The rapid innovation of information and communication technology and its sharp falling prices have brought about the expansion of the Internet, integrating the world as one space under converged space and time. This rapid expansion of the Internet and its application in the economy have spurred the emergence of the digital economy. The Internet has influenced strongly on the changes of not only economic activities but also political, social and cultural activities. In this context, a rapidly increasing Internet expansion renders the rhetoric about the death of distance and about the meaningless of geographical place. However, the development and expansion of Internet induces a growing digital divide among nations and also a spatial inequality in a nation as the supply of the Internet has concentrated towards demand-affluent large cities. A large gap of digital access has been occurred between high income and low income countries according to a measurement of the international digital access index. In a national level, the Internet backbone has been built around large cities which favor a large amount of the Internet demand, and the affordable accessibility of these cities for the Internet services has influenced strongly on the agglomeration of Internet related industries, further inducing the construction and investment of the Internet backbone into large cities as cumulative causation effects. As a result, the expansion of the Internet affects immensely on the changes of spatial structure in a nation resulting in the new spatial phenomena such as centralization, concentration and splintering in the digitalized space-economy.

There is increasing importance of a system to reorganize explosive expansion of internet information resources efficiently; therefore, an increasing concern about classification system as an instrument for facilitating an access to a specific subject and improving efficiency in information retrieval. Comparing the hierarchical structure and access methodology of internet-based classification system with those of library classification such as Dewey Decimal Classification through their structural aspects and retrival process, this paper proposes the proper classification system in internet environment.

노인 인구의 급격한 증가와 인터넷을 통한 정보획득의 보편화로 인하여 웹 접근성의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 웹 접근성이란 "경제적, 지역적, 신체적, 사회적 한계로 인해 정보서비스를 받기 어려운 자들에 대한 정보 통신망의 자유로운 접근과 이용" 을 의미한다 정부기관이 선도하여 웹사이트를 통해 보다 편리하고 좋은 서비스를 국민에게 제공하려는 전세계적인 노력에도 불구하고 장애인이나 노인들에게는 아직도 웹사이트의 접근이 용이하지 못한 실정이다. 이는 웹 접근성의 문제를 발생시키는 근본 원인 중 하나인 웹 접근성(Web Accessibility)에 대한 개념 이해 및 현재 사용되는 웹사이트의 접근성 만족 유무를 정확하게 평가할 수 있는 평가 방법의 부재에 기인한다. 현재까지 웹 접근성 평가는 표준 평가항목인 W3C의 웹 접근성 지침(Web Contents Accessibility Guideline 1.0, 이하 WCAG 1.0)을 기반으로 만들어진 자동화 평가도구를 이용하여 대부분 이루어져 왔다. 자동차 평가도구를 이용한 웹 접근성 평가 방법은 평가가 용이하고 평가결과의 정량화로 인해 연구의 객관성을 높일 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 그러나 선행연구와 실험을 통해 자동화 평가도구의 문제점이 지적되고 있다. 예를 들어 전문가가 직접 스크린 리더를 통해 계산한 접근성 오류와 자동화 도구가 계산한 접근성 오류와는 많은 차이를 보이고 있다. 기존 연구에서는 자동화 평가도구의 문제점을 보완하기 위해 전문가가 직접 평가하는 매뉴얼 평가방식과의 병행을 제시하고 있으나, 근본적인 문제점을 해결하고 이를 개선할 수 있는 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 "한국형 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침(TTAS.0T-10.0003)"을 기본으로 하여 "EuroAccessibilty Consortium" 에서 고려하고 있는 "testable statement" 으로 통합 보안한 접근성 체크항목의 재구성과 함께 "자연어 처리" 알고리즘을 적용하여 자동화 평가도구의 개선 방안을 제시한다. 아직까지 제시된 개선방안의 적용 및 검증이 이루어지지 않아 한계점을 가지고 있으나 자동화 평가도구의 개선방안에 대한 제안은 향후 연구의 기초자료로 활용 가능할 것이며 많은 후속연구를 유발할 것으로 기대한다.

최근 들어 WWW의 등장과 함께 인터넷 사용자가 폭발적으로 증가하는 가운데 많은 사람들이 인터넷을 통하여 쉽게 원하는 정보를 얻을 수 있게 되었다. 또한, 기존의 지리정보시스템(GIS)도 WWW과 연동되면서 사용자들이 좀 더 쉽게 인터넷을 통하여 지형공간 데이터에 접근할 수 있게 되었다. 지형공간 데이터를 인터넷상에서 접근하기 위해서는 각 기관이나 단체에서 이미 구축해놓은 지형공간 데이터가 인터넷상에 등록 및 공개되어 있어야 한다. 그러나, 지적 재산인 지형공간데이타를 인터넷상에 전적으로 공개하고 있는 사례는 그다지 많지 않다. 만약, 이미 구축되어 있는 지형공간 데이터를 무조건 공개하는 것이 아니라 정당한 대가로 판매할 수 있다면 다양한 양질의 지형공간 데이터의 유통이 가능할 것이다. 그러므로, WWW상에서 지형공간 데이터를 등록하고 필요로 하는 사람에게 판매할 수 있는 전자상거래 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서 설계 및 구현하는 WWW과 연동하는 지형공간 데이터 전자상거래 시스템에서는 지도 공급자가 가지고 있는 지형공간 데이터를 전자상거래 서버에 등록하고, 지도 구매자들은 지도 공급자가 등록해 놓은 지도에 대해 다양한 정보와 미리 보기 등을 통하여 구입 의사를 결정하여 구매할 수 있다. 본 시스템은 온라인상에서의 파일전송을 지원하기 때문에 지형공간 데이터를 신뢰성있게 전송하는 기능을 제공하고, 다른 일반적인 Web 기반 GIS 시스템과 달리 지불 결과에 대하여 충분한 신뢰성을 제공하며, 또한 다양한 지형공간 데이터를 지원할 수 있는 확장성도 지원한다.

