The plan consisting of 3 lessons has been developed and implemented according to the ADDIE model. Various activity materials (7 student's activity sheets, 3 reading texts, 1 homework sheet, 3 sets of ppt, 6 videos, and 3 teacher's reading texts) as well as questionnaire were developed for the 3-session lessons. The plans were implemented by the researcher to 204 freshmen, 8 classes, of C middle school in Seoul during september, 2017. The result, of students' lower level of actual participation in interacting with neighbors comparing to their interests in, supported the need of this study. Students were satisfied with the whole 3-lessons in the aspects such as beneficial usage of the contents in their daily life and in building the sense of community, as well as adequacy of materials and activities. Students also reported that they would highly aware to the importance of interacting with neighbors and to practice the contents learned from the lessons in daily life at community. They had an opportunity to reflect one's own attitude to neighbors and recommended to teach it to other schools, too. It can be concluded that the teaching·learning process plan for 'interacting with neighbors' would raise students' housing values living together and attain the overall objective and achievement standards of 2015 home economics middle school curriculum.

Under the background of globalization, the borderless nature of film and television language makes the exchange of film as the carrier become an important part of cultural exchanges in various countries. Therefore, film co-production between China and the United States, China and Japan, China and South Korea and other countries has become an important part of the current Chinese film industry. Among them, China and South Korea are close neighbors, and the exchanges between the two countries' films are also increasing. Korean movies have recovered since the 1990s, and they prospered at the beginning of the 21st century, and have formed a unique influence in the international community, especially in crime, suspense, love and other types of films. The co-production of Chinese and Korean films began to appear in 2000, and the signing of the "China-Korea Co-production Film Agreement" in 2014 prompted the rapid convergence of Chinese and Korean film co-productions. However, the co-productions of China and South Korea did not achieve good expectations in terms of communication effects and market evaluation. This article will use the "cultural discount" theory in cross-cultural communication to analyze the reasons for the cultural discounts produced by Chinese and Korean co-productions and how to avoid this phenomenon to the maximum extent.
Townhouse have been developed as alternative housing types for combining the characteristics of detached houses and high-rise apartments, Much research on townhouse have investigated physical environments of townhouse and provide a number of planning factors to be considered. However, these factors do not reflect the residents' experiences of the environments sufficiently. The aim of this research is to investigate residents' satisfactions in townhouse as an exploratory study which can be a basis for the improvement of residential environments in townhouse. First of all, we selected a target townhouse and conducted a field study to examine the existing state of the townhouse. Then a customized questionnaire was developed and distributed to residents in the townhouse for investigating their satisfactions on the residential environment. The questions included are divided into four categories; site environment, unit space, community area and housing management. Through the statistic analyses of the residents' responses, the residents' satisfactions of the residential environment were identified. Especially the residents' satisfaction on the community area, which revitalizes neighborhood relationships, is very high. They were also satisfied with the conditions of the sub-categories, 'a distinctive exterior' 'a private planning', 'outdoors' and 'landscapes', in townhouse. In conclusion, we suggested considerations for the improvement of the residential environments and the quality of life in townhouse.
There is ample research on the Korea-China-Japan trilateral relationship in various directions that includes geopolitical aspects. There still exist escalated tensions in politics and diplomacy despite the remarkable growth in the economic and cultural exchanges between these countries. This study presents a way of representing national identity based on survey results via principal component analysis, and investigates if these national identities can be related to conflict and cooperation among the three countries. The results show that the attachment to the nation does not affect the conflicts between the countries and that a more friendly awareness of other countries tends to give a positive effect to cooperation between countries.

