According as the industry develops recently, the import and export freight amount is increasing sharply, but physical distribution processing equipment ability had achieved conveyance, surge and setup of physical distribution by human's labor ability. This study intends to discuss the Design of Automatic Distribution System. Study is consisted hardware structure and software control system.

4차 산업 혁명을 통해 산업 현장에서 수많은 작업들이 로봇을 이용한 자동화로 대체되고 있는 가운데, 물류 산업에서는 아직도 물건이나 화물을 피킹하고, 분류하는 과정에서 많은 인력이 동원된다. 이러한 것을 극복하기 위해 해외의 다양한 회사들이 피킹/분류 작업의 자동화를 위해 많은 연구를 하고 있다. 피킹/분류 시스템은 인력을 사용하는 과정에서 많은 인건비가 발생하고, 무거운 물건을 옮기다가 허리를 다치거나 중장비 운행 중 사고로 인해 인명 피해가 발생하기도 한다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해 목적지 까지 라인 트레이서를 통해 이동하며, 원하는 물건을 적재 하도록 로봇 암을 적용한 '자동물류분류 시스템' 기술을 제안한다. 기존의 단순 반복 노동의 피킹/분류 작업을 수행하며, 자동으로 지정된 검은 라인을 따라 이동하고, 어플리케이션을 통해 선택된 물건을 찾아가 적재하는 시스템이며, 원격으로 수동 조작 또한 가능하다.

매년 골프장에서 로스트볼 범죄사고와 골프공을 줍기 위해 인명사고가 발생하고 있으나 골프장에서나 경비업체에서 이를 해결하기 위한 방안이 없는 실정이다. 경비업체의 경비원이 상시 배치되어 주야간 경비를 하고 있으나 야외 골프장과 같이 광범위한 범위의 경비를 인력에 의해서는 통제가 되지 않고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 야외 골프장을 효율적으로 감시하기 위한 대안이 필요하고, 경비인력은 첨단드론장비를 운용할 수 있도록 변화가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 골프장 경비배책을 위한 기초연구로 드론을 적용한 드론경비시스템을 적용하고, 이를 운용하기 위한 민간경비원의 문제점인 고령화, 저임금을 개선할 수 있는 방안에 대해 연구하였다. 이 문제에 대한 방안을 도출하며 학위논문을 통해 연구결과를 도출하고자 한다.

The designated professional institutions are individually establishing and operating information systems to manage R&D projects and information of researchers; however, systems of each institution do not allow sharing of information, resulting in researchers entering their information and achievements multiple times in each individual system. This paper investigates and analyzes the factors that hinder the research, and designates duplicate entry of researcher information due to the current system designs as the cause. This paper proposes an integration of personnel information as a solution to the issue and suggests a standard for the subject areas and management items for the integration of information. Ultimately, this paper suggests an establishment of a standard database model that is based on the proposed standard, a model that enables the convenient establishment of an information system. According to the results, it is estimated that this process will be effective to over 30% of estimated researchers whose information is entered in duplicate in the individual information system.

전문가시스템이 등장한지도 근 20년이 흘렀고 다양한 분야에서 기업의 중추적 시스템으로 운영되고 있다. 이렇게 전문가시스템이 연구단계에서 벗어나 실용화됨에 따라 전문가시스템의 개발방법에 대한 연구가 학계가 산업계가 새로운 연구과제로 인식되고 있다. 지금까지 개발에 대한 연구는 주로 지식획득 기술의 개발에 치중되어있다. 본 논문에서는 전문가시스템의 개발에 대한 방법론적 접근방법이 제시된다. 이 접근벙법은 시간과 인력 등 자원의 제약을 받는 전문가시스템 개발프로젝트에 적합한 것으로 동시공학(Concurrent Engineering)개념을 채택하고 있으며 개발 라이프사이클 모델, 프로젝트팀 구성방법등을 다루고 있다. 또한, 동시공학적 접근방법을 지원하기 위한 분석과 설계방법으로는 객체지향기술을 사용하며 개발단계별로 해당 모델이 산출물로 구축된다.

NGIS project was carried out to accelerate Korea to an information-oriented land. NGIS Project also is to support training projects for GIS specialists as a sub-project. This program has two categories which are long-term courses and short-courses. The long-term courses are for people who want to get a job in SIS(Spatial Information System) field and also for public services personnel who want to acquire the latest SIS technology. Short-term courses are about the latest GIS component technology and utilization spatial data. In this paper, we analyze education programs and training courses relate to SIS. Also we suggest some directions to train specialists for the effective achievement of SIS project. To efficient education for SIS specialist, education programs have courses without repetition and courses are separated by technology type.

본 논문에서는 최초 제품의 생산에서부터 최종 소비자에 이르기까지의 전 과정에서 RFID 시스템을 이용하여 조달, 설계, 제조, 보수, 폐기의 각각의 단계별 u-Logistics 설계 및 DB통합을 통한 Integrated u-logistics 설계 방안을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 단계별 수집된 정보를 기초로 하여 제품 생산과정부터 소비자에게 전달되기까지의 전체 제품의 life cycle을 한곳에서 관리할 수 있기 때문에 능동적이며, 효과적인 재고 관리, 인력 관리, 수요 예측, 판매 성향 분석 등이 이루어 질수 있다. 이는 단순한 유통과정만을 관리하던 기존의 물류시스템과는 확연한 차이를 보여준다.

This study is for the effective training strategy of human resources for the u-City construction to support the u-City human resource development plan of the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs (MLTM). One of the biggest problems concerning u-City is the shortage of advanced human resources for the u-City constructions. The characteristic of u-City makes u-City related human resources had knowledge of various fields including IT, GIS, construction engineering, urban planning and so on. But, there are only a few programs to train u-City related human resources. Therefore, this research established the objective of the training strategy for u-City human resource development as "the training strategy of human resources for the successful u-City constructions". To achieve this objective, four different core strategies are established like followings: (1) demander-oriented education, (2) regional balanced education, (3) integration education of u-City related subjects, (4) u-City related education infrastructure development. These 4 different core strategies can be achieved from 5 sub projects like followings: (1) demand estimation of u-City human resources, (2) u-City education from selected regional core universities, (3) u-City education from u-City human resource education centers, (4) online education and (5) construction of education infrastructures. These 5 interrelated sub projects can be preconditions of the successful human resource strategy development.
