SC1(Standard Cleaning) 시간을 줄여 STI 측벽에서의 실리콘 손실 및 과도절개를 최소화하여 DRAM에서의 데이터 유지시간을 증가시키는 방법을 제안한다. SC1 시간 최적화를 통해 STI 상층 모서리부에서의 기생 전기장을 약화시킴으로서 Inverse Narrow Width 효과를 감소시키면 셀 트랜지스터의 Subthreshold 누설의 증가없이 채널 도핑농도가 감소하게 된다. 이것은 셀 접합에서 P-Well간 공핍 영역에서의 전기장을 최소화하여 일드나 데이터 유지시간의 증가를 보여 주었다.

The purpose of this study is to found out that how well yield management, the element of Marketing mix possible to control, is composed and is conducted in strategic level in Italian Restaurant of domestic Hotel and that how much menu which is the element of Yield management contributes to growth of sales. As a result of this research, it is found out that all of three hotels have a different characteristic promotion hold by 10% in F/B. By that reason, out saucing is need to hotel management, but Restaurant should be activated continuously.

최근 몇 년 동안 탈중앙화 금융(DeFi)은 블록체인 기술의 혁신적인 사용을 통해 금융 부문의 지형을 재정의할 획기적인 세력으로 부상했다. 본 연구는 DeFi의 제도화를 향한 패러다임 전환에 대한 포괄적인 기술적 분석을 제시하며, DeFi가 전통적인 금융 시스템을 혼란에 빠뜨리고 글로벌 경제 프레임워크를 재구성할 수 있는 잠재력을 강조한다. 본 연구에서 스마트 계약, 분산형 자율 조직(DAO) 및 합의 알고리즘을 포함한 DeFi 핵심 기술의 복잡성을 조사하고 이러한 요소가 어떻게 집합적으로 보다 개방적이고 투명하며 포용적인 금융 생태계를 조성하는지 탐구한다. 주요 고려 사항에는 규제 장애물, 보안 문제, 확장성 문제, 혁신과 소비자 보호 간의 균형이 포함된다. 금융 포괄성, 특히 은행 서비스를 받지 못하는 인구와 은행 서비스를 받지 못하는 인구에게 금융 서비스에 대한 접근을 제공하는 역량 측면에서 DeFi의 혁신적인 잠재력에 대해 논의하여 일드 파밍, 유동성 채굴, 분산형 대출 등 새로운 금융 상품 및 서비스를 도입하는 데 있어 DeFi의 역할을 평가하여 소비자와 기존 금융 기관 모두에 미치는 영향을 강조한다. DeFi의 기술 기반과 기관 금융 프레임워크 내에서 급성장하는 역할에 대한 자세한 조사를 제공함으로써 본 논문은 금융의 미래 궤적과 글로벌 경제 시스템의 진화하는 역학에 대한 귀중한 통찰력을 제공하는 것을 목표로 한다.

This study purpose is the consideration of the processing evolution historic of the Educational Facilities 20s century at the grand view in the region Ile-de-France. Specially, by thepart of Educational Politic, Urban Geographic and the Urban Planning. This study purpose is to take a data base and study direction on 'A study of the role educational facility in the urban development'. So I was arrived these conclusions, First, the educational politic of the france was aimed for the democratization of the education and the popularization. After execution of the decentralization in the 1986, high school facilities was more popularized. Second, in the view point of the urban geographic, before 1975 years, high school facilities in the region ile-de-france was unbalanced in the situation regional and in the division social on the urban space. But after law of the Decentralization(1986) in the France, by effort of the regional conseil has take the regional balance. Third, high school facility has a potential force as a center of the development of the city. Forth, the facility has a possibility potential for a working of the important role in the urbanization. specially, the movement of population, the augment prix of the terrain, appartement and the division social in the urban space. as element that important relation with a development of the city.
