We have performed $^{63,65}$Cu nuclear quadrupole resonance (NQR) measurements on Zn and Ni doped YBa$_2Cu_3O_7$ (YBa$_2Cu_{3-x}M_xO_7$, M=Zn or Ni, x = 0.00 ${\sim}$ 0.09). Doping effects are markedly different in relaxation rates as well as in superconducting transition temperatures. Both the spin-lattice and the spin-spin relaxation rates decrease for Zn doped YBCO. However, those increase for Ni doped YBCO. This contrast in local electronic dynamics provides a clear microscopic evidence that Zn forms no local moment, while Ni develops a local moment. Consequently, the antiferromagnetic spin fluctuation is suppressed by Zn doping whereas it is preserved by Ni doping.

본 논문에서는 밀리미터파 포락선 검파기를 이용한 무선통신시스템을 제안하였다. 송신기는 쇼트키 다이오드 기반의 서브 하모닉 믹서를 이용하였으며, 수신기는 밀리미터파 포락선 검파기를 이용하였다. 송신기는 쇼트키 다이오드 서브 하모닉 믹서, 주파수 3배기, 혼안테나로 구성되며, 수신기는 혼안테나, 밀리미터파 포락선 검파기, 저역통과필터, 베이스 밴드 증폭기, 리미팅 증폭기로 구성된다. 1.485 Gbps, 300 GHz에서 아이 다이어그램 (eye-diagram) 측정 결과 에러 프리 (error-free)로 아주 좋은 성능을 보였다. 헤테로다인 수신기에 비해 통신 거리는 줄었으나, 소형 경량화 제작이 가능하다.

청소년들의 인터넷 사용률이 높아지면서 정보윤리에 관한 문제들이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 한국의 중 고등학생들을 대상으로 한 정보윤리판단력 측정도구 개발에 앞서 이에 적합한 딜레마를 개발하는 것에 있다. 이를 위해 문헌 연구를 기반으로 Mason이 제시한 PAPA의 네 가지 이슈와 함께 우리나라에서 청소년 문제로 대두되고 있는 이슈를 추가적으로 선정하였다. 이후 연구진 협의회를 거쳐 각 이슈에 적합한 딜레마를 개발하였다. 개발된 딜레마는 30명의 중 고등학생을 대상으로 한 파일럿 테스트 후 전문가 검토를 거쳐 내용타당도를 검증받았다. 그 결과 청소년의 정보윤리판단력 수준을 측정할 수 있는 12가지의 딜레마가 완성되었다.

본 논문에서는 PC나 라우터, 서버 장비 등 모든 정보자윈 시스템을 통합 관리하기 위한 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 PC 및 라우터의 회선에 대한 성능 분석 항목을 정의하고 분석하며, 서버 장비에 대한 자산 관리를 수행한다. 관리자는 분석된 데이터를 바탕으로 현재 시스템이나 회선에 대한 상태를 파악하기 위한 자료로 활용할 수 있다. 시스템의 구조는 차후 관리 도메인의 증설이 쉽고, 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 3계층으로 구분하여 관리하고자 한다.

Three norisoprenoids (2, 4 and 5) were isolated from the aerial parts of Cirsium rhinoceros (Compositae) together with three flavonoids, pectolinarigenin (1), apigenin (3) and cirsimaritin (6). The structures of norisoprenoids were identified as dehydrovomifoliol (2), (+)-loliolide (4) and (-)-epiloliolide (5) on the basis of physico-chemical and spectral evidences. These norisoprenoids were first repoted from Cirsium species.

The safety step has been developed to ensure the passengers' safety including the disabled and the weak by eliminating gap between vehicle and platform. The type of safety step is divided according to the position that the safety step is installed. The type of safety step attached platform is the rubber type that is previously attached to a platform. The installed rubber can reduces the gap between vehicle and platform by a fixed distance. If the safety step is installed on the vehicle, it is possible to respond to the various platform typed such as straight or curved form. It is also flexible to the height of riding depends on number of passenger and platform conditions and does not require crew's additional operation. We have been developed vehicle attached safety step for advanced electric multiple unit. We hope to increase the use of safety step for the disabled and the weak to expand the convenience use of railway transportation system.

