The Effects of Pretend Play and Storytelling upon Narrative Recall (화제적인 회상에 기초한 가장놀이와 이야기 구술의 효과)

  • 이 학습은 단기간과 장기간으로 나누어 연구한 화제적인 회상을 중심으로 이야기 구술과 가장놀이의 그 효과들을 탐구하고 논증(Demonstration)하였다. 특별히 이 학습은 어린이들이 가장놀이의 연기와 구술을 하는 동안에 인지변화들을 동일시하고 시험하였다. 교육자들과 연구자들은 제안하기를 놀이와 이야기를 말하는 것은 한 사건의 인지적인 모형으로 유치원 어린이들이 기초적인 기교(Skill)를 배우는 것으로서 상징의 흐름(Stream of Symbolization)안에서 동시에 나타난다고 시사하고 있다. 가장놀이(Pretend Play)는 인지 발달과 사회성 발달 안에서 중요한 영역으로 오랫동안 고려되어져 오기도 했었다. 그런 의미에서 이 학습은 이야기 구술과 가장놀이, 단기간과 장기간의 기억력, encoding and inference 그리고 그것들의 상호관계들에 대한 발달적인 차이들에 초점을 두었다. 그 data에 의하면 화제적인 회상을 효율화하고 있는 가운데서 이야기 말하기와 가장놀이 사이에 유효한 차이가 있었음을 보여주었다. 그 data는 또한 encode에 대한 질문이 inferences의 능력을 초과했다는 것을 지적하기도 했다. 다시 말해서 그 어린이들은 inferences를 만드는 능력이 향상하지 않았음에도 이야기 구술과 가장놀이에 참여할 수 있었다. 이것은 즉 Inferences는 좀더 복잡한 인지 기교들을 요구하고 있었을 뿐, 이야기 구술과 가장놀이의 향상에는 관계하지 않았다는 것을 말해주고 있다. 또한 단기간과 장기간의 조건사이에는 유효한 차이가 있지 않았다.

Differences in Cognitive Function, Self-esteem, and Life Satisfaction of the Elderly with Mild Dementia according to Cognitive Intervention Programs (인지 중재프로그램에 따른 경증치매노인의 인지기능, 자아존중감, 생활만족도 차이)

  • This study was conducted to find out the differences in cognitive function, self-esteem, and life satisfaction of the elderly with mild dementia according to the cognitive intervention program. From July to October 2018, 30 minutes of computerization, cognitive integration program, computer recognition program, and cognitive integration program were applied to 30 patients in a nursing hospital located in G city for a total of 12 weeks, and 15 minutes of computerization recognition program and cognitive integration program were applied at the same time, 15 minutes of computerization recognition program and 15 minutes of cognitive integration program were applied. Pre- and post-evaluation tests were conducted for cognitive function, self-esteem, and life satisfaction of living. After examining the three groups' cognitive functions, self-esteem, and life satisfaction by applying the cognitive intervention program, it was improved to a significant level in all categories. As a result of examining the differences in cognitive function, self-esteem, and life satisfaction of the elderly with mild dementia according to the cognitive intervention program, the group applied both computerized and cognitive integration programs in all categories showed high effects. Therefore, if various cognitive intervention programs are applied according to the characteristics of the subjects to improve the cognitive function, self-esteem, and life satisfaction of the elderly, it will be an effective intervention in occupational therapy.

  • 본 연구는 학습자의 인지발달 단계에 적합한 프로그래밍 언어를 활용하여 모든 학문의 기초 인지 능력인 학습자의 정보과학적 사고 능력을 향상에 미치는 효과를 검증하는 실험연구이다. 과중한 인지적 부담, 문법 위주 등 기존 프로그래밍 학습의 문제점을 보완하고자 등장한 교육용 로봇을 이용하여 실생활 문제해결의 정보과학적 사고능력 향상을 위한 텍스트기반 프로그래밍 언어(TPL)와 비주얼기반의 프로그래밍 언어(VPL) 중 인문계 고등학생의 인지발달 단계에 적합한 프로그래밍 언어에 대한 효과성을 분석하였다. 교육용 로봇 및 로봇 프로그래밍 언어에 대한 선행 연구를 통해 NXT Robot Educator 교육내용을 분석하고 각 단계에 적절한 실생활 과제를 추출하여 로봇 교육용 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하였다. 이 연구는 프로그래밍을 경험이 없는 인문계 고등학교 학생 집단을 선정하여 TPL과 VPL을 활용한 로봇 프로그래밍 수업을 20차시 실시한 후 두 집단 간의 정보과학적 사고능력 향상의 차이를 검증하였다.

