The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the causal relationship between positive emotions, positive psychological capital, and organizational identification, and to examine the double mediating effect. In this study, 369 social workers in 10 social welfare facilities in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province were sampled. The results of this study show that compassion experienced by the social workers has a positive effect on positive emotion and organizational identification, and positive psychological capital has a significant effect on the organization identification. In addition, double mediating effect of positive emotion and positive psychological capital were also shown to be significant in the relationship between compassion and organizational identification. Therefore, this study has the theoretical implication that double mediating effect of positive emotion and positive psychological capital are demonstrated in the relationship between compassion and organization identification. In future research, sample collection should be done for the generalization of the sample, and the mediating effect of positive organizational identity should also be performed.

The purpose of this study was to verify the double mediating effects of job stress and psychological commitment in the relationship between organizational incivility and job satisfaction of child-care teachers in South Korea. 234 Korean child-care teachers were purposively selected from S city of C Province. SPSS Win.25.0 and PROCESS Macro 4.2 were used for analyzing the data, and reliability analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple mediation model analysis were conducted. Results are as follows. First, correlation analysis showed significant correlations between organizational incivility, job stress, psychological commitment, and job satisfaction. Second, path analysis showed that organizational incivility had a positive effect on job stress and a negative effect on psychological commitment and job satisfaction. Job stress had a negative and significant effect on psychological commitment and job satisfaction, and psychological commitment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Third, job stress and psychological commitment had consecutive double mediation in the link between organizational incivility and job satisfaction. This study suggests a way to utilize job stress and psychological commitment when childcare teachers' organizational incivility has a negative effect on job satisfaction.

The current study was conducted to examine the dual mediating effect of dysfunctional belief and ambivalence over emotional expressiveness in the relationship between the parents' psychological control scale perceived by university students and interpersonal problems. For that purpose, 305 4-year university students in G Metropolitan City and J Province were surveyed to rate the parents' psychological control scale, dysfunctional belief, ambivalence over emotional expressiveness, and interpersonal problems. The data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and SPSS Macro. As a result, it was found that dysfunctional belief and ambivalence over emotional expressiveness had a mediating effect in the relationship between the parents' psychological control scale and interpersonal problems. Also, dysfunctional belief and ambivalence over emotional expressiveness had a dual mediating effect on the relationship between psychological control scale and interpersonal problems. As a result of testing the significance of the mediating effect through Bootstrapping, dysfunctional belief and ambivalence over emotional expressiveness had a significant dual mediating effect. The purpose of the current study was to establish a useful theoretical foundation for counseling strategies to efficiently help through counseling the university students who are having difficulties with interpersonal relations due to parental control.

This study is a descriptive survey research for identifing double mediating effect of ego-integrity and cultural competency and the moderated mediation effect of Wisdom on the relationship between basic pychological needs and successful aging. The participants were 211 elderly people aged at least 60 from June 2020 to March 2021. Data were collection by self-report questionnaire. Data was analyzed by Hayes' number 6 and 91 models using the SPSS/25.0 program and SPSS PROCESS MACRO. According to the study, the ego-integration and cultural competence were effected to double mediated in successful aging, and the ego-integration and cultural competence were effected to successful aging through moderated mediation by wisdom. Therefore, it is needed to develop welfare policy and strategy for the elderly to enhance ego-integration and cultural competence by effort to satisfy basic pychological needs and wisdom.

The purpose of the study is to examine the mediating effects of ambivalence over emotional expression and psychological flexibility on the relationship between employees' beliefs about emotional expression and attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help. The subjects of this study were 346 employees(male: 176, female:170) over the age of 19. Questionnaires including beliefs about emotional expression, ambivalence over emotional expression, psychological flexibility, attitude toward seeking professional psychological help were conducted and the collected data were analyzed by using SPSS and Macro. A summary of the results as follows. First, in the results of the correlation analysis on the primary factors had a significant correlation. Second, psychological flexibility had a mediating effect in the relationship between beliefs about emotional expression and attitude toward seeking psychological help while mediating effect of ambivalence over emotional expression was not significant. Lastly, the sequential mediating effect of ambivalence over emotional expression and psychological flexibility between beliefs about emotional expression and attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help was significant.

