본 논문에서는 DC-제거 가능한 (2, 15) 런-길이 제한(RLL) 코드와 이 코드를 이용한 고밀도 광 기록을 위한 고효율의 성능을 나타내는 코딩 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 8/16의 코드율을 갖는 가족의 EFMPlus 코드와 비교하여 k-구속 조건이 다른 런-길이 파라미터를 가지고 있으나 EFM 코드에 비해 최소 6%에서 최대 10% 이상 높은 정보 밀도를 갖고 있어 고밀도 광 기록 시스템에 적용이 가능하다. 모의 실험을 통해, 코드율이 8/16에서는 EFMPlus 코드와 거의 유사한 성능을 보임을 확인했다.

The objectives of this study are for finding an optimal calculation method comparing observed evapotranspiration with calculated evapotranspiration by Blaney-Criddle, Penman and Penman-Monteith method which are used in many place of Korea. And after appling optimal calculation method, optimal irrigation is presented through calculation of effective rainfall and requirement water considering characteristics of region, crop and soil.

This paper described a replica-delay adaptive lock-acquisition scheme for high-speed DLLs. The proposed scheme provides the fast and correct locking cycle that is variable according to the magnitude of the arbitrary replica delay (fixed delay). The scheme guarantees the wide operation range and the fast lock-aquisition time. It has been confirmed by HSPICE simulations in a 0.35${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ CMOS process.

This paper proposes a phase-locked loop (PLL) that achieves one-cycle lock acquisition by employing the lock-acquisition circuit (LAC). The LAC produces the initial analog voltage ( v$_{c}$ ) that corresponds to the input frequency. When the transfer curve of the LAC matches that of the voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO), one-cycle locking can be possible. By HSPICE simulations, the proposed LAC is proved to be applicable to any kinds of PLL [1][2][3].].

Genetic algorithm is a searching method which based on the law of the survival of the fittest. Multi-population Genetic Algorithm is a modified form of Genetic Algorithm, which was devised for covering the defect of general genetic algorithm. The core of multi-population genetic algorithm is said to be the migration schemes. The fitness-based migration scheme and the random migration scheme are currently used. In this paper, a new migration scheme, ‘the migration scheme between groups’, is suggested, and compared to the general two migration schemes.

본 연구에서는 범용 구조해석 프로그램인 NASTRAN을 이용하여 실위성용 복합소재 태양전지판 구조물의 유한요소 모델링을 통해 진동특성에 대한 해석을 수행하였으며, 진동 특성 측정용 치구를 제작하고, 측정센서의 질량이 미치는 영향을 해석적인 방법으로 분석하였으며, 진동특성 측정시험을 수행하였다. 최종적으로 해석결과를 시험결과와 비교하므로써 태양전지판 구조물의 진동특성 시험방법을 정립하고 모델링기법을 검증하였다.

전동기를 설계 시 자기등가회로법은 전동기의 세부 형상에 크게 구애를 받지 않기 때문에, 공간고조파법과 수치해석기법에 비해 유용하다. 이 논문에서는 Spoke type PMSM(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor)의 회전자 자기등가회로를 설계하였다. 회전자 자기등가회로를 통해, 마그네틱 토크 성분을 구성하는 공극자속밀도 수식을 이끌어 낼 수 있다. 이를 통해, Spoke type PMSM은 마그네틱 토크가 주 토크이기 때문에, 공극 자속밀도 및 형상치수비를 이용하여 전동기의 크기를 계산하였다.