This study conducted an analysis of the current use of and satisfaction with 40 village-unit core facilities that were created through a village-building project in Busan targeting users and non-users of the facilities. The study then examined ideas to promote the availability of the facilities. The results showed that for the users, they had been using the facilities for gathering and information-sharing, and the facilities were improving the interactions among the locals. In terms of non-users, the study confirmed that any relevant fields should develop diverse programs, start promotions in various ways and establish networks among neighbors to increase the non-users' use of the facilities In addition, the study found that the village-unit core facilities are working to encourage interactions among residents and that the locals' voluntary participation in operation of the facilities are needed. The study also suggested that networks across the local communities and diverse programs should be formed and developed.
This study aims to analyze the satisfaction of seniors living in Cheonan City downtown as to their residential environment. Also, this study intends to identify which factors should be improved first to make downtown a favorable residential area. To that end, 'social indicators of Chungnam' was used. The collected data was analyzed through a statistical analysis method using ANOVA (analysis of variance) and a cluster analysis. It led to the following findings. First, 6.9% of the elderly residents expressed their wish to move from their downtown residence. Thus, the majority of the residents do not want to move. Second, the satisfaction of the elderly residents in their downtown residence scored 6.09. The score is higher than those of other regions. Thus, it is highly possible to develop downtown into a senior-friendly area. Third, as for satisfaction in downtown residence, it was higher among the following groups: men; those with high school or higher level of education; those earning at least a million won a month; family of one generation. Fourth, satisfaction in the following factors was relatively low: culture and education; interaction with neighbors and trust in them; car accidents. Thus, those factors should be improved for downtown residents. Above all, community-faced facilities should be expanded to increase exchanges with neighbors and trust in them. To attract women dissatisfied with downtown residence. it is imperative to increase daily safety by reducing car accidents and crime.

Citizens' needs for urban green spaces are on the rise due to improved quality of life and increased interest in environments. The garden is noteworthy because it is small in size, making it less controversial to create in the city, and it is adjacent to the residential area, improving citizens' daily environment. Moreover, recently gardens is attracting attention as a tool for urban regeneration, such as being created in declining areas as part of a government project. Therefore, it is time to study the role and value of urban gardens in deteriorated areas in terms of space welfare. However, there are few studies that quantitatively evaluate the effects of gardens, and many prior studies are limited to focusing the green space larger than a certain size (e.g., parks and forests). Therefore, the aim of this study is to examine the effect of garden and gardening quantitatively, paying attention to social aspects such as life satisfaction and community of inhabitants. The study was conducted in an old row housing complex in Gojan1-dong, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do. In there, some of the dwellers voluntarily created outdoor gardens and engaged in gardening for a long time. In addition, after the 2017 Gyeonggi-do Garden Fair, several gardens have been maintained and used by residents there. For the first step, the field trip was done to research the status of the garden in the area, and then, a survey was conducted on whether or not gardening has an impact on the life satisfaction and community of residents. The results were analyzed by t-test and ANOVA. As a result, residents who are engaged in gardening are more active in the "neighborhood exchange" and "resident participation" than those who are not engaged in gardening. In addition, if residents voluntarily create a garden, the level of "satisfaction of life" is higher than those staying in the garden which is constructed by the government. And a resident who is gardening in the complex shows higher life satisfaction than those who garden outside of the complex. These results confirmed that the garden has positive effects promoting "exchanges with neighbors", "participation in the community", and "life satisfaction" of residents. It shows that it is important to ensure the right of residents to participate in the garden-making process as much as possible, and the garden's location should be paid attention to maximize the positive effect of gardens.

We can see that from the fact that game, which has only been considered as a leisure activity or commercial means, is being actively research for its methodological, social role and function. Among digital game's several meanings, one of the most noticeable ones is the research on its critical, social participating function. According to Jame Paul gee, the most important merit of game is 'projected identity'. This means that experiences from various perspectives is possible.[1] In his recent autobiography , he described gamer as an active problem solver. In addition, Gonzalo Francesca also suggested an alternative game developing method through 'game that conveys critical messages by strengthening critical reasons'. [2] They all provided evidences showing game can be a strong academic tool. Not only does a genre called social game exist in the field of media and Social Network Game, but there are also some efforts to positively evaluate its value Through these kinds of researches, we can study how game can give positive influence along with the change in its general perception, which would eventually lead to spreading healthy game culture and enabling fresh life experience. This would better bring out the educative side of the game and become a social communicative tool. The object of this game is to provide a possibility that the social aspect can be strengthened within the game environment and analyze whether it actually influences the problem solving of real life problems.
