본 연구는 국내에 있는 한 금융사에서 사용하고 있는 기존 인사평가시스템을 사례로 하여 시스템 운영자와 사용자(모든 임직원)가 시스템을 효율적으로 운영하고 사용할 수 있도록 인사평가시스템을 재구축하였다. 새로 구축될 인사평가시스템의 효율을 보다 높이기 위해 인사평가 업무와 평가 절차를 분석하고 그러한 평가체계를 기존 legacy 시스템(인사평가시스템)에 어떻게 반영이 되었는지도 분석하였다. 해당 금융사는 기존 평가시스템을 통하여 임원과 직원뿐 아니라, 비정규직원까지 년마다 상반기와 하반기로 나누어 업적과 역량평가를 각각 두번씩 실시하고 있었다. 평가결과는 나중에 보상이나 승진 시에 중요한 고과자료로 활용하고 있었다. 업적과 역량평가 뿐만 아니라, 신업사원을 대상으로 하는 정규직 수습평가와 계약직을 대상으로 한 역량평가 그리고 전직원이 대상인 다면평가도 실시하고 있었다. 그런데 여러 해에 걸쳐 인사평가를 실시하는 과정에서 평가프로세스가 여러 차례 변하였고, 많은 평가대상자를 평가하다 보니 예외적으로 처리해야 하는 경우도 발생하였다. 이런 변화와 예외적인 사항을 기존 Lagacy시스템에 반영하다 보니 평가데이터를 관리하는 테이블이 처음보다는 많이 늘어나게 되어 현재 약 170개에 달하고 있었다. 이렇게 많은 테이블 중에는 당시에는 사용했으나, 현재는 사용하지 않게 된 것도 포함되어 있었다. 프로그램 소스도 마찬가지로 새로운 요구사항과 많은 예외사항 처리로 인해 복잡해지고 프로그램 소스의 수도 늘어나게 되었다. 이로 인해 평가시스템 담당자는 시스템을 관리하기가 복잡해지고, 새로운 변화나 요구사항에 대응하기가 어려운 사항이었다. 그리고 담당자가 시스템 관리에 더 더욱 어려움을 겪게된 것은 시스템 담당자가 여러 번 바뀌는 과정에서 인수인계에 제대로 이루어 지지 않게 되었고 인사평가시스템 관리문서도 시스템 변화에 따른 히스토리 내용이 제대로 관리되지 못하고 있었기 때문이다. 그래서 이번 연구에서는 기존 legacy 시스템의 테이블과 프로그램 소스를 분석하여 방만하게 늘어날 데이터 관리 테이블을 효율적으로 줄이고, 예외적인 사항을 새로운 인사평가시스템에서 포괄적으로 수용할 수 있도록 재설계하였다. 또한 인사평가시스템 운영중에도 사용자(임직원)들로부터 있을 수 있는 예외적 요구사항을 미리 예측하여 운영담당자가 신속하고 정확하게 대응 할 수 있도록 하였다.

The achievements of Tateiwa Iwao's work in Korea are assessed as follows. Firstly, he pioneered the practice of stratigraphy in the Korean peninsula and completed geological maps of 21 sheets at 1:50,000 scale. Secondly, he published the results of a geological survey as bulletins, technical reports, and papers. Thirdly, he faithfully carried out the handover of assets and research outputs to Korea. Finally, after returning to Japan, Tateiwa wrote a book entitled The Korea-Japanese Tectonic Zone: History of a Geological Survey in Korea. However, he neglected to educate and train the next geologists for conducting geological surveys and exploration in Korea.

In accordance with the industrial convergence regulation sandbox decision promoted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the "machine tool sharing service in the factory" applied for by MyMaker Co., Ltd., an industry-academia cooperation company, was granted a demonstration exception. While implementing this, in a situation where the ordering service part had to be developed as software, the company's domain problems were identified and analyzed, procedures were established, and a system was designed that met the related requirements. As a joint research and development project to solve the difficulties of the LINC+ industry, the order-to-order system was finally developed for shared factory services. In accordance with the procedure and requirements analysis, the planning, design, prototyping, and implementation production stages were carried out. Finally, it was confirmed that the final development contents were well implemented according to the requirements, and the resolution of the difficulties was confirmed through functional verification demonstrations.

