인터넷 쇼핑 시장의 확산과 함께 소비자들은 이전보다 더욱 다양한 형태의 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 접할 수 있게 되었다. 따라서, 소비자들은 다양한 쇼핑몰의 선택의 기로에 서게 된 반면, 인터넷 쇼핑몰 업체의 입장에서는 고객의 유지가 매우 중요하다. 특히, 오프라인 기반을 갖춘 Brick & Clicks 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 경우에는 오프라인 고객을 온라인상에서도 그대로 유지하길 바랄 것이다. 그러나, 실제로는 많은 고객들이 오프라인 쇼핑몰과 온라인 쇼핑몰을 동일하게 이용하는 Brick & Clicks 쇼핑몰을 선택보다는 인터넷 상의 순수한 Pure-play 쇼핑몰을 선택하기도 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 소비자가 Brick & Clicks 인터넷 쇼핑몰이나 Pure-play 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 선택하는 행동에 대해 스키마 관점에서 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷 쇼핑몰에 대한 스키마 형성에 신뢰, 구조적 확신, 관계혜택이 영향을 준다고 보고, 총 514여명의 인터넷 쇼핑몰 사용자를 대상으로 실증분석을 하고 결과를 도출하였다. 분석결과 Pure-play 인터넷 쇼핑몰이 고객에게 더 높은 평가를 받는 것으로 나타나 Brick & Clicks 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 특화가 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

최근에 인터넷의 이용이 확대되면서 통계학 관련분야에서도 많은 변화가 나타나고 있다. 통계관련 분야에서는 교육과 컨설팅 분야에서 인터넷의 이용이 매우 활발하게 움직이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 분야에서 현재까지 개발된 내용의 현황을 살펴보고, 사용 목적과 구현 방법에 따라 분류하고자 한다.

본고에서는 이동 전화로 이동통신망을 통해 이동통신사에서 제공하는 인터넷 서비스를 이용하는 모바일 인터넷 사용자들의 이용 성향 분석과 요구 조사 결과 분석을 통해 모바일 검색 기술 선점을 위한 연구 방향을 제시한다.

With the rapid increase of Internet users, Internet addiction has become a significant social issue. As Internet surfers become much younger than before, Internet addiction influences even elementary school students. While studies about adolescents' addiction are available, studies on the Internet addiction of elementary school students are very limited. The purpose of this study is to grasp the realities of 5th and 6th graders' Internet addiction, and to analyze the factors affecting Internet addiction. The result of this study shows that 22.9 percent of the sample students are in the stage of early addiction. In addition, the degree of Internet addiction is significantly different by some factors such as gender, grade, surfing time and purpose, satisfaction with parental relationship, conversation frequency among family members, relationship with friends, and satisfaction with school life. In addition, the results of the multiple regression indicate that surfing time, satisfaction with parental relationship, and conversation frequency among family members are important factors, which affect students' Internet addiction.

인터넷에 산재한 id와 개인정보들은 적절한 관리와 보호를 필요로 한다. 인터넷 ID 관리 서비스는 가입자의 id와 개인정보를 관리해 주는 서비스이다. 가입자는 인터넷 ID 관리 서비스에 가입해 id와 개인정보를 등록하면, 이 id로 한번의 로그인 만으로 모든 가맹 웹사이트를 이용할 수 있고, 개인정보의 활용에 대한 통제도 할 수 있다. 인터넷 ID 관리 서비스가 도입되면 인터넷 이용이 편리해지고 id 도용을 크게 줄이며, 개인정보 보호를 강화할 수 있다. 해외에서도 ID 관리 분야에 대한 기술 개발과 표준화, 실환경 도입이 활발히 진행되고 있다. ETRI에서는 Liberty 규격을 준용한 인터넷 ID 관리 서비스 시스템을 개발 중에 있다.

