A Study on Job Factors of Non-Regular Radiotechnologists (비정규직 방사선사의 직무적 요인에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구는 의료기관에서 근무하는 방사선사를 고용형태를 중심으로 구분하여, 정규직과 비정규직 간의 인식차이, 이직의도, 직무스트레스, 심리적 상태의 관계를 알아보고자 실시하였다. 연구 대상은 수도권역과 지방권역으로 9개 의료기관에서 종사하는 방사선사 308명으로 하였다. 2012년 7월 18일에서 9월 15일까지 수집된 설문지를 통계적으로 분석하여 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 얻었다. 정규직과 비정규직 방사선사의 인식차이에서 정규직은 성별, 월 급여, 지역권에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 이직의도는 정규직에서 학력, 월 급여, 지역권에서 그리고 비정규직은 성별에서만 유의한 차이가 있었다. 직무스트레스는 정규직에서 학력, 월 급여, 지역권에서와 비정규직은 성별, 나이, 결혼, 총 직장 근무연수에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 심리적 상태에서 정규직은 성별에서와 비정규직은 성별, 결혼에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 정규직, 비정규직 간의 직무적 요인에 대한 상관관계에서 인식차이는 이직의도와 심리적 상태에서, 이직의도는 인식차이와 직무스트레스 및 심리적 상태에서, 직무스트레스는 이직의도와 심리적 상태에서, 심리적 상태는 인식차이, 이직의도 및 직무스트레스에서 유의하였다. 고용형태에 따른 요인별 직무스트레스에서는 직무요구 요인, 직무자율성 요인, 관계갈등 요인, 직무불안정 요인에서 유의한 차이가 있었다.

  • 본 연구는 웹사이트에 대한 사용자와 제공자의 인식의 차이를 확인하고 분석한 후 이를 데이터마이닝을 이용해 웹사이트의 개선을 위한 전략의 도출을 제시하고자 한다. 이 연구에서는 웹사이트 사용자와 제공자간의 인식차이 분석을 위하여 기존 문헌 연구를 통해서 웹사이트 개선을 위한 웹사이트의 평가 요인과 항목을 중심으로 인터넷 서점 사이트를 연구대상으로 한 설문지를 재구성하였다. 그 다음 동일한 문항으로 사용자와 제공자에게 각각 설문 조사를 실시하여 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집된 사용자와 제공자 각각의 응답을 통계분석을 통해 비교하고 그 차이를 확인한 후 조하리 창(Johari Window)을 바탕으로 인식차이에 대한 분석을 하였다. 웹사이트의 개선을 위한 전략을 도출하기 위해서 사용자와 제공자간 인식차이가 상이하게 나타난 설문 항목에 대해 데이터마이닝을 이용하여 응답 데이터에서 규칙을 도출해내고 이를 기반으로 웹사이트 사용자와 제공자간 인식차이 분석을 통한 웹사이트 개선전략을 제시하였다.

  • 고령화의 급속한 진행에 따른 복지 재정 고갈 문제가 청년 실업 확대와 맞물리며 세대간 갈등을 야기할 수 있다는 우려가 제기되고 있다. 우리나라는 세대간 복지 관련 인식이 많은 차이를 보이기 때문에 그에 대한 간극을 정확하게 분석해야만 향후 복지 정책의 방향성에 대해 가늠해 볼 수 있다. 이에 현대경제연구원은 지난 4월 10일부터 16일까지 전국 성인남녀 1,004명을 대상으로 복지 관련 세대간 인식차이에 대해 설문조사를 실시하고 그 결과를 최근 발표했다. 여기서는 현대경제연구원 장후석 연구위원의 '복지에 대한 세대간 인식 차이 조사' 보고서를 통해 복지에 대한 세대별 인식 차이를 분석하고 시사점에 대해 살펴본다.

The Study on the Difference of Regulation Recognition among Generations (연령별 규제 인식 차이에 관한 연구)

  • The difference of generation is the main cause of society transition. If we know about the gap of generations, then we know where we go in future. This study focus on the differences of a regulation recognition among the generations. When we understand the differences of regulation recognition among the generations, we can realize the trait of regulation in society. In result, there are a lot of differences of regulation recognition among the generations. The older they are, the more they are positive to regulation. And the younger they are, the more they are negative to regulation. In particular, 50's generation have the opposite regulation recognition to 20's generation in specialty of regulation and in a conglomerate regulation.

