This experimental research as media effect study explores the effect of the current documentary that deals with radioactive contamination widely spread by fukushima nuclear accident on political and social recognition of domestic audience. Proceeding studies about media effect dealt mainly with news contents of TV, newspaper and internet. However studies on the effect of current documentary as non news contents on audience that provide us with profound information by various subjects are very few. Especially it is difficult to find studies about disaster documentary dealing with radioactive contamination having much effect on global environment. Accordingly this research implemented experimental study to find out the effect of current documentary that deals with radioactive contamination by fukushima nuclear accident on political and social recognition of audience. This research found that subjects exposed to the current documentary considered outdated nuclear power plant more seriously, supporting the opposition party more positively, claiming shutdown of outdated nuclear power plant, and opposing additive construction of nuclear power plant than subjects not exposed to the current documentary.

As the volume of unstructured data increases through various social media, Internet news articles, and blogs, the importance of text analysis and the studies are increasing. Since text analysis is mostly performed on a specific domain or topic, the importance of constructing and applying a domain-specific dictionary has been increased. The quality of dictionary has a direct impact on the results of the unstructured data analysis and it is much more important since it present a perspective of analysis. In the literature, most studies on text analysis has emphasized the importance of dictionaries to acquire clean and high quality results. However, unfortunately, a rigorous verification of the effects of dictionaries has not been studied, even if it is already known as the most essential factor of text analysis. In this paper, we generate three dictionaries in various ways from 39,800 news articles and analyze and verify the effect each dictionary on the accuracy of document classification by defining the concept of Intrinsic Rate. 1) A batch construction method which is building a dictionary based on the frequency of terms in the entire documents 2) A method of extracting the terms by category and integrating the terms 3) A method of extracting the features according to each category and integrating them. We compared accuracy of three artificial neural network-based document classifiers to evaluate the quality of dictionaries. As a result of the experiment, the accuracy tend to increase when the "Intrinsic Rate" is high and we found the possibility to improve accuracy of document classification by increasing the intrinsic rate of the dictionary.

This study focused on university students' risk perception of cybercrime through media exposure. For this purpose, I tried to figure out the results of risk perception on cybercrime with 8 factors. As a result, the lowest type of cybercrime was internet fraud, and it was caused by media type and degree of exposure, where university students get information about cybercrime. There's a difference of students' risk perception by media type, news media was the best. Depending on the media of the environment, even in the area of cyber crime there is a difference of perception of risk for each individual. And it can be confirmed that the risk perception in response to the exposure of the media has changed.

With the development of the internet and computer technology, the amount of information through the internet is increasing rapidly and it is managed in document form. For this reason, the research into the method to manage for a large amount of document in an effective way is necessary. The conventional document categorization method used only the keywords of related documents for document classification. However, this paper proposed keyword extraction method of based on association rule. This method extracts a set of related keywords which are involved in document's category and classifies representative keyword by using the classification rule proposed in this paper. In addition, this paper proposed the preprocessing method for efficient keywords creation and predicted the new document's category. We can design the classifier and measure the performance throughout the experiment to increase the profile's classification performance. When predicting the category, substituting all the classification rules one by one is the major reason to decrease the process performance in a profile. Finally, this paper suggested automatically categorizing plan which can be applied to hierarchical category architecture, extended from simple category architecture.