인터넷 사용자가 급진적으로 증가함에 따라 오늘날의 인터넷 트래픽의 양 또한 폭발적으로 증가하였으며 기존의 라우팅 기법을 이용하는 라우터를 사용하는 경우에는 라우팅 시의 지연으로 인해 고속 서비스를 요구하는 사용자의 욕구를 충족시키기는 어려울 것이다. 이와 같은 문제는 앞으로의 인터넷 사용자의 수요 및 요구 서비스를 예측할 때 조속히 해결해야 할 중요한 문제라고 할 수 있다. 고속 인터넷 서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것으로, 예상되었던 IPOA, MPOA, IP Switching, Tag Switching, MPLS 등의 기술 중에서 MPLS는 ATM 교환기를 이용하여 사용자의 요구에 부응할 수 있는 양질의 서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다. IETF에서는 MPLS 표준화가 활발히 진행중이다. 본 고에서는 ATM 교환기를 기반으로 MPLS 기술을 이용하여 ATM 기반의 인터넷 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 방법에 대해 기술한다. 본 시스템은 ATM 교환기와 연결된 MLSP 상에서 LDP, BGP 등의 프로토콜을 구현함으로써 LER 및 LSR로서 동작할 수 있도록 하여 대용량의 인터넷 트래픽을 고속 처리할 수 있는 기능성을 제시한다.

This study aims to find the factors of Internet overdependence in adults, through the decision tree analysis model, which is a data mining method using National Information Society Agency's raw data from the survey on Internet overdependence in 2016. As a result of the decision tree analysis, a total 16 nodes of Internet overdependence risk groups were identified. The main predicated variables were the amount of time spent per smart media usage in weekdays; amount of time spent per smart media usage in weekends; experiences of purchasing cash items; percentage of using smart media for leisure; negative personality; percentage of using smart media for information search and utilization; and awareness on good functions of the Internet, all of which in order had greater impact on the risk groups. Users in the highest risk node spent the smart media for more than 5 minutes per use and less than 5~10 minutes in weekdays, had experiences of cash item purchase, and had lower level of awareness on the good functions of the Internet. The analysis led to the following recommendations: First, even a short-time use has higher chances of causing Internet overdependence, and therefore, guidelines need to be developed based on research on the usage behavior rather than the usage time. Second, self-regulation is required because factors that affect overindulgence in games, such as the cash items, increase Internet overdependence. Third, using the Internet for leisure causes higher risk of overdependence and therefore, other means of leisure should be recommended.

인터넷은 가상도서관(vertual library)을 실현하기 위한 불가결한 수단으로서, 세계적으로 급속히 발전하고 있다. 우리나라 도서관의 인터넷 이용은 이제 시작 단계이어서 그 가능성을 충분히 살리지 못하고 있으나, 앞으로 그 이용은 점점 더 활발해질 것이다. 이에 인터넷이란 무엇이며, 왜 사서에게 중요한 지와 인터넷을 통해 어떤 정보서비스가 제공되고 있는지를 미국을 중심으로 검토하였고, 정보서비스의 관점에서 제기되는 문제점 및 과제를 고찰하였다.

CTI[1]의 응용 영역 중에서 인터넷 폰이 최근 뜨거운 관심의 대상으로 떠오르고 있다. 인터넷을 이용한 음성전달 기술은 인터넷의 성장 보급과 더불어 나날이발전 하고 있는데, 이러한 음성전달기술을 이용해 개발된 소프트 웨어를 통칭해서 인터넷 폰이라고 부르고 있다. 이러한 변화 속에서 비용의 절감과 비디오 전화, 영상회의와 같은 응용에 적용할 수 있는, 본 개발은 One Encoder One Decoder 지원의 VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) Phone에 관한 것으로, 특히 압축하여 인터넷 망에 접속시켜 사용할 수 있는 PC 장착형 One Board 형태의 시스템을 구현하였다. 이 Board에 사용 된 칩셋은 국내 회사인 C&S Technology 사의SEAGUL723이며, PC인터페이스는 PCI(Peripheral Component Interconnect) 버스 방식을 이용하였다. 주요 연구내용에 있어서 하드웨어 부분은 내선제어모듈,PCI 모듈, 칩셋을 이용한 음성신호처리 모듈, Board제어 모듈 등이 있으며, 소프트 웨어 설계 부분에 있어서는 하드웨어 구동을 위한 시스템 드라이브, Application과 인터넷 상의 VoIP 통신을 위한 소프트웨어, 사용자를 위한 User Interface 소프트 웨어 등이 있다.
