In this study, we want to check if there are similarities and differences between Chinese students and Korean university students who make up the highest percentage of Korean students studying abroad and see what attributes affect their satisfaction with the use of Internet shopping malls. Based on the results, Chinese students will be able to suggest ways to increase their satisfaction in the process of using local Internet shopping malls and advise companies operating domestic Internet shopping malls on strategies to improve the satisfaction of foreign customers. According to the study, among the system evaluation factors experienced by Korean students and Chinese students when using Internet shopping malls, Korean students showed better information quality than their Chinese counterparts, and Chinese students showed better functionality than their Korean counterparts. Second, among the logistics system evaluation factors Korean and Chinese students experienced when using Internet shopping malls, both speed and delivery quality showed that Korean students were better than Chinese students. Third, when Korean students use local Internet shopping malls, the factors that affect their satisfaction with consumption were found to have significant effects on functionality, delivery quality, response reliability, information quality and speed. The market of Internet-based fashion/coordination shopping malls have been growing rapidly year by year. In accordance with this growth, Internet fashion shopping malls are also making a lot of efforts to increase their revenue by displaying new fashion products on a high spot or by having professional models wear them to make them more attractive to the customers. If online shopping malls have the functionality of automatically calculating the matching degree of lower and upper clothes, it could play a role of off-line shop assistants and provide a more convenient way of purchasing fashion products for customers. In this paper, we present a learning system adopting the content-based filtering method for online shopping malls, which automatically calculates the matching degree of lower and upper clothes and recommends the most well-matched pair.

This study investigates the effects of consumer innovativeness on e-loyalty mediated by shopping mall attributes and consumer satisfaction with the Internet. Data were obtained from 243 consumers who had bought fashion products through online shopping. Data were analyzed by using factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, and path analysis using LISREL 8.53 program. The results of this study suggest that the consumer innovativeness, such as Internet-innovativeness and Fashion-innovativeness affect shopping mall attributes including Loading, Visual, Information, Variety, and Price/Fashion. These attributes and the shopping mall satisfaction partially mediated the impact of consumer innovativeness on e-loyalty of shopping malls through the Internet. Especially, consumer satisfaction was the most important determinant to build up e-loyalty for the online shopping of fashion products. The findings provide implications for e-retailers to develop strategies related to consumer innovativeness, shopping mall attributes, and the e-loyalty of shopping malls for fashion products.
In this study, a survey of online coupon user in their 20's and 30's was undertaken to explore how e-coupon attribute, perceived risk affect the intention to continuously use online coupons through mediation of online coupon user satisfaction. Four variables were used as E-coupon attribute variables(economy, amusement, reliability, usefulness) with coupon type and gender being used as moderating variables. The analysis results of relationship between e-coupon attributes, perceived risk and online coupon user satisfaction indicated that amusement, usefulness significantly affected online coupon user satisfaction, and this, in turn, significantly affected the intention to continuously use online coupons. In addition, the test of difference between groups in coupon type and gender, two moderating variables used in this study, found that with respect to coupon type, a moderating effect existed in reliability, usefulness whereas for gender, a moderating effect existed in only reliability. It is considered that this study will provide a credible evidence basis for Internet shopping malls in establishing a coupon promotion strategy including a specific promotional mix best suited to their needs and resources, while implicating that offering highly reliable online coupons will contribute to enhancing satisfaction level among customers using online coupons.
This study reviews the limit of image search by considering on the image search methods related to content-based image retrieval and suggests a user interface for more efficient content-based image retrieval and the ways to utilize image properties. For now, most studies on image search are being performed focusing on content-based image retrieval; they try to search based on the image's colors, texture, shapes, and the overall form of the image. However, the results are not satisfactory because there are various technological limits. Accordingly, this study suggests a new retrieval system which adapts content-based image retrieval and the conventional keyword search method. This is about a way to attribute properties to images using texts and a fast way to search images by expressing the attribute of images as keywords and utilizing them to search images. Also, the study focuses on a simulation for a user interface to make query language on the Internet and a search for clothes in an online shopping mall as an application of the retrieval system based on image attribute. This study will contribute to adding a new purchase pattern in online shopping malls and to the development of the area of similar image search.
