된 '디지털인쇄의 현황과 미래인쇄'와 'eBOOK과 한국출판계의 전망'을 소개한다.
