The study aims to examine how exposure to phonography on the internet affects adolescents' behaviour toward sexual assault and the sex trade industry based on the social learning theory. A nationwide survey was conducted on adolescents between the ages of 14 to 19. Responses from a total of 2,829 adolescents were obtained and utilized in the analysis. The analytic findings showed that Korean adolescents are heavily exposed to phonography on the internet. Students use the internet to search for pornographic web sites, and they periodically look for updated materials. The study showed that between 1.8% to 16.5% of adolescents, who were exposed to or watched pornographic materials, committed sexual assault and were guilty of sexually harassing others. 3.5%(95) of those who were surveyed experienced sex trade. Internet chat rooms are considered to be a contributing factor. The results show that adolescents who were exposed to phonography are more prone to committing the acts of sexual assault and sexual harrassment, and tend to be more influenced toward sexual violence.

The purpose of this study is to prepare the guidelines for internet pornography use policy in public library. Therefore, this study analyzes the legal and technical restrictions against internet pornography in several countries, and then reviews an examples of the installation of a blocking software in public libraries, and finally proposes the ways to cope with the internet pornography in Korean public library.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between internet pornography seeking and sexual violence(rape) myth acceptance attitudes in college students. The participants included 381 college students by a convenience sample method and agreed to participate in the study. Data were collected from September, 2 to September 14, 2012 and analysed using SPSS/PC Win 12.0 program. The major finding were as follows; The scoe of internet pornography seeking was 19.57 and the scoe of sexual violence(rape) myth acceptance attitudes was 9.68. There were significant differences in the internet pornography seeking according to sex, major, internet use time, experience, time, frequency, place, companion, reason of internet pornography contact, and the most sexual stimualting material. There were significant differences in the sexual violence(rape) myth acceptance attitudes according to sex, age, major, companion of internet pornography contact, the most frequently contacting internet pornography, and the most sexually exciting internet pornography. There was significant positive relationship between internet pornography seeking and sexual violence(rape) myth acceptance attitude.

Though adolescents have the skillful ability to use internet and use it extensively, they have experienced sexually less than adults and are hard to have the right viewpoint toward sexuality. Because of these adolescents' characteristics, internet pornography cause them serious troubles with their sexual behavior. Based on the viewpoint, this research explores structural relationship among their sexual orientations, exposure to internet pornography, the sexual drive and behavior with PLS path modeling analysis. In result, androcentric and pornography-friendly sexual orientation have an influence on the exposure to internet pornography, in turn, the exposure to internet pornography affect the sexual drive and behavior directly and sexual behavior indirectly mediated by the drive. The significance of this research is to identify fact that sexual orientations, reconceptionalized from previous researches's dependent variables, predict the exposure to internet pro-pornographic and is to identify a popular myth indirectly that the exposure to internet pornography stimulates sexual drive to cause behavior, in turn leads to sex crimes finally.

This survey research investigates the relationship in adolescent attitudes toward sexual consciousness and intimate relationships according to their exposure to internet pornography. The results of the study indicated that 57.1% of the participants have experienced contact with internet pornography with most participants (48.7%) having first encountered internet pornography while in fourth, fifth or sixth grade. As students progress in school, their exposure to the internet increases thus increasing their potential to be exposed to pornography. Adolescents with no experience encountering internet pornography had a more positive attitude towards sexual consciousness, while adolescents with experience encountering pornography had more uninhibited libidos and were more open to romantic relationships. From the results above, there is a need for preventative measures against problematic behavior stemming from the influences of direct and indirect pornographic exposure on adolescent attitudes towards sexual consciousness and intimate relationships. Mental health services need to be provided for high risk adolescents addicted to pornography like mental health schools or help from specialists.

인터넷의 발전은 온라인상의 무한한 정보 이용을 가능케 하였다. 인터넷 상의 무한한 정보에는 유익한 정보도 있지만 그렇지 못한 유해한 정보도 있다. 대표적인 유해 정보인 음란물 사이트는 청소년들에게 쉽게 노출되어 심신건강에 악영향을 끼친다. 최근에는 이러한 음란물 사이트를 차단하기 위한 알고리즘 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 음란물 사이트 차단을 위해 연구되고 있는 대표적인 알고리즘들의 성능 비료를 통하여 각 알고리즘의 취약점을 보완할 수 있는 새로운 방법론을 제시한다.

Korea also has tried to regulate the obscenity which is floating on the Internet in order to protect mainly minors. There are many statutes enacted to prohibit circulating pornographies to minors. However, there were minors who independently disseminate the pornographies to other minors. In the end, I can tell that existing statutes have not at least effectively regulate the obscenity on the Internet. Therefore, this article examines a possible limit of pornography on the Internet for the protection of minors, reviewing the CDA and the U.S. Courts' decisions. This article also examines the existing statutes' standard for regulating obscenity on the Internet in Korea. In addition, the article also tries to make a proposal to Korean legal systems that govern the obscenity on the internet.

In this paper we propose a for high school students who are attending a nationwide city with experience in Internet pornography, we would like to find out the impact of Internet pornography experience and self-regulation on sex crime harmful behavior. For this study, an Internet panel survey was conducted using a purposeful method of significant allocation inference. During the period, 246 copies of the questionnaire were distributed for about a month from May to June 2018 and 210 parts were analyzed except for 36 parts with no experience of pornographic material, and further analysis was conducted on 85 respondents with experience in harmful behavior of sexual violence. To this end, analysis tools used the SPS WIN 20.0 program version. The research results are as follows. First, we could find that Internet pornography has a negative effect on teenagers. This shows the probability of developing sexual violence into behavior as people can experience pornographic material regardless of their will due to the high Internet access. Second, the self-regulation of sexual violence behavior is found to have no direct impact. This is not just the adolescent's will to do so, but it is affected by the external environment. Third, self-regulation has proven its role as a modulator to mitigate negative perceptions of Internet pornography. Based on this, the proposal for limiting current prices was discussed.

This study is an attempt to establish a model and identify the relationship between the individual characteristics of college students, Internet usage characteristics, exposure to pornography, and anti-social sexual perception. The subjects of the study were 360 college students aged 18 or older in B city, and the collected data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 22.0 programs. The goodness-of-fit index of the modified model met the acceptance criteria (𝛘²/df=2.786, GFI=.95, AGFI=.92, SRMR=.06, RMSEA=.07, NFI=.89, CFI=.93, TLI=.90). According to the results of path analysis, the variables that directly affect anti-social sexual perceptions of college students were personal characteristics and exposure to pornography, and the variable with indirect effect was the Internet usage characteristics. The biggest direct effect on anti-social sexual perception was exposure to pornography, and it was confirmed that exposure to pornography was directly affected by personal characteristics and Internet usage characteristics. Therefore, in order to reduce anti-social sexual perceptions among college students, measures should be taken to control personal characteristics and Internet usage characteristics that directly affect the level of exposure to pornography.

This study focuses on "Intellectual Freedom" based on the fundamental principles of library services. Particularly, this paper pursues to the legal foundations of "the freedom of expression". The American Library Association celebrates "the Banned Books Week" to draw attentions to the danger of banned books and censorship. This study also studies how "the banned books" are made by pursuing the definitions of "pornography" and "obscenity" in terms of the court's opinions of The Supreme Court of the United States and Korea. Recently, the top three reasons for the "banned books" are considered to "be sexually explicit", "contain offensive language" and "be unsuitable to age groups".
