This paper was studied in export policy Revitalization of SMEs mainly in various countries of Indochina, especially in Laos, which is emerging as a new market after China. Laos is a socialist country, but in 2014, led by the current active open-door policy, education, social, cultural and people-to-people exchanges are going briskly, light industry and the expansion of social infrastructure such as laying the foundation for economic development. This paper presents a plan to dominate the emerging frontier markets are public enterprises and government agencies that do not respond quickly. Already pioneered by building a network in local development staff for this purpose, such as volunteers, missionaries, professors and configure the network of exploitation and human development personnel look for Revitalization of SMEs in urban and regional growth.

This study was conducted to find ways to expand investment and seek cooperation measure in Cambodia. It is located on the Indochina Peninsula in East Asia, and has historically suffered a lot from social systems and politics. It is a politically constitutional monarchy and shows a neutral tendency in the form of a non-alliance of pro-Westernism. Cambodia recently recorded a high growth rate due to the economic liberalization promoted since the mid-1980s. It is also emerging as the next generation production base in Southeast Asia. The diplomatic relationship, which had been temporarily suspended with Korea, was resumed in 1997. Since then, it has been conducting mutual trade and exchange. Therefore, this study which is as unfamiliar and infrequent looked at Cambodia's economy, trade trends and support plan. In addition, various development possibilities were considered. In particular, in-depth research was conducted on local entry methods and participating projects. First of all, it was devised various ways to expand investment and human exchange, diversify public-private relations, and enter the logistics, distribution, and infrastructure projects directly. As such, this study was developed to serve as a basis for contributing to a part of the research on Cambodian economy and trade in the future.

Animation is an important tool to establish the identity of mutually related countries, as cultural contents with the economic value. That is, it is necessary that the Korean animation should extend the previous boundary of exchange, for the status of representative cultural industry in the 21st century global market. Especially, to overcome the regionally prejudiced and unbalanced cultural exchange, the possibility of extension with Czech animation, which has not had an active exchange with Korea, will be considered and the efficient method will be proposed. The Czech Republic is geopolitically located in the center of Europe and its infrastructure like industrial construction, investment environment, human resources is outstanding among Visegrad Group. The Czech Republic has a remarkable cultural border-crossing phenomenon, and as a complex country of cultural and religious characteristics of eastern and western European, it is a powerful nation leading Central Europe. Therefore, the animation exchange of Czech and Korea is valuable in culture and economy of both nations. Through such an animation exchange of both nations, not only Korean animation secures the diversity of exchange but also insignificant cultural exchange after formal establishment of diplomatic relations in 1990, will be revitalized and international firm relationship of both nations will be established. Therefore, as an activation plan or cultural exchange of Korea and the Czech Republic, concrete plan like Stop Motion Animation Workshop is proposed.

그간 많은 세미나에서 건설안전 확보대책으로써 근원적 안전확보방안으로 ‘설계시부터의 안전’을 제창하고 있지만 이를 위한 구체적인 제시를 하지 못하고 있었으며 필자가 ‘ 건설안전설계 프로세스‘를 출판해 내면서 건축설계사는 물론 구조담당 엔지니어들의 임무수행시에도 각종 결함가능성을 확인하고 이미 수년전부터 관심을 갖고 연구해 오T고, 또 교류중이던 호주 The Univ. of Newcastle 토목공학과 Prof. Melchers의 논문을 연구하던 차에 많은 내용 중에서 이해와 접근이 용이한 본 논궤를 그대로 제시한다.

경제 성장과 국민소득 수준의 향상으로 인해 인적, 물적 자원의 교류가 급속히 증가하면서 국가기반 시설로써 도로의 중요성이 크게 부각되고 있다. 도로 건설과 비례하여 도로관리에 투입되는 유지보수비용 또한 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 합리적인 도로 관리 방안이 마련되어야 하며, 도로 이용자들의 이용 편리성, 안정성 향상 등과 같은 도로의 질적 개선 요구에 부응하기 위하여 한국건설 기술연구원에서는 도로관리통합시스템을 개발하여 운용 중에 있다. 본고는 한국건설기술연구원에서 수행 중에 있는 일반 국도 도로관리통합시스템에 대하여 개략적으로 소개하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 코로나19 팬데믹에서 서비스산업종사자들의 직업 불안이 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향 관계를 알아보고자 연구를 진행하였다. 거기에 가족지지의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 2019년말에 발생한 코로나19는 세계적으로 한 번도 경험해 보지 못한 새로운 세상을 경험하고 있다. 자국의 국민을 보호하고자 국제 공항은 외국의의 출입을 철저히 봉쇄함으로써 코로나 확산을 막았고, 그로인하여 세계 경제교역은 큰 타격을 받았다. 산업관련 물동량은 점차 회복되고 있으나 여행객을 포함한 인적교류는 아직도 힘든 상황으로 호텔업, 관광업등의 서비스산업은 상당한 영향을 받아 거기에 종사하는 직원들 또한 자신의 직업에 대한 불안이 늘고 있다. 2021년 현재 대부분의 나라에서 위드코로나 정책으로 전환하면서 서비스산업이 점차 회복되고 있으나 아직도 힘든 상황을 보내고 있다. 따라서 본 고는 포스트 코로나시대에 서비스산업종사자들의 직업불안을 낮게 하고 삶의 만족을 높이는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

