This study aims to analyze the influence relationship between the level of fringe benefits and relational contract among social workers in the non-profit organization. Under this relationship, we explored the dual mediating effect of perceived superior's support and perceived organizational support. A total of 371 self-administered questionnaires were distributed to social workers in Gwangju, South Korea, and 271 questionnaires (73.0%) were used for study analysis after excluding incomplete and unreliable responses. This study performed structural equation modeling, the results are as follows. Perceived superior's support and perceived organizational support both have a positive (+) influence on relational contract. Furthermore, perceived superior's support and perceived organizational support were found to mediate effect between fringe benefits and relational contract. Therefore, these results contribute to provide academic meaning that the range of future studies by identifying the dual mediated effect of the fringe benefits and social worker 's relational contract.

There has been a recurring call for using visual representations in textbooks to improve the teaching and learning of proportional reasoning. However, the quantity as well as quality of visual representations used in textbooks is still very limited. In this article, we analyzed visual representations presented in a Grade 6 textbook from two perspectives of proportional reasoning, multiple-batches perspective and variable-parts perspective, and discussed the potential of the double number line and the double tape diagram to help develop the idea 'things covary while something stays the same', which is critical to reason proportionally. We also classified situations that require proportional reasoning into five categories and provided ways of using the double number line and the double tape diagram for each category.

Despite the ubiquity of mobile phone, the medium has received far less scholarly attention than it should deserve. This study begin with the purpose of fair repositioning of mobile phone in Korean interpersonal communication. To accomplish this purpose, We examined the effect of communication values on perception of mobile phone as interpersonal communication medium, such as the appropriateness and effectiveness of mobile phone. The related raw data were collected from on-line survey process, and statistically analyzed. The result showed that the more effect the traditional communication values of our society have on the perception of mobile phone, the older users are. And Younger generations tend to have more positive attitude to mobile phone as interpersonal communication medium. Particularly when the seniors are interpersonal communication partner and impending task is advice or request, younger persons tend to perceive mobile phone more appropriate and effective than the elder persons do. Thus, it is plausible to predict that relative position of mobile phone will be gradually more important in Koreans' social communication when the younger generation become the mainstream of our society.

This paper presents a optimization of sigmoid activation function parameter using genetic algorithms and pattern recognition analysis in input space of two spirals benchmark problem. To experiment, cascade correlation learning algorithm is used. In the first experiment, normal sigmoid activation function is used to analyze the pattern classification in input space of the two spirals problem. In the second experiment, sigmoid activation functions using different fixed values of the parameters are composed of 8 pools. In the third experiment, displacement of the sigmoid function to determine the value of the three parameters is obtained using genetic algorithms. The parameter values applied to the sigmoid activation functions for candidate neurons are used. To evaluate the performance of these algorithms, each step of the training input pattern classification shows the shape of the two spirals.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the direct effect of victimization experience on cyber security behavior and the indirect effect of information protection awareness through the Dual Process Theory. Baron & Kenny regression analysis was conducted and the results are as follows - first, victimization experience has a positive effect on cyber security behavior; second, the relationship between victimization experience and cyber security behavior is mediated by cyber security awareness; and third, the direct effect of victimization experience on cyber security behavior and the indirect mediating effect of cyber security awareness are both positive (+). The direct effect of victimization experience on cyber security behavior is analyzed to be relatively large compared to the indirect effect that cyber security awareness has on cyber security behavior. Based on these results, It is suggested that periodic cyber security education and campaign policies are needed to enhance cyber security behavior.

This research purports to examine the mediating effects of right perception and performance at service processes in relationship to the social worker's professionalism and user advocacy. As the research method, 198 social workers were surveyed, and structural equation was used for analysis. The research findings showed that the professionalism of social workers had a direct influence on right perception, right performances at service processes and user-advocacy. However, right perception at service processes do not have a direct influence on user advocacy. In addition to this right perception and performances at service processes was proven to be an important mediator between a social worker's professionalism and user advocacy. As a result, this research has implied the necessity for social work practice to promote user-advocacy.

Electromyogram (EMC) signal generated by voluntary contraction of muscles is often used in a rehabilitation devices such as an upper limb prosthesis because of its distinct output characteristics compared to other bio-signals. This paper proposes an EMG-based human-computer interface (HCI) for the control of the above-elbow prosthesis or the wheelchair. To control such rehabilitation devices, user generates four commands by combining voluntary contraction of two different muscles such as levator scapulae muscles and flexor-extensor carpi ulnaris muscles. The muscle contraction is detected by comparing the mean absolute value of the EMG signal with a preset threshold value. However. since the time difference in muscle firing can occur when the patient tries simultaneous co-contraction of two muscles, it is difficult to determine whether the patient's intention is co-contraction. Hence, the use of the comparison method using a single threshold value is not feasible for recognizing such co-contraction motion. Here, we propose a novel method using double threshold values composed of a primary threshold and an auxiliary threshold. Using the double threshold method, the co-contraction state is easily detected, and diverse interface commands can be used for the EMG-based HCI. The experimental results with real-time EMG processing showed that the double threshold method is feasible for the EMG-based HCI to control the myoelectric prosthetic hand and the powered wheelchair.

This study aims to address the current situation and damage from sexual violence, to arouse public opinion, help broader awareness, and further lead to community social efforts to cope actively with the situation. In Korean society, discourse on sex is often conducted in a double structure. Sexual violence is not just a personal misfortune; it is a problem for women as a whole. Furthermore, it is a challenge that society needs to address. Therefore, the government should evolve its response to sexual violence into a collective, not individual, movement of men and women toward social and cultural movements together. Although the visible reality of sexual violence is important, damaging their mental health by passing on a distorted cultural environment to future generations should be seen as a type of historical crime.

The present study examined how the psychological well-being of young adults was affected by the perceived parental rearing attitudes and how self-concept clarity and the perceptions of emerging adulthood mediated this causal relationship based on Arnett's the theory of emerging adulthood. We specially focused on affectionate or rejective types of perceived parental rearing attitudes and possibility or instability perceptions of emerging adulthood. We performed survey research with 358 university students from six universities located in Seoul, and other cities in South Korea and analyzed collected data using SPSS 25.0 and SPSS Macro. As a result, we found correlational relationships between psychological well-being of emerging adulthood and other variables. Also, we found the mediating effect of the self-concept clarity in the relationship between the psychological well-being and the perceived parental attitudes: affectionate, rejective. However, we only found the mediating effect of the perceived possibility perception of emerging adulthood was significant in the relationship between the psychological well-being and affectionate parental rearing attitudes. Finally, we found a sequential mediation effect that the self-concept clarity and then perceived instability perception of emerging adulthood affected in the relationship between psychological well-being and rejective parental rearing attitudes of emerging adulthood. Based on results, implications and suggestions for counseling service and psychological education for university students faced emerging adulthood were discussed.

LOS(Level of Service) concept are popularly used in many countries as the MOEs to evaluate the road construction and operation plans. However, MOEs such as travel time and delay only measure quantitative factors describing traffic flow, although qualitative factors such as scenic, comfort and reliable factors are very important for roadway drivers to define the LOS. Therefore, this paper are focusing on verifying the difference between perceived LOS and LOS in KHCM, and proving qualitative factors affecting Drivers' Perceived LOS in Urban Arterial. As a result, following outputs are obtained; (1) verifying the difference between perceived LOS(PLOS) and LOS in KHCM (2) proving that qualitative factors such as scenic and driver behavior factors affects PLOS (3) suggesting that qualitative factors should be considered in MOEs of LOS
