  • Social infrastructure facilities that have been under construction since the country's high-growth period are undergoing rapid aging, and safety assessments of large structures such as bridge tunnels, which can be directly linked to large-scale casualties in the event of an accident, are necessary. Wireless smart sensor networks that improve SHM(Structural Health Monitoring) based on existing wire sensors are difficult to construct economical and efficient system due to short signal reach. The LPWAN, Low Power Wide Area Network, is becoming popular with the Internet of Things and it is possible to construct economical and efficient SHM by applying it to structural health monitoring. This study examines the applicability of LoRa LPWAN to structural health monitoring and proposes a channel usage pre-planning based LoRa network operation method that can efficiently utilize bandwidth while resolving conflicts between channels caused by using license - exempt communication band.

  • 구내통신은 건물내에 교환기 등의 전기통신설비를 구축하여 전화서비스는 물론 통신 운영 및 관리업무를 담당하는 설비로서 주택법 등에서 대규모 건물에 대해서는 구내통신설비를 구축하도록 규정하고 있다. 과거 전화서비스만 제공하던 시기에는 간단한 구조로 되어 있어 사용되는 전기의 사용량 이 많지 않았으나 아파트와 같은 공동주택의 건설이 많아지고 제공되는 통신서비스 역시 초고속인터넷을 비롯하여 각종 홈오토메이션 등 구내통신이 담당하는 서비스가 복잡 다양해 지면서 설비의 전기요금에 대한 이슈가 제기되고 있다. 현재 한국전력공사의 요금약관을 살펴보면 아파트와 같은 대규모 건물일 경우, 1전기사용장소 전체를 1전기사용계약단위로 하기 때문에 구내용 전기통신설비의 경우 가장 높은 요금인 주거용 전력요금을 적용받고 있다. 하지만 '사회기잔시설에 대한 민간투자법'에 따르면 전기통신설비는 항만, 수도, 집단에너지 시설 등과 함게 가회기반시설로 지정되어 있으며 다른 기간시설의 경우 산업용 전력요금을 적용받고 있어 형평성의 문제가발생하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 현행 구내통신관련 법제를 살펴보고 구내통신요금의 합리적인 개선방안을 제시하고 한다.

  • IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force) CoAP (Constrained Application Protocol) protocol is supported communication between sensor or actuator nodes by in a constrained environment, such as small amount of memory, and low power. CoAP and HTTP protocol can convert easily, and can use to monitor or controll the infrastructure utility through low-power sensor and actuator networks in IoT (Internet of Thing) and M2M (Machine-to-Machine) environment. IETF CoRE(Constrained RESTful environments) Working Group proposed CoAP protocol in 2010, and began to standardize it. Recently, CoAP protocol is published RFC (Request for Comments) 7252. In this paper, we design and implement of CoAP protocol for testing the interoperability in heterogeneous operating environments. For this experiment, we developed the CoAP client program based on Windows environment and CoAP server program in Linux environment to test the interoperability.

  • In this paper, in today's highly complex video and broadcast operations, broadcasters are constantly challenged to reliably deliver low-latency, high-quality video to multiscreen audiences on-air and online. The Adaptive Bit Rate (ABR) protocols enable internet video to a wide range of multiscreen devices. However, video quality is often marginal and would prove unacceptable for valued linear broadcast content delivered to the Big Screen today. The Media information processing technology advances in ABR enables service providers to take control and offer quality managed linear video services to ALL screens in the home, including the Big Screen, with a single unified IP Video infrastructure. The New Multiscreen-Assisted ABR (MSA-ABR) delivery management system proposed using Cloud based multicast-assisted ABR for a broadcast facility that performs routing of contribution content and online publishing services within a virtual, centralized cloud infrastructure.

  • Korean government has planned to increase the productivity of horticultural crops and to expand supply smart greenhouse for energy saving by modernization of horticultural facilities based on ICT in policy. However, the diversity and linkages of monitoring and control are significantly insufficient in the agricultural sector in the current situation. Therefore, development of a service system with smart-farm based on the internet of things(IoT) for intelligent systemization of all the process of agricultural production through remote control using complex algorithm for diverse monitoring and control is required. In this study, domestic and international research trend related to ICT-based horticultural facilities was briefly introduced and limits were analyzed in the domestic application of the advanced technology. Finally, future core technologies feasible to graft in agricultural field were reviewed.

  • 최근 발표된 정책으로 공공시설과 민간건물의 제로에너지 전환이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 제로에너지 기술인 패시브 기술에 사물인터넷을 적용하여 스마트 주택에 쾌적한 내부 환경 조성과 효율적인 에너지 운영을 도울 수 있는 패시브하우스 아키텍처를 제안한다. 패시브하우스의 모의 구현을 통하여 관리 시스템 운영에 필요한 기술을 제안하며, 패시브하우스의 모니터링 시스템을 제안하므로 사용자에게 편의성을 제공한다.

  • SCADA system is a computer system that monitors and controls the national infrastructure or industrial process including transportation facilities, water treatment and distribution, electrical power transmission and distribution, and gas pipelines. The SCADA system has been operated in a closed network, but it changes to open network as information and communication technology is developed rapidly. As the way of connecting with outside user extends, the possibility of exploitation of vulnerability of SCADA system gets high. The methodology to protect the possible huge damage caused by malicious user should be developed. In this paper, we proposed anomaly detection based intrusion detection methodology by estimating self-similarity of SCADA system.

Logistics Development Plan for Underground Ammunition Depots based on Network (네트워크 기반 지하형 탄약고의 물류 발전방안 연구)

  • The logistics of ammunition stored in the underground ammunition warehouse has more difficulties than the logistics of ammunition stored on the ground due to the nature of the storage space. This study was conducted to solve the logistics of underground ammunition warehouse by improving these problems. And six items such as guard, safety, environment, supply system, equipment, facilities, and life management were selected for the improvement of logistics. And AHP was analyzed by Expert Choice program by conducting a survey to experts. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the importance was high in the order of safety, guard, life management, equipment facilities, supply system, and environment. Based on the selected items and the results of the survey, a plan to build a network-based integrated platform that can improve logistics in an underground ammunition warehouse was presented. This study will be used as a basis for the establishment of an integrated platform when constructing an underground ammunition warehouse in the future. This study can be applied to storage facilities that store other materials in the military, and it is expected to be applied to large commercial storage facilities.
