  • 고등기술연구원에서 수행하고 있는 IGCC 연구프로그램의 일부로 이루어지고 있는 석탄가스연소가스터빈 시스템의 공정개발을 위한 해석체계를 소개하였고, 지금까지 이루어진 해석결과들을 제시하였다. 본 해석체계는 가스터빈 시스템해석을 위한 사이클해석. 구성요소인 압축기, 연소기, 터빈에 대한 해석모듈들로 구성하였으며, 각 해석모듈은 구성요소에 대한 전문적인 열유동장 해석방법을 채택한다. 각 해석모듈간의 상호작용 및 해석결과들의 종합을 통하여 IGCC용 가스터빈 공정개발을 위한 기초적인 자료제공이 가능하다.

  • 가스터빈 사이클의 성능 및 NOx 배출물 생성량 예측을 위한 모사 프로그램을 개발하였다. 압축기 및 터빈은 등엔트로피 과정으로, 연소기는 Thermal NOx 생성을 수반하는 연소모형으로서 가정하였다. 또한 터빈 냉각을 위한 추출공기량과 냉각방식이 성능에 미치는 적절한 상관 관계식을 도입하여 평가하였다. 본 성능평가 모델을 이용하여 예측된 결과와 실험결과간의 비교를 통하여 모델의 타당성을 검증하였고, 증기 분사량, 터빈 냉각변수 및 압축비 변화에 따른 예측결과를 통하여 가스터빈 시스템 최적 운전 및 설계기준을 제시하였다.

Development of the Rotary Electrostatic Painting Equipment with High Transfer Efficiency (높은 도착효율을 가지는 회전형 정전 도장기기의 개발)

  • A new electrostatic rotary atomizing painting equipment using air turbine was developed for high transfer efficiency. Based on the overall design requirements of painting equipment, basic design specifications of the equipment parts such as air turbine and atomizing disk ate defined from the present conceptual design model. Air turbine is designed with the section profile of NACA airfoil, and its internal flow field is analyzed by commercial CFD code. Atomizing disk is designed to achieve the ligament type spray of paint with the use of visualization technique. Various experiments and tests are conducted to investigate the spray and the transfer characteristics of newly-designed painting equipment, and the measurement results are compared with the those of conventional painting equipments. The comparison results show the present painting equipment is superior to the conventional ones in the aspects of transfer efficiency and coating surface characteristics.

  • Developed is a sludge treatment system for introducing the waste water mixture with paint sludge from the water bath of paint booth and for recycling cleaned water to paint booth after sludge separation. Floated sludge is introduced from the water surface in the bath by using floating skimmer, and is conveyed by pump to the centrifugal separator where sludge and cleaned water are separated. From the operation results of the present sludge treatment systems applied in actual paint booths, paint sludge can be separated automatically and effectively from water bath with its water content of $60-70\%$, and sludge-free clean water is returned to paint booth.

  • Developed is the new gas-solid flow ball valve where air injection purging concept is applied for the control and the reduction of particle fouling. CFD analyses are conducted for investigating the interaction between gas-sold and air injection streams and the fouling phenomena in valve, and the analysis results are reflected in the design of valve geometry and air injection condition. Through the actual tests on designed ball valve, the present valve is shown to be superior in fouling reduction.

  • 본 논문에서는 가상 인터페이스로서 범용적으로 사용할 수 있는 실시간 비전 기반 얼굴 애니메이션을 제안한다. 이를 위해서 실시간으로 얼굴 구성요소를 추출하고, 이를 정량화 하였다. 정량화된 값과 자연스럽게 매핑하기 위해서 정합함수를 통해 3차원 모델에 맵핑하기 위한 방안을 제안한다. 일반적으로 3차원 애니메이션을 수행할 경우, 기본 모델을 중심으로 특정한 사용자만을 위주로 수행되나, 본 논문에서는 임의의 일반 사용자를 위한 3차원 애니메이션을 수행하였다. 여러 사용자에 대하여 얼굴 구성요소 추출을 이용한 3차원 얼굴 애니메이션 동작에 대하여 실험하였으며 실험결과 여러 사용자 얼굴 애니메이션 동작에 대하여 만족할 만한 성능을 보였다.

  • Inter-Korean Economic Cooperation needs to a different strategy for developing synergy effects, suggesting they should be selected for role to the unification Korea. In the this paper, Three policy-strategies is suggested as follows. Firstly, Economic Cooperation Driving Committee of Inter-Korean Digital Cultural Content is necessary the recovering of cultual consubstantiality and the operating of business partnership in the divided peninsular. Secondly, To cultural contents cooperation between South-North Korea. the exchange of learning and information must be activated constantly. as the cultural contents is creative industrial, it needs for imagination and creative of human and understanding of a fine arts, a traditional arts. Thirdly, A policy and system is inevitable to construction of Inter Korean Cooperation Digital Contents. South-North Korea, including a North Korea having a excellent cultural heritage, must jointly recovery for cultural contents. Under social-economic system, a consumers of digital contents pay to the format creator many royalty. Therefore, We must prepare to roll out a series of new creative contents, and have competitive advantages in the global market.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of EDI in Channels of Distribution. The author presents a theoretical model related EDI and suggests how this model should be conceptualized. A model was estimated with data from 92 suppliers. The results revealed that suppliers' satisfaction was positively related to the performance of EDI. Also, the performance of EDI and dependence of suppliers were positively related to EDI.

  • Effort of rice resistant starch (RS) content on glucose blood level of normal Subject was examined using Suwon 464 and Ilpum, haying different RS contents. Enzymatic-gravimetric method showed RS contents of Suwon 464 and Ilpum were 16.3 and 0.7%, respectively. Both rice varieties, each containing 50g carbohydrate, were pressure-cooked and fed to ten healthy male volunteers after overnight fast. Significant difference was observed in 60 min blood glucose levels of Suwon 464 and Ilpum after meal, showing $90.3{\pm}4.8$ and $111.6{\pm}2.7mg/dl$, respectively (p<0.01).