관통전극(TSV, Trough Silicon Via) 기술은 전자부품의 소형화, 고성능화, 생산성 향상을 이룰 수 있는 기술이다. Cu는 현재 배선 기술에 적용되고 있고 전기적 저항이 낮아서 TSV filling 재료로 사용된다. 하지만 확산 방지막에 의해 완벽히 감싸지지 않는다면, Cu+은 빠르게 절연막을 통과하여 Si 웨이퍼로 확산된다. 이런 현상은 절연막의 누설과 소자의 오동작 등의 신뢰성 문제를 일으킬 수 있다. 현재 TSV의 제조와 열 및 기계적 응력에 관한 연구는 활발히 진행되고 있으나 Biased-Thermal Stress(BTS) 조건하의 Cu 확산에 관한 연구는 활발하지 않는 것이 실정이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 TSV용 Cu 확산 방지막 Ti에 대해 Cu+의 drift 억제 특성을 조사하였다. 실험을 위해 Cu/확산 방지막/Thermal oxide/n-type Si의 평판 구조를 제작하였고 확산 방지막의 두께에 따른 영향을 조사하기 위해 Ti의 두께를 10 nm에서 100 nm까지 변화하였으며 기존 Cu 배선 공정에서 사용되는 확산 방지막 Ta와 비교하였다. 그리고 Cu+의 drift 측정을 위해 Biased-Thermal Stress 조건(Thermal stress: $275^{\circ}C$, Bias stress: +2MV/cm)에서 Capacitance 및 Timedependent dielectric breakdown(TDDB)를 측정하였다. 그 결과 Time-To Failure(TTF)를 이용하여 Cu+의 drift를 측정할 수 있었으며, 확산 방지막의 두께가 증가할수록 TTF가 증가하였고 물질에 따라 TTF가 변화하였다. 따라서 평판 구조를 이용한 본 실험의 Cu+의 drift 측정 방법은 향후 TSV 구조에서도 적용 가능한 방법으로 생각된다.

Recycled cenosphere, which is a hollow shaped particle from fly ash, has become attractive as a building material due to its light weight and excellent heat insulation and soundproof properties. In this paper, we investigated the effect of cenosphere size on the physical and optical properties. High brightness of cenosphere as raw material is required for a wide range of ceramics applications, particularly in fields of building materials and industrial ceramic tiles. Cenospheres were sorted by particle size; the microstructure was analyzed according to the cenosphere size distribution. Cenospheres were generally composed of quartz, mullite, and amorphous phase. Colour measurement corresponding to chemical composition revealed that the contents of iron oxide and carbon in the cenospheres were the major factors determining the brightness of the cenospheres.

A new oxygenated monoterpene (4) was isolated from the methanol extract of the aerial part of Erechtites hieracifolia together with six known components, a dimethylheptane (1), three ionone derivatives (2, 3 and 7) and two phenylpropanoids (5 and 6). Their structures were identified by means of physico-chemical and spectral data to be (2E, 5E)-6-hydroxy-2,6-dimethylhepta-2,4-dienal (1), 3(R)-hydroxy-5,6-epoxy-$\beta$-ionone (2), 3(R)-hydroxy-5,6-epoxy-7-ionol (3), (3E, 6E)-3,7-dimethylocta-3,5-dien-1,2,7-triol(4), 2-hydroxy-4-(2-propenyl)phenyl-$\beta$-D-glucopyranoside (5), 2-methoxy-4-(2-propenyl)phenyl -$\beta$-D-glucopyra-noside (6) and (6R, 9R)-3-oxo-$\beta$-ionol-$\alpha$-D -glucopyranoside (7).

국내 외 정보(컴퓨터 과학) 교육과정에서 프로그래밍 교육이 강조되고 있으며, 초보자가 프로그래밍을 경험할 기회가 많아졌다. 초보자의 프로그래밍 학습에서 프로그래밍 에러는 학습을 어렵게 하는 중요한 원인이지만, 적절한 피드백을 제공한다면 학습에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 프로그래밍 에러에 따른 피드백을 통해 초보자의 프로그래밍 학습을 지원하는 시스템을 설계하였다. 교육용프로그래밍언어 두리틀을 대상으로 구현한 본 시스템은 하이라이트, 안내메시지, 객체트리, 단계실행 기능을 제공한다.