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of internalized shame and rejection sensitivity between parental psychological control, and displaced aggression in college students. For this purpose, 406 data samples were collected from the college students. SPSS was used for the analysis of descriptive statistics, reliability, correlation, AMOS for the evaluation of structural equation model and the mediating effect, and Mplus for the double mediating effect. Following is the summarization of the study. First, the displaced aggression has a positive relation with parental psychological control, internalized shame, and rejection sensitivity. Also, there were positive relations between internalized shame and parental psychological control, parental psychological control and rejection sensitivity, and internalized shame and rejection sensitivity. Second, internalized shame has a full mediation effect between parental psychological control and displaced aggression. Third, rejection sensitivity has not a mediation effect between parental psychological control and displaced aggression. Fourth, internalized shame and rejection sensitivity were identified as double mediation variables between parental psychological control and displaced aggression. This result inspires the college student's displaced aggression and can be useful in college student's counseling settings. Meanings, limitations and suggest for future research were discussed.

융의 분석심리학적 성격이론 페르소나는 사회의 인습과 전통의 요청과 그 자신의 내적 원형의 요구에 부응해서 채택한 가면이다. 이것은 사회가 그에게 부과되는 역할이며 사회가 인간에게 생활에서 담당하기를 기대하는 배역이다. 가면의 목적은 남에게 뚜렷한 인상을 주려는 것이며 그리고 반드시 그렇지는 않지만 이따금 사람의 본성을 감추기도 한다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 외부 환경에 의해 만들어지는 인간의 이중적인 가면을 토대로 영화 속 주인공의 삶과 그 속에서 요구되고 나타나는 내외적 성격과 심리를 연구 분석해 보고자 한다.

In order to examine the variables affecting gambling behavior and find intervention strategies, this study examined the effects of basic psychological needs satisfaction on the severity of gambling behavior and low-level gambling behavior through the general motivation level and mattering respectively. Self-reported data of 402 adults who have participated in gambling at least once in the last 3 months were analyzed, and dual-mediator model was conducted. Basic psychological needs satisfaction significantly contributed to gambling behavior severity through general motivation and mattering. Specifically, basic psychological needs satisfaction had a significant positive effect on mattering through general motivation. and mattering through this path had a significant negative effect on gambling behavior severity. On the other hand, basic psychological needs satisfaction had a significant negative effect on low-level gambling behavior, but the dual mediating effect of general motivation and mattering was not significant in this relationship. Based on these results, the theoretical implications on the effects of the general motivation and interpersonal presence on gambling behavior were proposed, study limitations and suggestions for future research were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of "emotional leadership" on innovative behavior and psychological depression through mediation of job engagement and self-efficacy. In order to accomplish this objective, hypotheses were set up and we distributed questionnaires to bankers and analyzed the final 294 copies. For the hypothesis test, the SPSS Process Macro was used for regression analysis and double mediation. As a result, emotional leadership positively affects self-efficacy, and self-efficacy positively affects job engagement and innovation behavior. Also, job engagement has a negative effect on psychological depression. As a result of verifying the dual mediation effect, both self-efficacy and job engagement showed a full mediating effect.

The present study aims to investigate the effects of bicultural characteristics and social capital on psychological adaptations such as depression and self-esteem. A survey was conducted on 295 foreign-born mothers and their 305 children, ranging from third to sixth grade in elementary school up to seventh to ninth grade in middle school, residing in South Korea's seven major cities, including the city of Seoul. The results of this research are the following: 1) With regards to factors that influence depression among children in a multicultural family, less support from a friend leads to a larger exposure to multicultural programs. Also, the lower the perceived income level of his or her family, greater is the state of the child's depression. 2) Significant factors that influence self-esteem for multicultural children are friends' support, level of mothers' Korean language proficiency, teachers' support, and numbers of multicultural programs. Two implications may be addressed from this study. One is the need to consider bicultural characteristics and social capital to enhance psychological adaptability for children raised in multicultural families. Another is to apply social support characteristics such as friends' and teachers' support to multicultural programs.