Recently, sudden interests of mobile cloud computing as well as conventional internet environment are rapidly increased as cloud computing spread out in our web society. Mobile devices including smart phone are rapidly changing in a wholesale way that covers hardwares, applications, and services. However, the Internet access using mobile device is not quite smooth in this local mobile internet environment which suffers from lack of understanding and observance of Web Standards. Although most of domestic web sites are developed focusing on various functions and eye-catching designs, this should became one of the main factors that make the usability and accessability decrease when accessing web with smart phones or table PCs. Therefore, this paper suggested a web interface that considered usability and accessability under mobile cloud environment and we tried to prove it via usability test. It could be found that there was an improvement of usability of interface of the main page that has been optimized to the mobile device environment suggested from the previous research we present, but this paper aimed to prove a usability improvement of total website as a whole by performing the usability test on the entire website. Selecting a special website optimized for mobile cloud computing, we prove an improvement of usability and accessibility. Therefore, we offer a guideline about user interface design applications to developers or companies who want to construct mobile website.

현재 지리정보 기술의 세계적인 추세는, ISO 나 OGC 등의 국제 표준기구에서 제시하고 있는 상호 운용성을 지원하기 위한 3계층 구조의 인터넷 GIS로 나아가고 있다. 특히 OGC 에서는 인터넷 환경에서 표준 인터페이스를 통해 다양한 데이타 소스의 지리정보를 접근하여 기존의 웹 브라우저로 표현하는 구조의 웹 매핑 테스트베드를 제시하고 있다. 3계층 구조의 인터넷 GIS에서의 문제점은 각 계층간의 통신 횟수와 데이타 전송량이 많고, 미들웨어 컴포넌트에서의 데이터 변환으로 인해 속도가 저하되는 것이다. 데이타 전송량과 데이타 변환량으로 인한 문제점은 미들웨어 계층에서 공간 데이터를 캐슁함으로써 해결될 수 있다. 본 논문의 핵심 아이디어는 미들웨어 컴포넌트들 사이에 공유 캐쉬를 두고, 여러 클라이언트들이 공통적으로 접근하는 데이타를 중심으로 캐쉬를 관리하는 것이다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 기법은 질의 영역에 대해 확장된 영역을 캐슁함으로써, 하나의 클라이언트 입장에서 근접한 영역의 질의에 대한 사용자 응답 시간을 줄일 수 있다. 또한 캐쉬 교체를 위해 접근 빈도수 중심의 교체 함수를 취함으로써 여러 클라이언트들에 대해 데이타의 재사용성을 높일 수 있다.

Trend of wire internet has been transferred to wireless internet gradually due to the spread of mobile phone which made Possible Mobility and portability which wire internet could not afford. Not only front line of business part can access business information but also people can use government information for their daily life without limit of place. The frequent report of larceny and misuse of information has been issued to social sector that the need for IDS considering wire wireless internet. In this paper to design IDS to protect information first, searched wire internet intrusion type, intrusion detection method, and wireless intrusion type. In this paper, first, separate abnormal access at the point of system landing and detect intrusion attack with disguise through mobile wireless internet. Due to the intruder can access system normally with disguise, Circuit Patrol model has been suggested to monitor from intrusion attack.

Due to the increased use of mobile devices, there is a lot of discussion on mobile accessibility. Mobile accessibility means that everyone, who includes the disabled, the elderly people, can easily use the functions of mobile devices. In this paper, we presented and implemented a mobile interface using a speech I/O APIs to improve the accessibility. The proposed interfaces are implemented on Android platforms and they used speech recognition and text-to-speech APIs supported as built-in services. In addition, to facilitate the internet access for visually impaired or blind people, we also implemented the web browsing application (web reader).

Considering international trends and foreign cases, it can be easily expected that web accessibility issue is becoming more and more important. While information technology has changed Korean society rapidly and widely, there are many People who have difficulties in using information services such as the elderly and persons with disabilities. One of the big barriers they face is the lack of accessibility of web services. These social problems have been rarely studied in Korea but surface as very import subjects to be addressed concerning IT and welfare policy. The objective of this study is to ensure web accessibility right for visually handicapped and reduce digital divide through development of a recommendation guideline of mobile internet user interface. In this study the trends of politics and laws related to web accessibility in developed countries are surveyed and some advisable recommendation guidelines of mobile internet user interface for visually handicapped to improve web accessibility are proposed.

This paper presents a reliable multicast transmission for the advertising-supported Access Point in which a user can use a wireless network access service through receiving the advertisement. In this paper we propose a application-layer multicast protocol that controls a transmission rate of the mobile device for the reliable multicast in wireless LAN environment. Internet advertising includes all means and medias for advertising on the Internet in order to raise sales or popularity of the products or services. Since the current Internet advertising systems are passive, the target systems are exposed to unspecified persons and its exposure rates of the advertisement are changeable and unpredictable. In this paper, we propose an Internet advertising system, with which users can access the wireless Internet without charge, advertisers can provide customized advertisement according to location, time, and categories of users, and owners of network infrastructure can manage the system with a low cost.
