As the number and weight of imported food are steadily increasing, safety management of imported food to prevent food safety accidents is becoming more important. The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety conducts on-site inspections of foreign food facilities before customs clearance as well as import inspection at the customs clearance stage. However, a data-based safety management plan for imported food is needed due to time, cost, and limited resources. In this study, we tried to increase the efficiency of the on-site inspection by preparing a machine learning prediction model that pre-selects the companies that are expected to fail before the on-site inspection. Basic information of 303,272 foreign food facilities and processing businesses collected in the Integrated Food Safety Information Network and 1,689 cases of on-site inspection information data collected from 2019 to April 2022 were collected. After preprocessing the data of foreign food facilities, only the data subject to on-site inspection were extracted using the foreign food facility_code. As a result, it consisted of a total of 1,689 data and 103 variables. For 103 variables, variables that were '0' were removed based on the Theil-U index, and after reducing by applying Multiple Correspondence Analysis, 49 characteristic variables were finally derived. We build eight different models and perform hyperparameter tuning through 5-fold cross validation. Then, the performance of the generated models are evaluated. The research purpose of selecting companies subject to on-site inspection is to maximize the recall, which is the probability of judging nonconforming companies as nonconforming. As a result of applying various algorithms of machine learning, the Random Forest model with the highest Recall_macro, AUROC, Average PR, F1-score, and Balanced Accuracy was evaluated as the best model. Finally, we apply Kernal SHAP (SHapley Additive exPlanations) to present the selection reason for nonconforming facilities of individual instances, and discuss applicability to the on-site inspection facility selection system. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that it will contribute to the efficient operation of limited resources such as manpower and budget by establishing an imported food management system through a data-based scientific risk management model.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of e-service quality factors on customer satisfaction and behavior intention. This study also aims to examine the relationship between the variables of web site service quality variables (reliability, information, design, communication, entertainment, convenience), the customer satisfaction with web site, relationship intention and word of mouth intention. As the results, the study found that factors of web site service quality variables has a positive impact on customer satisfaction. And customer satisfaction also has a positive impact on relationship intention and word of mouth intention. At the same time, it was found that customer satisfaction had an effect on relationship intention through the mediation of word of mouth intention indirectly as well as directly. According to those results, marketing managers should develop different service strategies.

MMORPG online game business has emerged as the most lucrative entertainment industry, with over 10 million gamers in South Korea. It appears that in this extremely attractive and growing services segment, academics, as well as practitioners, would benefit from investigating the relationships among the players' attachment or affection, game contents-related and social interaction-related construct. We assume that game contents-related construct consists of storytelling, game-play method, contents-diversity and the sense of identification, and that social interaction-related construct includes information-sharing, gamers' empowerment and the word-of-mouth. Based on data collected from online questionnaire survey, the validity of the research model has been tested. The results show that contents-related construct influences the players' attachment, and that social interaction-related construct has no direct impact on the attachment. But social interaction-related construct has been shown to influence contents-related construct, implying the indirect impact on the players' attachment.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of this factor on the macroeconomic variables for the healthcare industry market. First, the government bond interest rates and the exchange rate is the cause variable of drug industry index. Drug industry index is a mutual influence between the Call interest rate. Second, the medical equipment index haver mutual cause variable such as call rate index, government bond interest rates, and exchange rate. A current account balance variable is the cause variable of drug industry index. Third, the drug industry index has a negative relationship with a Call interest rate and an exchange rate. but it has a positive relationship with a government bond interest rates. the medical equipment index has a negative relationship with an exchange rate. but it has a positive relationship with a government bond interest rates.

There has been few researches on the variables that influence on goodwill of the store. The purpose of this study is to identify the determined variables which affect goodwill of the store in seoul empirically by examining the interaction between goodwill and risk sharing in the commercial lease contract. We have analyzed 1,463 retail unite of goodwill over August, 2015. A regression analysis model is constructed to test the significance of the variables on the goodwill per $m^2$ in Seoul. The results indicate that rent to total start-up cost of ratio and retail property characteristics variables explain a significant portion of the variability of goodwill. The results suggest that retail rents is comparatively more important than size of store. The study suggests that monthly rents to total start-up cost of ratio is the key variable affecting the goodwill of the store.

The purpose of this study is to verify the correlations among mindfulness, interpersonal relationships, and life satisfaction and to verify the mediating effect of the interpersonal relationships. Questionnaire survey measuring the mindfulness, the interpersonal relationships, and the life satisfaction was performed for 549 adult males and females. The research results by structural equation model to investigate the correlations among mindfulness, interpersonal relationships, and life satisfaction are as follows. First, mindfulness, interpersonal relationships, and life satisfaction steadily increase in accordance with the three stages of life: youth, early adults, middle and old age. Second, mindfulness has a significantly positive effect on interpersonal relationships and life satisfaction, and interpersonal relationships also has a significantly positive effect on life satisfaction. Third, interpersonal relationships has a significantly mediating effect between the relationships between mindfulness and life satisfaction. These results imply that various and active works are required to improve interpersonal relationships as well as mindfulness to enhance life satisfaction.

In this study, flow characteristics and bed changes during a short term flood event were analyzed using the two-dimensional CCHE2D model for a meandering sand-bed river, the Naesung Stream. Flow and bed change simulation was carried along the three sub-reaches with sinuosity of 1.2, 1.6 and 2.2 for the 6-day flood event occurring in June 2011. The simulation results indicated that velocity variation due to flow concentration was larger along the sub-reach with the sinuosity less than 1.5 and bed erosion at the outside of the bend was increased by time. In the sub-reach with the sinuosity less than 1.5, the maximum flood discharge produced the maximum flow velocity over 1.6 m/s to 2 m/s locally.

This paper documents the increase in earnings variability (or earnings risk) during the 1990s in Korea, and investigates whether it can be accounted for by capital market opening. The variances of transitory and permanent innovations in earnings are estimated from repeated cross-section data using a simple econometric framework. The increasing time-series pattern of earnings risk among men follows the increased foreign capital presence reasonably well, but the supporting cross-sectional evidence for a causal relationship between the two is weak. However, foreign direct investment (FDI) is found to have had some non-neutral effects on workers of varying skills in such a way that transitory earnings risk of less-skilled workers relatively increased with FDI. To the extent that transitory innovations are not fully insured, this widening effect of FDI on earnings risk gap may have contributed to widening welfare gap between skilled and unskilled workers in Korea, at least in terms of "risks."

The purpose of this paper is to explain and identify how service trust about enterprise of internal employees influence on management performance by investigating relationships between service trust in internal organization of enterprise, job commitment, customer service behavior, management performance. A survey study was conducted to collect the data with sales forces of at domestic major pharmaceutical companies. Analysis of structural equation modeling with AMOS 18.0 was performed to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study are as follows: service trust in internal organization of enterprise are positively associated on both job commitment and management performance, but it was negatively associated on customer service behavior. Job commitment was positively associated on customer service behavior but it was not influences on management performance. And customer service behavior was positively associated on management performance. Therefore, service trust in internal organization of enterprise was direct influences on management performance and it was also effects on through job commitment and customer service behavior. To sum up, if employees are devote themselves in work of their organization, service behavior on their customer of employees will be higher, and then management performance will be achievement. So, it have to reinforce job commitment on employees in order to achievement high performance of management through sales.
