This study aims to analyze the interregional trade and industrial linkage between the Incheon regional economy and the rest of the nation. An interregional input-output table developed by the Bank of Korea's Incheon branch(2007) was employed for this. The analysis of interregional trade shows that Incheon regional economy is strongly interrelated with Seoul and Gyeonggi regional economies. The Incheon's interregional relationship with other regions was analyzed in terms of output dependency rate, output inducement rate, backward linkage, and forward linkage. The results indicated that while the output of Incheon is more dependent on final demands in Seoul and Gyeonggi, changes of the final demand in Incheon cause more output in the rest of nation than that in Seoul and Gyeonggi. Also, while Incheon's backward linkage to Seoul and Gyeonggi is weaker than that to the rest of nation, Incheon's forward linkage to Seoul and Gyeonggi is stronger than that to the rest of nation.

대한주택공사에서는 지역 여건에 맞는 쾌적한 단지조성과 최대한의 실내 공간 확보를 위한 주거환경개선사업의 일환으로 인천 송현지구에 대한 현상설계경기를 실시, 지난 2월 15일 무영종합건축(안길원+손광민)안을 최우수작으로 선정, 발표했다. 총 8개 사무소에서 작품을 제출한 이번 설계경기의 우수작에 장건축(오택길)안이, 가작으로는 다원건축(김영택)안이 각각 선정됐다.

최근 들어 인천지역의 개발사업으로 인해 인천연안으로 방류되는 오염물질의 농도가 점점 악화되고 있는 실정이다. 특히, 하수종말처리장 방류수에 의한 인근해안의 영향분석은 중요한 문제 중에 하나라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 MIKE21 모형을 이용하여 경기만의 조석전파특성 및 대상지역의 유동상황을 재현하기 위해 하수처리장 증설 지역을 중심으로 경기만 전체를 포함하여 유동해석을 수행하였으며 전체 지역에 대한 유동해석 후 확보한 조석자료를 활용하여 하수처리장 인근지역에 대한 오염물질의 확산 영향에 대해 모의하고 확산방지를 위한 대안을 설정하여 분석을 수행하였다.

Long-distance commuting is a problem as people living in Gyeonggi-Incheon contitue to commute to Seoul in the Seoul metropolitan area. To solve this problem, policies in the region are aiming for a self-sufficient zone formation plan and a compact city. However, urban problems caused by such long-distance commuting continue. This appears to be due to excessive density and Seoul-dependent networks. However, existing studies have focused on individual cities despite the importance of inter-city interactions, and had limitations in not considering the characteristics of the Seoul-dependent networks. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the effect of the compactness on commuter travels by comprehensively considering the interactions between cities within the region using multiple regression. As a result of the analysis, it was found that that commuting efficiency increases when a network of more than a certain size is formed, and the results imply that policies should focus on fostering network centers in Incheon and Gyeonggi regions, which are outside the metropolitan area, and consider to expand the transportation networks at the regional level.

Recently people are starting to pay attention to the vacant house. Vacant house across the country are expected to be a Million. Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs has created a new legal provisions regarding maintenance to Vacant on the Construction Law. But Vacant house information systems in government are not available Other countries to clarify the role each entity to manage these Vacant and manages the Vacant. The national government has made the operating budget support program for the Vacant management. The local government has made legislation of self-government to create a DB for the Vacant management. A non-profit corporation is developing a program operated by the Vacant, and the Vacant intermediaries to consumers. Therefore, our country is also to expand the national budget for the Vacant administration, local governments should establish a comprehensive management system for managing and providing Vacant house research and DB.

This study aims to analyze the determinants of residential location choice for the inter-urban migrants in the Seoul metropolitan area. In doing so, we have built a discrete choice model, using household sample data from the 2010 Korea Population and Housing Census. We classified households, which made a intra-urban movement during the last five years, into four groups: 1) movers from Seoul (central city) to Gyunggi-Incheon (suburban), 2) movers from Gyunggi-Incheon to Seoul, 3) Intra-Seoul movers, and 4) intra-Gyunggi-Incheon movers. The analysis findings can be summarized as follows. First, significant differences in the determinants of residential location choice were found among different types of movers. Second, movers from Gyunggi- Incheon to Seoul were likely to choose small housings with fewer rooms, indicating that their housing choices were forced rather than voluntary due to high housing prices in Seoul. Third, all types of movers have a high preference for the neighborhood with a good accessibility by public transit including subway. Lastly, neighborhood amenity was also an important attracting factors for the intra-urban migrants in Seoul.

