본고는 보상훈련 기간 중 일본 동북대학 응용정보학 연구센타에서 수행한 연구 결과를 기술한 것이다. 음소 단위에 의한 한국어의 대용량 단어인식을 위한 기초연구로서, 그 기본이 되는 단모음을 대상으로 포먼트 주파수에 의한 음운간의 특징 및 발성자간의 개인성의 분산을 살펴보고 Battacharyya 거리를 구하여 음운간의 식별의 곤란성을 도출하였다. 또한, Karbunen-Loeve변환 및 Bayes결정에 의한 인식 그리고 spectral local peak에 의한 인식등의 실험에 의해 효과적인 인식 방법에 관하여 고찰하였다 .

본 연구는 컴퓨터에 의한 인쇄체 한글의 인식방법을 제안하고 있다. 일반적인 인식방법에서는 세선화과정 후의 이미지를 처리하고 있으나, 본 연구는 이 과정을 거치지 않고 원 이미지로부터 직업 패턴점들을 찾아내고, 이들을 이용하여 획을 결정하고 자모를 분리하였다. 문자 판별시에는 한글 의사 결정 나무(Decision-Tree)를 이용하여 자소를 분리하고 판별하였다. 본 연구는 자형에 관계없는 인식 방법을 제안 하였으므로 필기체 한글 인식에 기초를 제공하게 된다.

컴퓨터 이미지처리는 여러 분야에서 응용되고 있는데 어떤 특성을 만족하는 객체들의 계수를 자동으로 분류시키는 생물학분야, 편지봉투나 일반양식에 인쇄되어 있는 글자를 자동으로 검출하고 인식하며 초음파검사 혹은 X-Ray 촬영에서 이미지를 획득하여 향상시키는 의료분야, 지문 및 얼굴인식 등에 이용되고 있다. 최근 몇 년 동안 이미지인식, 형태론, 이미지데이터 압축에 관한 연구가 진전되면서 본 연구에서 형태론적인 기법을 사용하여 문자인식을 위한 전처리 혹은 후처리 단계에서 사용되는 이미지향상을 위해서 팽창, 침식, 골격화의 3단계를 적용하고 기존의 연구 방법과 비교하여 이미지획득 시간을 줄이고 이미지를 향상시켰다.

본 연구는 관세 데이터를 BERT 기반 모델을 활용한 개체명 인식(NER)모델을 제안한다. 관세 분야 국내 첫 시도이며, 선행연구들과 달리 개체명 인식에 초점을 맞춘다. 관세 관련 텍스트에서 고유한 의미의 개체를 인식하는 것이 주요 목표이다. 이 연구는 관세 분야의 개체명 인식에 대한 이해도를 높이고 향후 HS 코드 검색 시스템 개발에 대한 기초 연구를 제공한다.

Recent researches have been focusing on jointly using lip motions (i.e. visual speech) and speech for reliable speech recognitions in noisy environments. This paper also deals with the method of combining the result of the visual speech recognizer and that of the conventional speech recognizer through putting weights on each result: the paper proposes the method of determining proper weights for each result and, in particular, the weights are autonomously determined, depending on the amounts of noise in the speech and the image quality. Simulation results show that combining the audio and visual recognition by the proposed method provides the recognition performance of 84% even in severely noisy environments. It is also shown that in the presence of blur in images, the newly proposed weighting method, which takes the blur into account as well, yields better performance than the other methods.

The personal identification based on the biometrics has emerged as one of the new trend. This study attempted to explore and examine the user recognition in the use of the personal identification based on the biometrics in the respect of self-efficacy, trustiness, security, and safety alongside the effect of the recognition on the future use intention through survey. The result of this study demonstrated the effect on the use intention of the perceived trustiness and ease of the fingerprint identification, perceived ease of the iris identification and the perceived trustiness of the vein identification. The result of this study is expected to suggest direction on the application of the biometrics considering user recognition.

This paper describes the implementation methods of the MLP (mulilayer perteptrons) recognizers for numerals and non-nummerals. The MLP has known to be a very efficient classifier to recognize handwritten numerals in terms of recognition accuracy, speed, and memory requirements. The MLP in the previous researches, however, focuses on the only numeral inputs and does not pay attention to non-numeral inputs with respect to recognition accuracy, rejection rates, and other characteristics. In this paper, we present some implementation methods of the MLP in the environments that numeral and non-numerals are mixed. The MLP had been developed by three methods, and investigated with three error types introduced. The experiments had been conducted on a total of about 63,000 numerals and non-numerals. The promising method to recognize numeral and non-numerals is described in terms of the three error types.

The study aims to understand university constituents' perceptions and experiences of research data management and sharing then explore the critical factors for establishing effective research data management plans. The literature review enabled summarization of the significant issues regarding research data management and sharing. In addition, the follow-up survey revealed the university constituents' perceptions and experiences about research data management and sharing. This study has significance because it laid the foundation for long-term research data management policies and services development.

This research analysed 73 samples to find out the recognition of librarians working in domestic public libraries from the information user's views. This research analyzed public library user's usual recognition level of librarian's work attitude, qualification, and service lever based of group of gender. For this, this research stands on the basis of previous researches and 3 types of modified questionnaire; recognition level of librarian's work attitude, recognition level of librarian's qualification, and recognition level of communication between librarians and information users using on nominal scale and interval scale. The research's result showed study outcome of librarian's work attitude was generally low with the mean of 2.81. Second, librarian's qualification of being a specialist was low with the mean of 2.84. Lastly, satisfaction of communication service level between information users and librarians was low with the mean of 2.89. Male and Female groups showed the difference of acknowledgement between each questions.

국내 베이비붐 세대 은퇴가 본격화하며 국내 시니어들의 은퇴후 평생직업 대안에 대한 수요가 폭증하며 창업이 그 대안으로 부상하였지만 주로 자영업창업 중심이어서 효과적인 대안이 되지못하고 있는 현실이다. 본 논문은 시니어들이 노후 대책으로 재대로 된 창업을 준비하도록 창업교육을 통한 만족도 제고를 통해 창업기회를 인식하는 방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 시니어의 노후준비도와 창업교육만족도가 자기효능감과 창업기회인식에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증 연구로서 각 변인에 대한 관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 첫째, 시니어의 노후준비도가 자기효능감과 창업기회인식에 미치는 영향관계와 둘째, 창업교육만족도가 시니어의 자기효능감과 창업기회인식에 미치는 영향을 연구한다. 가설검증 결과로 첫째, 시니어의 노후준비도는 하위 변위에 따라 차이는 있을 수 있으나 시니어의 자기효능감과 창업기회인식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 예상된다. 둘째, 시니어의 창업교육만족도가 자기효능감에는 영향을 미치나 셋째, 시니어의 창업교육만족도가 창업기회인식에는 영향을 미치지 안는 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문은 시니어 창업에 영향을 주는 요인 중 하나로 노후준비도를 살펴봄으로써 시니어가 가진 노후준비 특성이 창업기회인식에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 검정했다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 또한 시니어의 창업 활성화 및 노동력 활용 방안으로 창업교육의 확대 필요성과 시니어 창업 교육 프로그램의 확대 등 창업을 준비할 수 있는 사회 분위기와 제도적 지원 및 프로그램 설계 필요성을 시사한다.