이동 호스트의 이동에 따른 단절 또는 장애는 애드혹 네트워크에서 중요한 이슈중 하나이다. 응답 메시지를 전송하기 위해, DSR 이나 AODV 에서는 메시지 전송 요청을 위해 설정된 경로를 재사용한다. 즉, 설정된 경로를 이용해서 역방향으로 응답 메시지를 전송 하는 방식이다. 이러한 경우, 설정된 경로상에 있는 이동 호스트의 이동에 따른 장애는 매우 치명적이다. 이동 호스트에 의한 장애는 예측 가능성에 따라 예측 가능한 장애와 예측 불가능한 장애로 구분할 수 있다. 예측 가능한 장애는 이동 호스트가 스스로 장애의 발생 여부를 파악 할 수 있는 경우를 의미한다. 예를 들면, 이동호스트의 제한된 전원 또는 이동 호스트의 이동성에 의해 발생하는 장애가 대표적인 예이다. 반면에 예측 불가능한 장애는 이동 호스트가 스스로 장애를 예측 할 수 없는 경우를 의미하며, 이러한 장애의 대부분은 문제를 해결할 충분한 시간이 주어지지 않을 만큼 급작스럽게 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 예측 가능한 장애에 대해 능동적이고 지능적으로 대처할 수 있도록 하는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 이는 회사 내에서 업무를 인수 인계하는 방식과 매우 유사하다. 또한 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법은 앞서 언급한 이동 호스트의 이동에 따른 장애 문제를 해결함에 있어서, DSR 또는 AODV 처럼 메시지 전송 요청 시 설정된 경로가 응답 메시지 전송을 위해 다시 사용되는 라우팅 알고리즘에 비해 경로 재설정 시간과 전송 되는 메시지의 총량 측면에서 매우 효과적이고, 이동 호스트들이 스스로 장애를 예측하고 이에 대해 능동적이고 지능적으로 대처 할 수 있도록 한다.

There are 24 airways in Incehon IFR, including 11 domestic routes and 13 international routes. The airways designated by ministry of Transportation and Construction are the routes for aircraft to fly being serviced by air traffic control system for flight safety. This study reviewed safety situation of existing permanent airways within Incheon IFR and temporary airways connecting North and South Korea. The study tried to identify the problems related to airway operation and to suggest solutions to the questionable area. The main findings are as follows: It is necessary to improve the existing normal airway systems and enlargement of the route. The airway A593 has to be upgraded to normal route. The temporary airways established to connect Seoul and Pyongyang also needs to be upgraded by air traffic control transfer agreement between two Koreas.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of practical communication strategies (PCS) on the reduction of AEs (Adverse Events) in pediatric cardiac ICU (PCICU). Methods: Intra-operative findings and care plans were documented and shared between staff members on a daily basis from the day of operation to the day of general ward transfer. Incidence of AEs was investigated in all patients who were admitted to the PCICU and was compared with incidence of AEs one year after establishment of PCS. Results: The study population consisted of 216 patients in pre-PCS group and 156 patients in post-PCS group. Incidence of readmission decreased from 6.0% (13/216) in pre-PCS group to 0.6% (1/156) in post-PCS group (${\chi}^2=7.23$, p=.010). Incidence of other major complications decreased from 4.2% (9/216) to 0.6% (${\chi}^2=6.66$, p=.012). Minor AEs such as intervention omission, order error, and protocol misunderstanding were reduced from 23.3 cases per 100 patient-days to 7.5 cases per 100 patient-days (${\chi}^2=20.31$, p<.001). Conclusion: Handover protocol is an effective strategy to reduce AEs for critically ill patients after pediatric cardiac surgery. Efforts to develop effective communication strategies should be continued and outcome research about communication strategies for patient safety should be further studied.

