Mediating Effect of Cognitive Trust and Emotional Trust on Satisfaction of Mobile Easy Payment Services According to Gender (성별에 따른 모바일 간편결제서비스 만족도에 영향을 주는 인지적 신뢰 및 감정적 신뢰의 매개 효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of mobile payment service quality(system quality, service quality) on the formation of trust(cognitive trust, affective trust) and the effect of trust on satisfaction. In addition, we examined gender differences in the process of trust affecting satisfaction. The 188 sets of data collected, those were tested against the model using PLS. The results showed that system quality affected cognitive trust, service quality affected cognitive trust and affective trust, and both cognitive trust and emotional trust had an effect on satisfaction. In addition, the influence of cognitive trust on satisfaction was stronger for males, and affective trust had more influence on satisfaction for females.

A Study on Antecedents and Consequences of Empathy Ability of Service Employee (서비스 제공자 공감능력의 영향요인과 결과요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study focused on finding how to raise the positive effect of a service employee on the organization by strengthening his sympathetic feeling at the position of business, not the position of customer and how to reduce the negative effect. The specific objectives of the study are: First, the effect factors of the empathy abilities (cognitive empathy, emotional empathy) of a service employee are largely classified as the social support (supervisor support, co-worker support) to the service employee and the self-soothing ability. Therefore, this study tries to verify the relationship between the self-soothing ability, and social support and empathy which are preceding factors of the empathy of a service employee. Second, it also tries to verify the relationship between job stress and empathy ability(cognitive empathy, emotional empathy) of a service employee. As a result of the verification of the study hypothesis, first, the social support was distinguished as supervisor support and co-worker support, and the empathy ability was distinguished as cognitive empathy and emotional empathy. As a result of verifying the relationship between social support and empathy ability, the supervisor support did not have a positive effect on cognitive empathy while the co-worker support did have a positive effect of cognitive empathy. The supervisor support had a positive effect on emotional empathy and the co-worker support had a positive effect on emotional empathy. Second, the self-soothing ability of a service employee had a positive effect on empathy ability and a positive effect on both cognitive empathy and emotional empathy. Finally, the empathy ability(cognitive empathy, emotional empathy) of a service employee was shown to have a negative effect on the job stress of a service employee.

  • 기술적 혁신과는 달리 상징적 혁신(symbolic innovation)은 기존 제품에 부가된 사회적 의미가 변화함으로서 창조된다. 따라서, 상징적 혁신에서 새로운 사회적 의미와 관련된 속성은 기능적 속성만큼이나 중요하다. 본 연구는 상징적 혁신의 대표적인 의류제품을 이용, 패션혁신행동에 영향을 미치는 인지된 혁신속성(perceived innovation attributes)을 구별하고, 패션혁신행동의 두 유형(구매와 사용)에 미치는 이러한 속성의 영향을 고찰하였다. 대학생 집단을 표본으로 이용, 설문지 조사를 통해 수집된 515부의 응답지가 분석되었다. 인지된 혁신 속성은 유사성(compatibility), 기능적 상대적 잇점, 사회적 상대적 잇점, 인지된 위험으로 구분되었다. 의복흥미가 구매와 사용 두 측면의 패션혁신행동에 영향을 주었으나 인지된 혁신속성은 사용측면에만 영향을 주었다. 유사성과 기능적 상대적 잇점이 사용혁신행동에 긍정적 영향을, 인지된 위험이 부정적 영향을 미쳤다. 혁신속성이 영향을 미치지 않은 반면 의류소비정도가 구매혁신에 영향을 주었다. 본 연구의 결과는 사용혁신성이 높은 소비자는 구매혁신성이 높은 소비자보다 혁신속성의 평가에 더 관여한다는 것을 시사한다.

An Exploratory Study on the Moderated Role of Cognitive Style in Entrepreneurial Process (기업가적 과정에서 인지양식의 조절적 역할에 대한 탐색적 연구)

  • The most important points in the field of entrepreneurship research are new venture creation and behaviors for start-up venture. Most of past researches are limited to the formation of entrepreneurial intention, and researches on entrepreneurial activities, specifically nascent entrepreneurial behavior, have not been studied well. In this study, we view entrepreneurial process as gestation process from entrepreneurial intention to nascent entrepreneurial activities, and identify the moderating effects of cognitive style, which is the way of thinking about the information in entrepreneurial process. In addition, we find the moderating effects of cognitive style on the relationships between perceived barriers and support in environmental factors and nascent entrepreneurial activities. Subjects of this study are potential entrepreneurs. So we selected university students who are taking venture start-up course, conducted a survey, collected 367 questionnaires. In statistical test, we applied PLS-SEM for testing hypotheses because CB-SEM is too sensitive to test more than two moderating effects in th research model. As a result of the analysis, it was found that entrepreneurial intention, cognitive planning style, cognitive creative style, perceived support had a significant effect on nascent entrepreneurial behavior. The results of the analysis of the moderating effects of cognitive style which are the hypotheses in the research are as follows. First, the cognitive planning style did not have a significant moderating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial intention and nascent entrepreneurial activities. Second, in the relationship between perceived barriers and nascent entrepreneurial activity, cognitive planning style did not have significant moderating effect, and cognitive creating style had significant negative moderating effect. Third, in the relationship between perceive support and nascent entrepreneurial activity, cognitive planning style had significant positive moderating effect, and cognitive creating style did not have significant moderating effect.