  • The purpose of this paper IS to examine the differences of cognition between self-management and corporation in report and payment of Value Added Tax. And then We want to suggest the policy of improvements to reduce the resistance of tax-payer in V.A.T. Data was collected for 250 firms' samples from the self-employed and corporation in Daegu Seongseo Industry District. The main results of empirical study are as follows. First, Value Added Tax is not fair in all companies. But It couldn't find the differences between self-employed a d corporation in statistical meaning. Second, It was found the cooperatives generally think to pay the taxes in rule, but self-employed not do it in the report and payment of Value Added Tax. But we couldn't find the important differences between self-employed and corporation in statistical meaning. We propose to improve the polices of introduction of tax rates of multiples in the charging and to redesign the definition of a tax-payer of value added tax to reduce the resistance in report and payment.

A study of current awareness and preference on Korean professional baseball team's promotion for products (프로야구의 상품마케팅에 대한 인식 및 선호도 조사)

  • The main purpose of this study was to identify the current awareness and preference on the promotions of products in Korean professional baseball teams. For this study, the subjects were randomly selected where they have experienced purchasing any products in the Korean professional baseball stadium. Totally, 520 subjects were asked to answer the questionnaire relevant to the current awareness and preference of promotion of products. There were 11 questions for the current awareness and 14 questions for the preference on the promotion of products. The data gathered was determined within a frequency analysis, an independent sample T-test and one-way ANOVA tests. The results were discussed when the p-value were lest than .05. There were a couple of results found throughout this study. Firstly, there were no significant differences of the current awareness between gender. Secondly, there were significant differences of the preference on the promotion between age(p<.05). Especially, there were significant differences on the value of products and price between 20's, 30's and 40's groups. Thirdly, there were significant differences of the preference on the promotion between level of earing per year statistically(p<.05). In addition, there were significant differences on the price of products between 2000-2500 million won, 2500-3000 million won and 4000 million won groups. Consequently, the product promotion by the Korean professional baseball teams has to be more variety and structured.

  • The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between organizational cultural perception gap and organizational effectiveness. it has rarely been studied in the academia. The research of the organizational cultural perception gap provides entrepreneurs directions on how to manage a company. Since previous studies have been focused on cultural type or strength, this study aims to suggest managerial implication in detail by analyzing present-ideal gap. Furthermore, this study would discover how it is different according to a psychological mechanism. The empirical results of 134 employees showed that the organizational cultural perception gap (i.e. Clan) had a negative effect on job satisfaction and affective commitment. In order to reduce the negative effects of organizational cultural perception gap, it is necessary to reach an agreement with members on organizational culture, which is ideal for organizational level, and understanding the members' internal motivations is important for proper organizational management.

Analysis on the Differences of Regulation Recognition according to Political Party (지지 정당의 차이에 따른 규제 인식 차이 연구)

  • Party is the main factor in modern country. Therefore, there are a lot of articles about the difference of public policies and citizen's recognition according to their supported party. However, there is few research about the regulation recognition according to citizen's supported party. This study focuses on the differences of a regulation recognition according to citizen's supported party. In result, there are a lot of differences of regulation recognition according to citizen's supported party. The people who support Saenuri Party have a positive recognition about a necessity of regulation, a fairness of regulation, a reliability of a regulation. But the people who don't support Saenuri Party have a negative recognition about those. In Korea, government regulations have a lot of relationship with a party and politics.

The Recognition of Special Teachers for Early Childhood about the Guarantee of Rights of Infants and Toddlers with Disabilities (유아특수교사의 장애영유아 권리보장에 대한 인식)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate whether there are any differences in the recognition of the level of the guarantee of the rights of infants and toddlers according to the teachers' variables(gender, age, working experience) and institutional variables (institution type, establishment type, scale, area). We surveyed 365 special education teachers and found out differences. The results are as follows. First, there was no difference in the recognition according to gender. Second, there was no difference in the recognition according to age. Third, there was no difference in the recognition by working experience. Fourth, the recognition by type of educational institution showed that there were differences in the ambit of rights to life, protection, development, and participation. Fifth, the recognition according to the establishment type showed there were differences in the rights to life and development. On the other hand, there was no difference in the rights to protection and participation. Sixth, there were differences in the recognition about the rights to life, protection, development, and participation according to the scale of the education institutions. Seventh, there were no differences in the region. The results of this study can be used as basic data for establishing policy for the promotion of educational rights for infants with disabilities.

A Study on Student Perception of Participation in Distance Learning : Differences Between Working and Non-Working Students (직장인과 비직장인의 원격강의 수강참여 인식 비교연구)

  • It is assumed that there is difference between working students and non-working students with respect to distance learning. In this paper, we surveyed attendance in distance learning courses to verify differences in perception of faithfulness, studying time, and completion of content reading. The results are analyzed and reported. The statistical analysis indicates that working students perceive that they are less faithful to their lectures. However, the results pertaining to participation time per week and content reading showed no statistical difference between working students and non-working students.
