The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among health belief, environmental concern and continue exercise for golf participants. To achieve the goal of this study, a total of 270 questionnaires were distributed and 270 copies were collected back. Out of those returned questionnaires, insincerely replied or double-replied questionnaires were excluded and finally 255 questionnaires were analyzed for this study. For analysis of the data, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equating modeling were conducted using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. Main findings were as follows: First health belief had a positive effect on environmental concern. Second, environmental concern had a positive effect on continue exercise. Third, health belief had a positive effect on continue exercise. Fourth, environmental concern mediated the relationship between golf participant health belief and continue exercise. If golf participants improve their physical and psychological health effects through golf and environmental concern increase from gaining a sense of accomplishment such as acquiring or improving golf skills, they will be able to lead a better quality of life.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of private tutor's job stress on the organizational commitment and turn-over intention and to verify the mediating effect of the organizational commitment. The questionnaire survey was peformed for 332 private tutors in special education region in Seoul. The collected data were used as a model of path coefficients obtained through analysis of structure equation model(SEM) and hypothesis verification. The result of the verification is as follows. First, both stress by student and stress by administrative support showed statistically significant negative effects on the organizational commitment. Second, the private tutor's organizational commitment showed a statistically significant negative effects on the turn-over intention. Third, both stress by task and stress by conflict in organization showed statistically significant positive effects on the turn-over intention. Fourth, even if both stress by student and stress by administrative support showed statistically no significant effects on the turn-over intention, they showed statistically significant effects on the turn-over intention with the mediating effect of the organizational commitment. It was confirmed that the turn-over intention can be decreased by relief of the private tutor's job stress and enhancement of the organizational commitment. In this process, it is meaningful to verify the role and function of the private tutor's organizational commitment.
As the shoes industry has been strengthened due to the contemporary fashion industry becoming segmented more and more, it is necessary to provide the basic data for the shoes industry through more in-depth research on the relevant fields. Accordingly, this study investigated the research trends related to shoes in Korea on the aspect of the publication methods, research contents and research methodologies for identifying the existing research status. In accordance with the analysis, the researches had been published since 2015 and presented by one author or two co-authors. The authors of researches were mostly affiliated to the colleges. Thus, it was identified that the professional research should be implemented in cooperation with the industry. For the research contents, the researches related to the shoes industry focused on the 21st century in the period field and marketing and design in the theme field. Then, it is required to investigate the converged interdisciplinary themes in wider areas in more diverse periods. Next, the case study accounted for the highest ratio in the methodology. Moreover, the methodology applied per theme showed the significant difference. Accordingly, the researches need to be conducted through more diverse viewpoints and methodologies. In case of the difference per research type, the significant difference was found only in the research approaches. Furthermore, the specific methodology was preferred per theme regardless of the research types. Then, it was found that the methodology played the significant role in the researches on the shoes industry.
The This study aims to verify the causal relationship among physically disability persons participation in exercise, heart rate variance, and facial expression recognition. To achieve such research goal, this study targeted 139 physically disability persons and as for sampling, purposive sampling method was applied. After visiting a sporting stadium and club facilities that sporting events were held and explaining the purpose of the research in detail, only with those who agreed to participate in the research, their heart rate variance and facial emotion awareness were measured. With the results of measurement, mean value, standard deviation, correlation analysis, and structural equating model were analyzed, and the results are as follows. The quantity of exercise positively affected sympathetic activity and parasympathetic activity of autonomic nervous system. Exercise history of physically disability persons was found to have a positive influence on LF/HF, and it had a negative influence on parasympathetic activity. Sympathetic activity of physically disability persons turned out to have a positive effect on the recognition of the emotion, happiness, while the quantity of exercise had a negative influence on the recognition of the emotion, sadness. These findings were discussed and how those mechanisms that are relevant to the autonomic nervous system, facial expression recognition of physical disability persons.
This study tries to investigate the factors influenced on the performance by top management team's(TMT's) international entrepreneurship(IE) and firm's capabilities(marketing capability and R&D capability) of Korean Ventures. The research model and hypothesis set that TMT's IE directly affect to the performance directly affects and TMT's IE indirectly affect to the performance through the capabilities(marketing capability and R&D capability) by research prior studies. To verify research model, 115 high-technology based Korean ventures survey to be as samples by structured questionnaires and the data is tested by SEM(structural equation modeling) analysis. The results of analysis are as follow. First, there was no relationship between TMT's IE and performance. Second, the IE positively affected to firm's capabilities(marketing capability and R&D capability). Third, firm's internal capabilities positively affected to performance. These results only few TMT's IE cannot sufficiently affect to performance but IE should be propagated to marketing and R&D departments and then firm's performance can improved. This study respect to provide a meaningful implication to globalization and performance of Korean Ventures.