This study is a single-group study to check the effectiveness of nursing students on their communication credibility, communication confidence and clinical decision-making ability by implementing SBAR-applied simulation training to improve the difficulty of delivering clear information to medical personnel during transition. By combining simulation practices and SBAR training based on emergency situations of mothers and newborns, programs were developed and applied to communicate clearly and briefly to the medical staff about emergencies and to enhance communication skills. The subjects were 91 fourth-year nursing college students from one university in B metropolitan city. The data were collected from Feb. 18, 2019 to Feb. 28, 2019 and were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program as a paired t-test. The results revealed that the communication clarity measured after the simulation exercise (t=-3.99, p<.001), Communication Confidence (t=-8.60, p<.001), Clinical Decision Capacity (t=-4.66, p<.001) Statistically, it has increased significantly. Therefore, the purpose of this research is significant in that it seeks to promote the expertise of nursing college students by developing and applying simulation practical education programs to enhance the communication skills and clinical decision-making skills of nursing college students as prospective medical personnel.

The purpose of this study is to suggest safety education on life science inquiry activity, which subjects on the exploration and autonomous research to the relevant topics, mainly done by the science high school students. Investigation was made on subjects of research activity proposed from Life science and autonomous research from science high school students by examine thoroughly 2009 revised education curriculum. To prevent school laboratory accidents, education of basic safety regulations and general precautions should be repeatedly notified by clear statements and expression to each topic. Expressing the safety factors considering the themes of autonomous inquiry and activities presented in the course of education should be done, so that students should not experience laboratory accidents by reason of ignorance. From the beginning of organization to performing research, safety rules about disposing chemicals and tools wastes occurring during research should be noticed and expressed in precautions following waste disposal system should be adopted. It is necessary to level up the accessibility of information about the laboratory safety rules to confirm to the every student, and also ensure the takeover of the clean-up and use of utilities at the time of search end in order to prevent the incidence of laboratory accidents during the thorough stages of biological inquiry activities.

As facilities have become larger, more complex, and advanced, the importance of the facility management in the operation phase of the building is increasing. As a result, the scope of the facility management function is expanding, and the requirements of information are ever-increasing. However, inefficient exchange of information occurs due to duplicated tasks and lack of collaboration among the construction life cycle phases, resulting in cost loss. These low interoperability issues can be complemented by construction information management from a life cycle perspective. Efficient construction information management at each life-cycle stage is derived from the owner's will and is materialized through the construction information handover requirements by the owner. The purpose of this study is to develop an evaluation method of construction information handover requirements for facility management. In order to develop the method, facility management types and business functions are also classified and defined in this paper. Using the methodology proposed by this study, a case-study of evaluating the 'takeover items' submitted by contractors was performed for the purpose of research validation. The results of the case-study found that the most effective areas are in the order of 'legal informations', 'drawings', 'guides', etc. This study can be used as a reference data for deriving handover requirements for construction information at the early stage of the project.

Game Rating Board(GRB) of Korea set up in 29 October, 2006 has been 7th years and it will disappear in 23 November, 2013. For the first time the 'GRB' of Korea has the goal which held the nonofficial transfer of rating classification for game. But it had the justification which become more distant from the nonofficial transfer due to the affairs of 'See Story' in August, 2006. As a result, because of rapid normalization of game rating rather than the systematic transfer from 'Video Rating Board' of Korea cause no preparation of scientific professional rating review. It showed the entry-level appearance though stressing profession from the beginning of setup. Specially more transaction expense were increased because of no consistency and predictability for game review. However, it could be overcome by preparation for definite global standard and scientific rating system. Consequently technological possibility of BMM Korea based on 'Gaming Laboratory Institute(GLI)' standard expected to be alternative in the technical review of the adult arcade game.