  • 본 연구는 인터넷에서 이용할 수 있는 다양한 종류의 온라인 정보원마다 대학생들이 가지고 있는 인지적 권위가 과제정보 평가에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구하였다. 선행연구를 기반으로 도출된 변인에 따라, 온라인 학술논문, 온라인 사전, 소셜 Q&A, 온라인 사전에 대해 대학생들이 가지고 있는 각각의 인지적 권위가 과제정보의 정확성, 포괄성, 객관성 평가에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 분석결과, 온라인 사전, 소셜 Q&A, 온라인 사전의 인지적 권위는 과제정보의 정확성, 포괄성, 객관성 평가에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 온라인 학술논문의 인지적 권위는 과제정보의 정확성, 포괄성 평가에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • This study explores the influence of cognitive and affective trust on IT service project performance. Technology and Business expertise are posited as antecedents for cognitive trust which social bonding and relationship conflict as over for affective trust. Communication is posited as the commons antecedent for both kind of trust. A study was administered among IT Project leading in different projects. Analysis of 169 data point in general supports the research model. For building cognitive trust, Communication is formal to be must important while business expertise the second and technical expertise the third. For affective trust, the influence of antecedent are relatively smaller than the case of cognitive trust. For project performance, Cognitive trust seem to have stronger impact as IT may have direct impact as well as indirect impact via affective trust. Findings trust though the impact is smaller than the cognitive trust. In practice, this means to maintain Balanced approach in fostering trust-cognitive and affective.

Exploring the Effect of Cognitive Presence on Flow According to the Level of Interest (흥미수준에 따른 인지적 실재감이 몰입에 미치는 영향 탐색)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of cognitive Presence on Flow according to the level of interest among the most important factors that have an effect on academic achievement. This study targeted 162 people who took the teaching course of B University. For the study, data were collected through a survey on the level of interest, cognitive Presence, and Flow. In order to verify how cognitive presence affects flow according to the level of interest, multiple regression analysis was performed by dividing the collected data into low and high groups based on the average of the level of interest. As a result, the level of learning management of cognitive presence was .071 in the high level of interest, and the level of learning management was .143 in the low group of interest level. As a result of this, the effect of the level of learning management of cognitive presence on flow according to the level of interest was confirmed. Through the results of this study, a instructional design strategy that can be flow was suggested through supporting cognitive presence according to the level of interest.

  • 본 연구는 일반학부모의 장애아에 대한 태도가 통합보육태도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적을 갖고, 2012년 3월 2일부터 10일까지 J지역 소재 통합보육시설에 다니고 있는 일반 자녀를 둔 학부모 150명을 대상으로 설문조사하였는데 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애아에 대한 태도가 통합보육 일반 태도에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 인지적, 감정적 요소가 일반 태도에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애아에 대한 태도가 통합보육 유아활동 및 교사관심에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 인지적, 행동적 요소가 유아활동 및 교사관심에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 장애아에 대한 태도가 통합보육 행동문제에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 인지적, 감정적, 행동적 요소가 행동문제에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 종합해 보면 일반학부모의 장애아에 대한 태도에 따라 통합보육 태도에 차이가 있음을 알 수 있다. 이는 일반학부모의 장애아에 대한 인지적, 감정적 요소에서 차이를 보여 이들 요인의 인식 개선시 통합보육태도를 높이는 긍정적인 요소로 작용할 수 있음을 시사한 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이 같은 결과는 통합보육이 장애유아와 일반유아 모두가 서로의 다양성을 인정하며, 이질적인 상대의 존재를 받아들이고, 존중하며 함께 배우려는 학부모의 인식전환이 선행되어져야 할 것을 시사한 것으로 해석할 수 있다.

The Effect of Service Quality of Farm Party on Cognitive and Emotional Images of the Farmhouse and Revisit Intention (팜파티 서비스 품질이 팜파티 농가의 인지적 이미지와 정서적 이미지, 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to investigate how the service quality of a farm party affects the cognitive and emotional images of the farmhouse and revisit intentions by designing a research model and testing hypotheses. First, findings of the test show that when it comes to service quality, the physical environment and program contents of farm party have an effect on the cognitive image of the farmhouse while the qualification of party operators does not. Second, the physical environment of the party and party operator's qualification affect the emotional image but the program contents has no effect. Third, The cognitive and emotional images have an effect on the revisit intentions. It is certain that the farm party serves as cultural contents facilitating the rural economy and an emerging business model in the rural tourism. When we approach the farm party as a business model to provide service, not cultural contents as party, however, farmhouses may build a positive image as a new tourist destination and also see their economy facilitated. This study looks into Seoul and Gyeonggi areas and thus is geographically limited and does not cover national phenomenon.

무선인터넷 서비스 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 실증연구

  • 본 연구에서는 무선인터넷의 이용의도에 영향을 주는 요인들을 정보기술수용모형(TAM)에 나타난 동기부여 변수들을 중심으로 확장하여 실증적으로 검증하고, 이용목적에 따라 독립변수와 종속변수간 영향의 정도가 어떻게 달라지는지를 파악하였다. 연구결과 TAM에 나타난 인지된 유용성, 인지된 이용용이성과 인지된 즐거움, 사회적 영향, 인지된 위험이 무선인터넷 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이를 무선인터넷 이용목적별로 나누어 분석을 했을 경우에는 서로 다른 결과를 가져왔다. 커뮤니케이션과 커뮤니티 서비스 이용목적에서는 인지된 유용성, 인지된 이용용이성, 인지된 즐거움이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 그중 인지된 즐거움이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 반면 컨텐츠 서비스 이용 목적에서는 5개의 요인이 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나고 그중 인지된 유용성이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 이용목적에 따라서 영향을 미치는 변수와 영향의 강도가 달라지는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다.
