오늘날 고도로 발전되어가는 모든 문화 과학면에서 그 유일의 힘의 원천으로서 전기를 사용하고 있다. 전기는 우리 인간에게 허다한 이기의 제공자로서 그 혜택이 많은 반면에 불의에 사고의 원인으로 막대한 인명과 재산을 앗아가는 공포의 대상이 될때도 있다. 이것은 누전및 과부하로 생기는 화재와 감전으로 인한 사망이며 특히 고전압시설물에 화재가 일어났을 경우 급히 소방차와 소방제원이 출동되어 진화작업에 열중하다가 불행히도 감전으로 인하여 소방제원이 희생되는 수가 있었다. 이런 견지에서 먼저 감전에 관하여 언급키로 한다.

200년 전의 산업혁명은 드디어 오늘날 에너지혁명을 초래하였으며 과학기술은 풍부한 에너지공급이 가능한 배경아래서 인간생활의 질을 변혁시켜 왔다. 해방직후 70달러도 못되던 1인당 국민소득이 50년이 지난 오늘 1만달러를 기록, 상대적으로 에너지소비도 엄청나게 늘어나게 되었다. 그래서 우리는 부강한 선진문화를 추구하면서 초에너지 절약형 에너지 시스템 개발에 총력을 기울이고 있다.

This paper describes a humanoid robot's intelligent foot with two six-axis force/moment sensors. The developed humanoid robots didn't get the intelligent feet for walking on uneven surface safely. In order to walk on uneven surface safely, the robot should measure the reaction forces and moments applied on the sales of the feet, and they should be controlled with the measured the forces and moments. In this paper, an intelligent foot for a humanoid robot was developed. First, the body of foot was designed to be rotated the toe and the heel to all directions, second, the six-axis force/moment sensors were manufactured, third, the high-speed controller was manufactured using DSP(digital signal processor), fourth, the humanoid robot's intelligent foot was manufactured using the body of foot, two six-axis force/moment sensors and the high-speed controller, finally, the characteristic test of the intelligent foot was carried out. It is thought that the foot could be used for a humanoid robot.

When external force is applied to humanoid robot's head, humanoid robot's neck is rotated to prevent the damage of it. So, robot's neck have to perceive forces (Fx of x-direction, Fy of y-direction and Fz of z-direction) and moments (Mx of x-direction, My of y-direction and Mz of z-direction) using the attached 6-axis force/moment sensor. Thus, in this paper, 6-axis force/moment sensor was developed to sense the forces and moments applied to robot's head. The structure of 6-axis force/moment sensor was modeled newly, and it was designed using FEM software (ANSYS) and manufactured by attaching straingages on the sensing element, finally, the characteristic test of the sensor was carried out. As a result, it is confirmed that interference error is less than 3%. And, it is thought that the sensor can be used to measure the forces and the moments for humanoid robot's head.

Throughout this thesis, I describe the design, fabrication, and evaluation of the 3 DOF farce-reflecting haptic interface using USMs(ultrasonic motors). This haptic interface allows a htmlaIl "observer" to explore and interact with a virtual environrrent for the sense of touch. To effectively display the mechanical impedance of the htmlaIl hand we need a haptic device with specific characteristics, such as low inertia, alrmst zero friction and very high stiffness. USMs have attracted considerable attention as the actuator satisfied these conditions. An observer may grasp the end effector of revice and interact with surfaces and objects created within a virtual environment The revice provires force feedback, allowing users to "feel" objects within the environment. The device works very well, as users are able to detect the edge of the wall, the stiffness of the button and the puncture. TIle force-reflecting haptic interface could be suitable as a master for micro-surgery or as an interface to virtual reality training systems.

Human being can be defined in several ways. These are biological, psychological, social and religious, ethical and philosophical aspects. The first two viewpoints refer to the intrapersonal aspects and the last two viewpoints deal with the interpersonal aspects. In every aspect, introspection is very much important to understand him or herself and other person. In this paper, the author summarized the instruction from the oriental old classic books. By doing this process, the author suggested three ways to introspect himself：1) We have to read the old classic books on Wisdom and follow the teachings in those books. 2) Self-analysis may be one way to introspect him or herself. It is to understand his emotional response by way of thinking(reasoning). By repeating this process, affect and thinking can achieve harmony and balance. 3) Training analysis may help to introspect oneself. Qualified analysts may be of help. In order to understand the psychological aspect of patients, the psychiatrists should get insight into his own mind. In this aspect, introspection is the single most important factor in achieving insight.

In this paper, we present a new exoskeleton-type data glove that can sense the movement of the human finger and reflect the force to the finger. The data glove is designed on the basis of the skeletal structure of the human hand, and the finger module has 1 degree-of-freedom because it includes three four-bar mechanism joints in series and a wire-coupling mechanism. In addition, the transmission ratio of the finger module is maintained at 1:1.4:1 over the entire movement range, and hence, the module can perform both extension and flexion. In addition, to enable adduction/abduction motion of the human hand, a unique MCP joint is designed by using two universal joints. To validate the feasibility of the data glove, master-slave control experiments based on force-position control between the data glove and the robot hand are conducted.

Movie captured audience's whole sense organs to the screen which is made up of visual story-telling decorated by color, sound, and smell. The audience rediscovered native emotions(pleasure, fear, terror) suppressed and left in the compressed world of space and time, that is to say a movie world separated from the real world, by being immersed in the movie story. This study revealed audience's feelings of pleasure and fear by analyzing the movie . First of all, the pleasure would be discussed in terms of Nietzsche's "the will to power." Nietzsche defined something to breathe, move, and will as being alive, and he insisted that its power to life is 'the will to power.' Human beings wish to have power and want to increase it: pleasure, the real motivation of human behaviors and phenomena. The movie well revealed the pleasure by showing nonperson's challenge and victory against social rulers. Second, the fear and terror of the audience will be discussed in terms of in Lacan's psychoanalysis. Lacan extended Freud's id, ego, and superego into the worlds of reality, imagine, and symbol, and suggested a father in symbol world among those worlds. He suggested as a basic and connecting instrument of the socialization just like Signifi$\acute{e}$ and Signifiant, Saussure' basic linguistic structure in "Cours de lingustique g$\acute{e}$n$\acute{e}$rale"(1916). Because father is the symbol and the metaphor of law, the absence of him and resistance against him means obstacles of social stabilization. Finally this paper will also discuss that the fear from the absence of law and the pleasure provoked by self-preserving instincts, that is to say natural feelings, are connected to values of progressivism and conservatism.
