A Literature Review Study in the Field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Aplications, AI-Related Management, and AI Application Risk (인공지능의 활용, 프로젝트 관리 그리고 활용 리스크에 대한 문헌 연구)

  • Most research in artificial intelligence (AI) has focused on the development of new algorithms. But as artificial intelligence has been spreading over many applications and gaining more attention from managers in the organization, academia has begun to understand the necessity of developing new artificial intelligence theories related to AI management. We reviewed recent studies in the field from 2015, and further analysis has been done for 785 studies chosen based on citation numbers of over 20. The results show that most studies have still been in the prototyping application phase of artificial intelligence across different industries. We conclude our study by calling for more research in the application of artificial intelligence in terms of organizational structures and project and risk management.

An Analysis of Artificial Intelligence Education Research Trends Based on Topic Modeling

  • This study aimed to analyze recent research trends in Artificial Intelligence (AI) education within South Korea with the overarching objective of exploring the future direction of AI education. For this purpose, an analysis of 697 papers related to AI education published in Research Information Sharing Service (RISS) from 2016 to November 2023 were analyzed using word cloud and Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic modeling technique. As a result of the analysis, six major topics were identified: generative AI utilization education, AI ethics education, AI convergence education, teacher perceptions and roles in AI utilization, AI literacy development in university education, and AI-based education and research directions. Based on these findings, I proposed several suggestions, (1) including expanding the use of generative AI in various subjects, (2) establishing ethical guidelines for AI use, (3) evaluating the long-term impact of AI education, (4) enhancing teachers' ability to use AI in higher education, (5) diversifying the curriculum of AI education in universities, (6) analyzing the trend of AI research, and developing an educational platform.

Ethical Dilemma on Educational Usage of A.I. Speaker (인공지능 스피커의 교육적 활용에서의 윤리적 딜레마)

  • With the announcement of the AI national strategy, various policies for AI education are being proposed, and AI convergence education for teachers is actively being promoted. In addition, AI speakers are being sold and distributed to each home, and field studies of educational use of AI speakers have just started. This study examines the controversial problems that AI speakers may cause in AI ethics, and attempts to derive an ethical dilemma that may arise when AI speakers are used at home or at school. This dilemma can be used in the moral competence test (MCT), which measures the level of moral judgment for each group of artificial intelligence speakers.

  • With the development of artificial intelligence, a lot of platforms have emerged that enable anyone to easily access and learn about artificial intelligence or create artificial intelligence models. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed various artificial intelligence education platforms and developed and proposed a SW education class plan using a framework-based artificial intelligence education platform for activating artificial intelligence based SW education. The artificial intelligence-based SW education framework aims to cultivate artificial intelligence literacy on the basis of computational thinking. In addition, a learner-centered project class was formed to include elements that could be fused with real life contexts or other subjects. Using this, with the theme of creating an artificial intelligence program to help separate garbage collection, a six-hour project-based class was developed and proposed using practical arts, social studies, and creative experiential activities. This project class was organized using a platform that is not difficult, such as AI Oceans and Entry.

The Expectation of Medical Artificial Intelligence of Students Majoring in Health in Convergence Era (융복합 시대에 일부 보건계열 전공 학생들의 의료용 인공지능에 대한 기대도)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the expectation toward medical artificial intelligence(AI) of students in majoring health, and to utilize it as a basic data for widespread use of medical AI for 500 students majoring in health science at Cheonan city. The awareness of AI was 18.6%, the reliability of AI was 24.8%, and agreement to use of medical AI was 38%. Also, the higher the awareness and reliability of AI were, the higher the expectation of AI was. As a result, education on medical AI in the major field should be a cornerstone for the development of an effective healthcare environment utilizing medical AI by raising awareness, reliability and expectation of AI.

