초정밀 가공기를 위한 다극자석 선형 모터와 초정밀 스테이지 설계 (Design of a high Precision stage and a multi-segmented magnet way linear motor for high precision machine)

  • 본 논문은 초정밀 가공기에 적용 가능한 6자유도의 운동이 가능한 초정밀 스테이지의 설계를 기술한다. 본 초정밀 스테이지는 특히, 광학을 이용한 가공기와 절삭력이 작은 가공기에 적합하다. 스테이지는 장행정 · 단행정 스테이지로 구성된 이중 서보를 채택한다 장행정 스테이지는 초정밀 운동에 방해가 되는 운동을 줄이며 높은 효율을 갖는 다극 자석 배열을 이용한 선형모터를 사용한다. 그리고 단행정 스테이지는 장행정 스테이지와의 기계적 결합에 의한 구조적 영향성을 없애는 개념을 적용할 수 있는 보이스 코일 모터을 이용한다. 그리고 각 구동부는 최상의 성능을 유지할 수 있도록 최적설계를 수행한다.

개구형 근접장 헤드장치의 간극제어를 위한 이중 서보 제어 (Dual Servo Control for Aperture Type Near Field Storage Head)

  • This paper presents an active control of the aperture type near-field storage head. In order to achieve a fast and accurate control, a dual servo control algorithm is applied. Based on the big difference in time constants of two actuators, they are used independently. With the combination fine and coarse actuator, the disk is rotated up to 10 rpm speed until the gap is controlled within 100 nm. From the experimental results, the feasibility and the performance of active dual servo gap control is proved.

  • This paper presents active control of aperture type near-field storage head. In order to achieve fast and accurate control, dual servo control algorithm is applied. Based on the big difference in time constant, we seperate two actuator and control independently. With the combination of fine and coarse actuator, gap is controlled within 100nm until the disk rotates upto 10 rpm speed. From the experimental results, the feasibility and performance of active gap control is proved.

  • Nowadays, the improvement and development of Multi-media, information and communication technology are rapidly processed. And many products, for example, digital camera, digital camcorder, and PDA, are used for them. They need large data storage capacity and small size, light storage system. Due to that, many studies and researches in data storage system have been carried out. Especially, micro drive system was presented by IBM.(1) However, its system is expensive and uneasy to be portable. In ODD technologies, 1 inch drive system is not yet or in processing status.(2) If to be possible and to be come up, it is cheap than HDD system and easy to transfer information. In this paper, a miniaturized actuator(about linch) is designed and tested for ODD system. Specially, it is adapted for NFR(Near-field Recoding) system using SIL(Solid Immersion Lens). It is the dual-servo actuator which consists of a coarse actuator and fine actuator. Its actuating force generation method is VCM(Voice Ceil Motor). The fine actuator has 4-wire suspensions and bobbin wrapped by coil and includes focusing motion as well as tracking motion. The coarse actuator has an actuating coil and V-grooved guide mechanism. Also, the characteristics of the designed actuator is estimated by sine-swept mode and LDV(Laser Doppler Vibro-meter).

Decoupled Type의 초정밀 이중 서보의 제어에 관한 연구 (Control of Decoupled Type High Precision Dual-Servo)

  • Recently, with rapid development of semiconductor and flat panel display, the manufacturing equipments are required to have large travel range, high productivity, and high accuracy. In this paper, an ultra precision decoupled dual servo (DDS) system is proposed to meet these requirements. And a control scheme for the DDS is studied. The proposed DDS consists of a $XY{\Theta}$ fine stage for handling work-pieces precisely and a XY coarse stage for large travel range. The fine stage consists of four voice coil motors (VCM) and air bearing guides. The coarse stage consists of linear motors and air bearing guides. The DDS is mechanically decoupled between coarse stage and fine stage. Therefore, both stages must be controlled independently and the performance of the DDS is mainly determined by the fine stage. For high performance tracking, the controller of fine stage consists of time delay control (TDC) and perturbation observer while the controller of coarse stage is TDC alone. With these individual controllers, two kinds of dual-servo control strategies are suggested: master-slave type and parallel type. By simulations and experiments, the performances of two dual-servo control strategies are compared.

  • For a precise position control with the resolution of a micrometer, a dual servo system is constructed using a linear motor and a piezoelectric actuator. The switching mode dual servo algorithm is implemented on a DSP board in which A/D and D/A converters are also mounted. It is shown by the experimental results that the precise position control is performed within a few micrometer of position error by using the dual servo system.

  • 본 논문에서는 휴머노이드 로봇의 코바 기반 비주얼 서보잉 시스템에 대해 논하고자한다. 네트워크로 연결된 휴머노이드 로봇의 효율적인 제어를 위해서 비주얼 서보잉에 필요한 각 서비스를 분산객체로 정의하고, 이를 코바 미들웨어 상에서 구현한다. 필요한 서비스로는 각 서비스를 고유한 이름으로 탐색할 수 있는 네이밍 서비스, 스테레오 카메라로부터 획득되는 영상을 제공하는데 필요한 영상 서비스 그리고 목표물을 추적하면서 3차원 위치 정보를 추출하는 비주얼 서보잉 서비스 등이 있다. 실험에서는 실시간으로 목표물인 풍선을 추적하고 일정시간 정지해 있을 경우 풍선을 터뜨리는 결과를 보인다.