이제까지 비디오 데이타베이스를 모델링하기 위한 많은 연구들이 수행되었지만 그 모든 모델들에서 다루는 비디오 데이타는 사용자의 개입이 없을 때 항상 미리 정의된 순서로 보여진다는 점에서 정적 데이타 모델로 간주될 수 있다. 주문형 뉴스 서비스, 주문형 비디오 서비스, 디지털 도서관, 인터넷 쇼핑 등과 같이 최신 비디오 정보 서비스를 제공하는 비디오 데이타베이스 응용들에서는 빈번한 비디오 편집이 요구되는데 실시간 처리가 바람직하다. 이를 위해서 기존의 비디오 데이타 내용이 변경되거나 새로운 비디오 데이타가 생성되어야 하지만 이제까지의 비디오 데이타 모델에서는 이러한 비디오 편집 작업이 일일이 수작업으로 수행되어야만 했다. 본 논문에서는 비디오 편집에 드는 노력을 줄이기 위해서 객체지향 데이타 모델에 기반하여 DVID(Dynamic Video Object Data Model)라는 동적 비디오 객체 데이타 모델을 제안한다. DVID는 기존의 정적 비디오 객체뿐만 아니라 사용자의 개입없이도 비디오의 내용을 비디오 데이타베이스로부터 동적으로 결정하여 보여주는 동적 비디오 객체도 함께 제공한다.Abstract A lot of research has been done on modeling video databases, but all of them can be considered as the static video data model from the viewpoint that all video data on those models are always presented according to the predefined sequences if there is no user interaction. For some video database applications which provides with up-to-date video information services such as news-on-demand, video-on-demand, digital library, internet shopping, etc., video editing is requested frequently, preferably in real time. To do this, the contents of the existing video data should be changed or new video data should be created, but on the traditional video data models such video editing works should be done manually. In order to save trouble in video editing work, this paper proposes the dynamic video object data model named DVID based on object oriented data model. DVID allows not only the static video object but also the dynamic video object whose contents are dynamically determined from video databases in real time even without user interaction.

As the Internet technology advances, data on the web is increasing sharply. Many research study about incremental learning for classifying effectively in data increasing. Web document contains the time-series data such as published date. If we reflect time-series data to classification, it will be an effective classification. In this study, we analyze the time-series variation of the words. We propose an efficient classification through dividing the dataset based on the analysis of time-series information. For experiment, we corrected 1 million online news articles including time-series information. We divide the dataset and classify the dataset using SVM and $Na{\ddot{i}}ve$ Bayes. In each model, we show that classification performance is increasing. Through this study, we showed that reflecting time-series information can improve the classification performance.

As a marine leisure industry has being developed and demands for leisure culture have rapidly increased, the needs for services offering marine safety and related information are growing. Accordingly, in the study I developed the contents providing server to support this with ENC agent who presents geographical information of digitalized Electronic Nautical Chart satisfying with the standard(S-57) by International Hydrographic Organization and a web searching agent who builds a database by collecting marine-related information in order to provide a variety of realtime information such as weather, fishing and news. In addition, I designed and embodied network based mobile contents which can be presented on a WIPI(Wireless Internet Platform for Interoperability) based portable handset by receiving an ENC and other processed information from server. With the results produced by such experiments, I measured a compressibility corresponding to a image compression format of electronic nautical chart transmitted and analyzed the correlation between increase in packets of requested information and the cost.

Today the fastest growing communities of web users are mobile visitors who browse web page with wireless PDAs and cellular phones. However, most web pages are optimiaed exclusively for desktop clients on the broadband network and are inconvenient to users with small screen mobile devices. They display only a few lines of text and cannot run client-side programs or scripts due to lack of system resource. Even worse, their connections are usually slow to support most of the data-intensive applications. In this paper, we propose a pageslet scheme that makes it feasible to browse ordinary web pages on small screen mobile devices. It extracts broadcasting sections of user preference from broadcasting web pages and automatically reorganizes the extracted sections for convenient browsing on mobile devices.

Recently, management of Newspaper developmet of the internet news, broadcasting and free newspapers escalated competition between newspaper companies and other media companies as well as competition among newapaper companies. This paper analyzes the efficiency of Korean Newapaper using DEA model. We evaluate the CCR-O, BCC-O efficiency, SE and RTS of 30 Newspaper. We also suggest the Newpaper which can be benchmarked based on analyzed information. The result shows that ten Nespaper whose values of CCR-O efficiency are 1, and Fourteen Nespaper whose values of BCC efficiency are 1. RTS indicates IRS of 1 firms, DRS of 16 firms and CRS of 13 firms. To variables on the effectiveness of newspaper publishing companies for the understanding and performance analysis.

Online learning from anywhere via a smart phone, so that you can see the online quizzes, in this paper, the system that not only online quizzes through a smartphone using the Hybrid-App, you can see in real time the results and scores of the person I proposed.