  • 우리나라는 현재 재난의 유형을 자연재난과 사회재난으로 구분하여 관리하고 있다. 하지만 최근 재난 사고 사례를 살펴보면 단일재난으로 인한 피해보다 자연재난이 발생한 이후 사회재난으로 재난이 전파되는 복합재난의 형태가 종종 나타나고 있다. 복합재난은 단일 재난에 의한 피해(인적, 물적) 보다 크게 나타나고 복합재난의 발생원인 및 전파과정을 분석하기 어려워 이에 대한 다각적인 분석과 동시에 재난상호간의 연관성을 도출하는 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 과거 재난사고정보를 분석하는 연구는 일반적인 통계기법을 활용한 분석에 머물러 있으며 수집된 재난사고사례가 많지 않아 분석에 신뢰성을 보장할 수 없었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 복잡하게 나타나는 재난 사고를 분석하기 위하여 최근 각광받고 있는 인공지능 분석기법을 연구에 고려하였다. 본 연구의 과정은, 첫째로 재난사고정보 분석에 인공지능을 활용한 사례를 조사하고 여타 연구분야에서 적용되고 있는 인공지능 분석기술을 재난사고정보 분석에 활용할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다. 둘째로 수집가능 한 재난사고정보를 수집하고 인공지능 모형에 적용가능 한 형태로 변환하는 과정을 수행하였다. 셋째로 변환된 재난사고정보를 대표적인 인공지능 알고리즘을 활용하여 다양한 질문(목적)에 부합하는 재난사고정보 분석모형을 구축하고자 하였다. 마지막으로 다양한 인공지능 알고리즘을 적용한 모형의 신뢰성을 비교하였으며 이를 통하여 재난사고정보 분석에 적용가능 하며 질문(목적)에 부합하는 최적 인공지능 알고리즘을 도출하고자 하였다.

The Analysis of Elementary School Teachers' Perception of Using Artificial Intelligence in Education (인공지능 활용 교육에 대한 초등교사 인식 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to comprehensively analyze elementary school teachers' perceptions of the use of artificial intelligence in education. Recently, interest in the use of artificial intelligence has increased in the field of education. However, there is a lack of research on the perceptions of elementary school teachers using AI in education. Using descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression analysis, and semantic differential meaning scale, 69 elementary school teachers' perceptions of using AI in education were analyzed. As a results, artificial intelligence technology was perceived as most suitable method for assisting activities in class and for problem-based learning. Factors which influence the use of AI in education were learning contents, learning materials, and AI tools. AI in education had the features of personalized learning, promoting students' participation, and provoking students' interest. Further, instructional strategies or models that enable optimized educational operation should be developed.

  • 본 논문에서는 핀테크 보안에 활용 가능한 딥러닝 기술을 살펴본다. 먼저 인공지능과 관련된 보안 이슈를 인공지능이 사람을 위협하는 상황에 대한 보안(Security FROM AI), 인공지능 시스템이나 서비스를 악의적인 공격으로부터 보호하는 이슈(Security OF AI), 인공지능 기술을 활용해 보안 문제를 해결하는 것(Security BY AI) 3가지로 구분하여 살펴본다. Security BY AI의 일환으로 딥러닝에 기반한 비정상탐지(anomaly detection)과 회귀분석(regression)기법을 설명하고, 이상거래탐지, 바이오인증, 피싱, 파밍 탐지, 본인확인, 명의도용탐지, 거래 상대방 신뢰도 분석 등 핀테크 보안 문제에 활용할 수 있는 방안을 살펴본다.

  • 정부의 인공지능 국가전략을 통해 인공지능 교육은 초등학교에서도 필수교육으로 대두되고 있다. 또한 인공지능 소양을 습득하기 위해 타 교과와 융합한 인공지능 융합 교육의 필요성이 증가하고 있고, 인공지능 발달에 대한 수학의 역할을 고려하여 수학 교과를 통해 인공지능의 이해를 기르는 것이 강조되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수학 교과와 인공지능 교과가 융합한 인공지능 융합 교육 프로그램을 개발하기 위해 초등학교 3~4학년 수학 교과의 도형 분류를 의사 결정 나무 모델을 활용하여 가르치는 인공지능 융합 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 프로그램은 초등학생의 인공지능 개념학습을 통한 인공지능 기초소양 함양뿐만 아니라 수학 교과의 이해 및 성취도 향상에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

Utilization Strategies of Generative AI Platforms for CG Education (CG 교육을 위한 생성형 인공지능 플랫폼 활용 방안)

  • Due to the rapid advancement of AI technology, generative artificial intelligence platforms are experiencing innovative applications in various fields. In this paper, it examines research cases involving the utilization of AI in education, explore instances where generative AI platforms are applied in the realm of creative endeavors, and discuss the direction of utilizing generative AI in educational contexts. In the field of computer graphics, this study introduced generative AI platforms that are applicable for image creation, editing, and video editing. It also proposed platforms that can be utilized in the video editing production process. These generative AI platforms not only offer advantages in terms of efficiency, by reducing the efforts of creators and saving time in the production process, but they also present positive aspects in enhancing individual capabilities. It is advocated that their swift integration into education is necessary, considering these benefits. This study aims to provide direction for the expansion of creative education utilizing generative AI platforms.