For this study, a survey was conducted with the employees of small and medium-size enterprises (SMEs) located in Seoul and in Gyeonggi province. In the end, a total of 328 valid questionnaires were received and used in the analysis. The data of this study were analyzed using two statistics programs: SPSS Statistics 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. As for the method to verify the hypothesis, we used a structural equation model. The key findings of this study are as follows. First, the results of correlation analysis between management strategy factors, innovation activities, and business performance showed that the factors that were at a higher level of correlation were the technology differentiation strategies, marketing differentiation strategies, and the cost-driven strategy. Second, the strategic management factors that influenced innovation activities were in the following order: marketing differentiation, technology differentiation, and the cost-driven strategy, while the valid factors that affected business performance with significance were only the marketing differentiation strategy and the cost-driven strategy. Third, while the analysis showed that the technology differentiation strategy did not have a direct effect on business performance, it was shown that the relationship between the technology differentiation strategy and business performance was completely mediated by innovation activities.

Establishing career goals and making a career choice is the most crucial task for college students. This study aims to identify the motive of college students' career choices and analyze the relationship between career capabilities and career decision-making in order to provide basic materials that can assist college students in the career decision-making process. To do this, a survey was conducted among college students attending a D university in Busan. A total of 326 survey responses were selected for analysis, and path analysis was conducted using SPSS 25 and AMOS 25. The results of the study are as follows. First, intrinsic motivation for career choice and extrinsic motivation for career choice were found to affect career consideration and career management capabilities, respectively, with statistical significance. Second, career consideration and career path management capabilities influenced both concreteness and confidence, which are elements of career decision-making with statistical significance. Intrinsic motivation for career choice and extrinsic motivation for career choice affected concreteness and confidence in career decision-making with career consideration and career management capabilities as parameters. These findings imply that in order to increase the concreteness and confidence in the career decision-making of undergraduate students, it is necessary to strengthen their career consideration and career management capabilities. As the unemployment rate of youths rises and the types and specialization of jobs increase amid uncertainty in the future employment conditions, undergraduate students face increasing difficulties in career decision-making. The results of this research are expected to be used as basic materials for the career decision-making of undergraduate students, which will assists in career path consultation and guidance in universities.
In order to confirm whether innovation can be realized through the direction that companies pursue, this study empirically analyzed the relationship between strategic directionality and innovation capacity. Specifically, strategic directionality is divided into customer orientation and technology orientation, and innovation capacity is classified into strategic planning capacity, R&D capacity, and technology commercialization capacity based on previous studies. And the effect of customer and technology orientation on each innovation capacity was analyzed. Data collection was carried out by 368 questionnaires from the workers of manufacturing industry in Gyeongbuk area and the proposed hypotheses were tested by using structural equation. As a result, it was confirmed that technology orientation had significant effects on all three innovation capacities. However, the effect of customer orientation on strategic planning capacity and technical commercialization capacity was accepted, but the relationship with R&D capacity was rejected. These results can provide implications for how to draw innovation from the organizational strategic direction and culture perspectives by explaining the impact of organizational orientation on innovation capacity.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between job stress, life satisfaction, burnout, and self-compassion. A survey was conducted in February 2018 for employees working at the Korea Legal Protection and Welfare Agency, and 213 data were included in the final analysis. A structural model was developed to examine the relationships between the variables used in this study, and the model-fit and mediating effects of the developed model were examined using SPSS and AMOS. For this study, the Korean occupational stress scale, life satisfaction scale, Maslach burnout inventory, and Korean self-compassion scale were used. We found that self-compassion is fully mediated between job stress and life satisfaction and between job stress and burnout. Also, life satisfaction is partially mediated between self-compassion and burnout. These results mean that self-compassion has significant effects on job stress, life satisfaction, and burnout. In particular, the mediating effect of self-compassion shows the vicious cycle of high job stress - low self-compassion - low life satisfaction - high burnout. Based on these results, the future implications of program development based on self-compassion strategies were discussed in order for workers in correctional facilities to decrease job stress and burnout and increase life satisfaction.
Psychological essentialism states that people believe some categories to have hidden and defining essential features which cause other features of the category (Gelman, 2003; Hirschfeld, 1996; Medin & Ortony, 1989). Essentialist belief on categories questions the Roschian argument (Rosch, 1973, 1978) that categories merely consist of clusters of correlated features. Unlike family resemblance categories, essentialized categories are likely to have clear between-category boundaries and high within-category coherence (Gelman, 2003; Prentice & Miller, 2007). Two experiments were conducted to test the effects of essentialist belief on category representation (i.e., between-category boundary, within-category coherence). Participants learned family resemblance and essentialized categories in their assigned conditions and then performed categorization task (Expt. 1) and frequency estimation task of category exemplars (Expt. 2). The results showed, in essentialized categories, both boundary intensification and greater category coherence. Theses results are likely to have arisen due to increased cue and category validity in essentialized categories and suggest that essentialist belief influences macroscopic representation of category structure.