본 연구는 중국의 WTO 가입 이후 시장규모 확대에 따라 동북아지역 국가들이 자국의 역할 선점과 경쟁력 확보를 위해 취하고 있는 항공화물운송부문의 시설운영과 전략추진 방향을 살펴봄으로써 우리나라의 항공 화물 운송 산업이 보다 경쟁력 있는 산업으로 역할과 제 기능을 다 할 수 있도록 하는데 목적이 있다. 장래 동북아지역 한 · 중 · 일 3국간 항공화물운송부문의 경쟁은 치열할 것으로 예상되는 반면, 국가 간 협력체제 구축도 필요한 시점이다. 지난 몇 년 동안 3국간은 협력체제 구축을 논의했지만, 가시적인 성과가 없는 현 시점에서 보면 보다 전향적인 발상을 기반으로 하는 접근방식이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 역내운송의 완전 자유화 특히, 항공화물운송 자유화나 공항 운영 주체들 간 지역 내 제휴를 검토해 볼 필요가 있다. 이와 함께 중국, 일본 등의 공항과 항공화물 운송정보 공유, 기술개발과 표준화, 인적교류, 항공사 유치의 공동노력 등과 같은 제휴를 통해 역내 공항 네트워크를 구축하기 위한 방안은 반드시 협의되고, 추진될 필요가 있는 사안이다. 우리 내부적으로는 21세기를 대비한 보다 구체적이고 실천적인 항공화물운송부문의 ‘master plan' 수립과 함께 항공화물운송 주체인 항공사, 화주, 포워더 등 이용자 중심의 비용절감 방안과 항공화물 기반시설의 차질 없는 추진, 항공화물 정보화 등 편리하고 저렴한 운송체계와 처리절차를 수립이 요구된다.

남해안의 해양관광벨트 조성사업은 양 지역의 세계화와 지방화의 기틀을 동시에 마련할 수 있다는 측면에서 그 의미를 찾을 수 있다. 남해안의 관광유람선사업은 연안 해양지향적 국토개발정책 비중이 증대되는 과정에서 중앙정부도 남해안국제관광벨트 조성사업계획을 금년말까지 수립할 계획이며, 민선자치시대를 맞아 지역의 자립의식 및 지역간 경쟁분위기가 고조되면서 지역의 비교우위성 자원을 활용한 지역발전전략을 추진하는 분위기가 성숙되는 등, 국가 지역적인 여건과 합치하고 있으며, 그 위에 남해안의 관광유람선사업은 동서협력 차원에서도 유익한 사업으로 기대된다. 실질적인 동서화합은 상호 인 물적 교류를 통해 과실을 함께 얻을 수 있는 기반이 마련될 때 이루어진다는 측면에서 관광유람선사업은 동서협력의 대표사업이다. 관광유람선이 운항되면 양지역주민들의 상호 방문이나 자치단체간 상호 친선방문 등이 이루어짐으로써 인적 교류가 활성화되는 계기가 될 것이며, 관광유람선이 운항되면 남해안에 풍부하게 부존되어 있는 수산자원과 특산물 등 물적자원의 교류가 이루어짐으로써 남해안지역의 수산물과 특산물 관련산업 진흥에 기여할 것이며, 관광유람선 운항을 위해서는 사전 준비단계에서부터 운항에 이르기까지의 과정에서 부산, 경남, 전남 등 자치단체의 협력이 전제되어야 하는데, 이러한 협력체제가 동서협력으로 성숙될 가능성이 높고, 또한 관광유람선의 운항범역이 단계적으로 중국, 일본에까지 확대되면 남해안지역의 세계화에도 기여할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to propose a method to construct the information space of library with the resilient space and community base to cope with social changes in response to various contents of library functions. As an institution that provides the places and contents necessary for education and research, it aims to expand and change from the collection center to the user center, from the specific user center to the library that shares resources with the community, And to find ways to contribute to the revitalization of education. A library plan for communities that can increase the value of local libraries and expand user-centered space utilization is as follows; First, in terms of communities in space and programs, the program will be supplemented through the activation of cultural, entertainment, and collaborative programs and the creation of communities. Second, in terms of smart support for operational and environmental issues, the establishment of information technology and smart management operating system to expand the research productivity by efficiently utilizing mutually available data with the local community.

This study focuses on the analyzing historical and cultural resources formed during the Goryeo, Chosun, and Anti-Japanese Movement periods after the Silla period with the aim of finding ways to utilize its cultural contents. The viewpoint of analysis was made from the perspective of exchange, naturalization, and faith, and the following conclusions were obtained from the analysis. First of all, from the exchange perspective, the activities of Choi Chi-won, Seogyu, and Song Young-gu contributed to the formation of regional historical and cultural contents, such as leaving a lot of ruins or geographic stories in the area and a heritage of good human exchange. From the point of view of naturalization, Du Kyung-ryeong, Cheon Man-ri, and Jeong Yul-seong contributed to the history and culture of the story and the formation of heritage by doing such as contributing activities to the war, anti-Japanese movement for the nation, and the formation of the nation. The most representative from a religious point of view is the Guan Yu faith, which has become a faith believed by the authorities and civilian as a brave longevity and a symbol of the victory of war. The related symbols, paintings, etc. also are objects of worship and have become valuable local Chinese cultural resources as artistic values. Therefore, from a cultural point of view, there is a need to further develop and utilize these China-related historical and cultural resources as good cultural contents by elaborating their stories and local festivals, book culture branding, international music festivals, and exploring various cultures such as Chinese tour courses.