Based on digital geologic and geomorphic maps of 1 : 250,000 scale, distributive ratios of rock types were obtained by ArcGIS 9.0 program in the Gyeonggi, Seoul and Incheon areas of the Gyeonggi province. In the Gyeonggi area, 37 rock types are developed, and their geologic ages can be classified into Precambrian, Age-unknown, Triassic, Jurassic, Cretaceous and Quatemary. Among them, distributive ratios are decreasing in the order of Jurassic Daebo granites, Precambrian banded gneiss of Gyeonggi gneiss complex and Quatemary alluvium, all of which comprise about 83.7% of the rock types in the area. In the Seoul and Incheon areas, 10 and 15 rock types are developed, respectively., with the firmer being classified into Precambrian, Jurassic and Quatemary, and the latter into Precambrian, Jurassic, Cretaceous and Quatemary. In the Seoul area, distributive ratios are decreasing in the order of banded gneiss of Gyeonggi gneiss complex, Daebo granites and alluvium, which consist of 95.5% of the rocks in the area. In the Incheon area, distributive ratios are decreasing in the order of alluvium, Daebo granites, banded gneiss of Gyeonggi gneiss complex, reclaimed land, and schists of Gyeonggi gneiss complex, which occupy about 96.2% of the rocks in the area. The ratio of alluvium in the Incheon area is greater than that of Gyeonggi and Seoul areas, and the ratio of reclaimed land in the Incheon area is greater that of the Seoul, which can be attributed to the recent reclamation of the land for the industrial results such as new town development along the coastline of the Gyeonggi Bay.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the changes of regional clusters of national 16 areas on the assembly & demonstration in 2010 and 2015. The results of this study were as follows by using hierarchical cluster analysis. First, the regional clusters on the assembly & demonstration in 2010 were divided into three clusters in the first step: (1) Gwangju, Chungnam, Incheon, Chungbuk, Gyeongbuk, Daegu, Gangwon, Jeju, Daejeon, (2) Jeonnam, Gyeongnam, Busan, Jeonbuk, Ulsan, Gyeonggi, (3) Seoul. Second, the regional clusters on the assembly & demonstration in 2015 were divided into three clusters in the first step: (1) Ulsan, Gangwon, Chungbuk, Chungnam, Incheon, Gyeongbuk, Jeonnam, Gwangju, Jeju, Daegu, Daejeon, (2) Busan, Jeonbuk, Gyeongnam, (3) Seoul, Gyunggi. Third, The regional clusters on the assembly & demonstration were Busan, Jeonbuk, Gyeongnam of 'assembly & demonstration management area(labor related)', and Seoul, Gyeonggi of 'assembly & demonstration frequency areas' in 2015. This suggests that policing policies related to assembly & demonstration can be established and implemented flexibly in consideration of the degree of increase and decrease in assembly & demonstration by districts. Furthermore, it will be helpful to manage assembly & demonstration based on the 'police for human rights'.

남서울역사는 경기도의 서부 중앙에 위치하여 서울시청에서 남서쪽으로 17km, 광명시청에서 남쪽으로 6.7km 떨어져 있으며, 인천, 시흥, 안산, 수원을 비롯하여 평촌, 산본, 과천 등 수도권 신도시들로 이루어지는 위성도시군의 기하학적인 중심에 놓인다. 또한 인천-성남, 서북부수도권-서남부수도권 지역을 잇는 광역 도시화벨트가 교차하는 광역생활권 교통의 요충지로 지난 95년 5월 10일 현상설계경기공고를 하여 총 14개 작품이 접수된 결과 95년 8월 22일 무영건축(대표 손광민)안을 당선작으로 선정, 발표했다.
