Productivity is one of the very important index that measures efficiency of production activities in industry, enterprises and the building industry as well. None the less, the concept of construction productivity is not so clear that productivity management in the building industry have been performed by experience or intuition, productivity related data have not been analyzed through effective productivity management, because structured definition and classification of factors influencing construction productivity did not exist so that it has not been known what information explain each of them. In order to solve this problem, at first construction productivity and factors influencing construction productivity are defined and classified into three groups; (1)Project factors influencing construction productivity (2)Management factors influencing construction productivity (3)Activity factors influencing construction productivity. To find out relation between construction productivity and factors influencing construction productivity, a questionnaire survey for construction managers in the building industry has been conducted.

The classification of biotope type in major Korean cities was made based on the land use concept rather than the ecological concept of the land as the habitat of biological communities. Therefore, biotope type need to be reclassified according to ecological concerns and regional characteristics. This study attempts to clearly define various critical concepts regarding the classification of biotope type, such as classification hierarchy, classification criteria, classification factor, classification indicator, classification key, and classification standard. Furthermore, it also attempts to suggest the ways to improve the classification system of biotope type by sampling the cases of major Korean cities. The classification system of biotope type is required to have a coherent system that provides basic guidelines, standards and hierarchy with regard to biotic, abiotic and anthropotic factors, as well as classification indicators and classification keys.

인간 유전체 지도가 발표 된 이후 신약 개발의 많은 부분에서 유전체 정보가 활용되고 있으며 비록 현재의 초기 단계에서는 여러 가지 실험적 장해 요인으로 인해 그 활용도가 그리 크지 않다. 하지만 대부분의 약물들이 유전자 혹은 단백질과 같은 생체 구성 물질들의 활성을 조절하는 기작을 가지고 있다는 점을 고려할 때 유전체에 대한 전반적인 이해는 빠르고 정확한 신약 개발을 위한 필수적인 선결 요건이라 볼 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 접근은 제약회사를 비롯하여 병원, 연구소 등 관련 기관들에서 계속해서 활발히 진행되고 있고 멀지 않은 미래에 유전체 연구는 효율적인 신약 개발의 핵심 기술로 자리 매김 할 것으로 예측된다

본 연구내용은 크게 세 부분으로 구분되며 인구구조 변화가 주거욕구에 미치는 영향, 주거 만족도와 관련요인과의 관계, 그리고 주거환경이 인간의 생활에 미치는 영향과 중요성 등에 대해 기존 문헌을 중심으로 논의하였다. 논의방향은 관련영역의 추세 및 경향에 초점을 맞추어 시간의 흐름에 따라 어떻게 변화하고 있는지에 중점을 두었다. 본 연구에서 언급된 세 영역의 연구논점은 추세적 변화를 고려한 주거관련정책 프로그램을 개발하는 데 있어 정책적 시사점을 제시할 수 있는 시의성 있는 자료로 이용될 수 있을 것이다.

관제대상 선박의 다양화, 대형화, 교통 흐름의 다변화 등으로 인해 관제 업무의 중요성이 더욱 강조되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 관제사의 업무부하 요인을 운영체제, 관제사, 물리적 환경, 관제 시스템으로 구분하였다. 4가지 영역에 대하여 기존 연구를 분석하고, 이 중 물리적 환경에 초점을 맞추어 관제센터(부산항, 진도연안)에서 평가를 수행하였다. 조도, 소음, 전자파 그리고 작업자세에 대하여 분석을 하였다.

작업과 관련된 근골격계 장애(work-related musculoskeletal disorder)는 만성적인 근골격계 질병으로 작업과 관계되어 발생되어지는 신체 상태이다. 이와 관련되는 요인에는 반복적인 동작, 무리한 힘, 부적절한 자세, 기계적인 스트레스 및 진동, 온도 등이며 같은 의미로 자주 사용되는 용어로는 인간공학적 질병(ergonomic disorder), 누적 외상성 장애(cumulative trauma disorders), 반복 긴장성 부상(repetitive strain injuries)등이 있다. (중략)

최근 정보시스템에 대한 품질평가가 사용자만족이라는 개념을 중심으로 이루어져 왔다. 그러나 그것은 단기적인 관점에서의 평가모델로서 장기적인 관점에서의 종합적인 품질평가가 필요하다. 기술적 측면과 인간적 측면의 성공요인을 모두 포함하여 평가차원을 분류하고, 사용자만족에서 희생을 함께 고려하는 사용자가치가지 확장하는 종합적 품질평가모형을 제시하고 국내기업을 대상으로 실증분석해 보고자 한다.

일본의 전력중앙연구소는 최근 휴먼팩터연구센터의 연구개요를 정리발표 하였다. 동센터는 동 연구소내에 7월 1일부로 설치된 것으로써 민간인 총력을 집결하여 휴먼팩터(인간요인)에 기인하는 원자력발전소 사고의 방지책을 체계적으로 연구하는 곳이다. 5개년 계획으로 약10억엔의 연구개발자금을 투입, 그 성과는 일본 전력회사의 휴먼에러방지책에 직접, 반영시켜진다. 소원은 현재 14명이지만, 전력회사에서의 파견으로 확충하고, 피크시에는 20명으로 하고 있다. 동 센터의 연구개요는 다음과 같다.
