A pilot system for flexible automatic assembly has been built at ASRI in Seoul National University. The system is designed for being capable of assembling different variants and products. The system consists of three industrial robots, four free-flow conveyors, automatic tool changers, RCC and fixtures. This paper describes the concept and the technical solutions of the developed flexible assembly cell. Results of performance evaluation using colored petri net are also presented and discuss.

Plasma etching of photoresist needs high etch rate, good uniformity and rae, good uniformity and low damage in low cost. ICP asher is expected to satisfy these requriement for next eneration semiconductor devices. ICPsimulator has been used to design the ashing chamber to redcue the development time and cost, and its results have been verified by QMS, OES and langmuir probe measurments. Plasma characteristics are monitored in terms of RF power and chamber pressure.

Performance of AMLCD pixels depends on the electrical characteristics of thin film transistor switches. The high quality of LCD can be obtained by minimizing the process and device variations of TFT. The effect of process and device factors on poly-Si TFT characteristics are calculated by ATHENA and ATLAS, and the optimized design windows based on statistical design of experiment are suggested for high performance 20 inch LCD are suggested for high performance 20 inch LCD monitors.

The purpose of this study to find the mixture of concrete for Top-Down method. Throughout test of elapsed time change and L-type flow, it was proposed basic performance and level of top-down method concrete. When change as to elapsed time is considered, so series of F10 added 10% S.P satisfied slump and demanded flow (60$\pm$5cm), and L-type slump, L-type flow satisfied liquidity, it can be considered basic mixture of designed actual frame later.

Concrete with Self-healing Admixture provides waterproof protection by using a organic-inorganic chemical compound throughout the concrete. Using cement chemicals eliminate the need to use additional waterproofing, If crack is occurred, this system enhance self-healing ability to increase the structural safety. In this study, we investigate material properties to conclude mixture rate of concrete to apply a construction site.