An Adaptive Resource Allocation Scheme in Cognitive Radio Network Assisted Satellite (무선 인지 네트워크에서 위성을 이용한 적응적인 자원 할당 기법)

  • In this paper, we propose our design of adaptive resource allocation in the cognitive radio network assisted by satellite to improve the performance of Cognitive Radio user. Most of today’s telecommunication network operates in a fixed, licensed frequency band using a specific spectrum access network. However, the spectrum is not always used all the time, all the band. It causes the inefficiency in the spectrum usage. Thus, cognitive radio network is proposed to solve these spectrum inefficiency problems. The cognitive radio users (secondary users) are coexistent with primary users (PUs) who are licensed. That cognitive radio network is considered as lower priority comparing with primary user. So, the operation of the cognitive radio network is limited to interference constraints. Especially, when the number of secondary users increases, CCI among SUs will increase as well as interference to PU. That motivates our objective to improve the performance even if cognitive radio users increase. To solve this problem, we suggest an adaptive resource allocation scheme to improve the performance of cognitive radio network assisted by satellite. Through this algorithm, we can improve the cognitive radio network performance. And the simulation results confirm the effectiveness of our proposed algorithm.

Effectiveness of consumer education through Home Economics on middle school students' consumer competency (가정교과의 소비자교육이 중학생의 소비자역량에 미치는 효과)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the intensity of middle school students' consumer competency and to assess effectiveness of Home Economics education on consumer competency. One group pretest-posttest quasi experimental design was employed to assess the effectiveness of Home Economics education on 1st grade middle school students' consumer competency in Gyeonggi province and 154 data copies were used for analyses. The results obtained were as follows. First, the cognitive consumer competency of the middle school 1st grade students was lower than the median of 37.66 out of 100 points, and the practical consumer competency was slightly higher than the median of 3.26 out of 5 points. As for cognitive competency, citizen competency was higher than deal competency. As for practical competency, deal competency was higher than citizen competency. Second, quasi-experiment intervention statistically enhanced the middle school students' consumer competency including the cognitive and practical competency. Third, the middle school students' perceived helpfulness of Home Economics education, perceived importance of deal competency and citizen competency, the level of cognitive citizen competency were statistically influential to practical consumer competency(deal and citizen competency). However, gender, life satisfaction, and cognitive citizen competency were not influential to practical consumer competency(deal and citizen competency). The outcome offered the basic information of middle school students' consumer competency and confirmed the effectiveness of Home Economics education on the middle school students' consumer competency.

The Effect of Computer-Based Cognitive Rehabilitation Program on Visual Perception and ADL in Children with Intellectual Disaility (전산화 인지프로그램(코트라스)이 지적장애 아동의 시지각과 일상생활에 미치는 효과)

  • The purpose of the study was to verify the clinical effect of Computer-based cognitive rehabilitation program for Children for recovering the visual perception and ADL ability in intellectual disability. For this purpose, 3 intellectual disabilities with visual perception and ADL disorders participated in a clinical experiment to verify the effect of Computer-based cognitive rehabilitation program. They all have 5 common conditions in intellectual disability for objective experimental result. All participant were evaluated with Korean-Development Test of Visual Perception-2(K-DTVP-2), Wee Functional Independence Measure(Wee-FIM) before and after the planned intervention sessions. All intervensions were intensively carried out for 20weeks, 1 time a week. The result were as follows. K-DTVP and Wee-FIM scores were improved significantly compared to pre-intervention. Further studies are needed to verify the effect on various group and lots of participants.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify how native speakers' video-conference teaching influences self-efficacy according to the cognitive styles of elementary school students compared with native speakers' traditional co-teaching. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was the difference in the effect on self-efficacy according to the difference in three teaching methods. Second, there was not the difference in self-efficacy according to cognitive styles. Third, there appeared the interaction effect of teaching methods and cognitive styles on self-efficacy.

  • 본 연구는 교사가 교육용 웹사이트에서 교육 자료를 검색할 때의 인지과정을 탐색해 보고 교사가 어떠한 부분에서 인지적 어려움을 겪는지 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 세 명의 교사에게 교육 자료를 검색하는 세 가지 과제를 준 후, 과제 수행 시의 인지과정을 PBG 그래프(Problem Behavior Graph)를 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 교육용 웹사이트의 사용성 향상을 위한 개선 방안을 제안하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 전기자동차의 주행에 있어 발생되는 소음이 아주 적다는 장점이 보행자들에게 있어서는 차량이 접근하고 있다는 인지능력을 감소시키는 단점으로 발생된다. 따라서 인위적인 가상의 엔진음을 발생시켜 보행자들로 하여금 차량이 접근하고 있다는 인지능력을 향상시키기 위한 전기자동차 가상 엔진음 발생기 설계에 대한 연구내용 및 방법을 제시한다. 이 시스템은 전기자동차의 전원이 ON됨과 동시에 동작하여 가상의 엔진음을 발생시키고 적정 거리의 보행자도 무리없이 소리를 인지하여 차량의 접근을 인지할 수 있도록 하여 보행자의 안전을 보장하기 위한 시스템 개발이 최종 목적이다.

  • This study is a quasi-experimental of one-group pretest-posttest design to verify the effects on loneliness, depression and self-esteem when conducted the cognitive function enhancement program for elderly people over 75 years old. It was carried out on 6 persons living in C North G Country who was subjected to elderly people over 75 years old for 10 weeks from September 26, 2016 to December 17,2016 in order to compare changes in loneliness, depression, and self-esteem. As a result, it was found that depression had noticeably decreased and self-esteem had significantly improved with the program. Thus, the cognitive enhancement program is thought to carry benefits as nursing intervention for the decrease in depression and the improvement of self-esteem in old-old elderly.
