A Study on the Use Attributes of Watching Game: Focusing on the Relationship between Adolescent's Motivation, Satisfaction and Intention to Use (보는 게임의 이용 속성에 관한 연구: 청소년의 이용동기와 만족, 게임 이용의도와의 영향 관계를 중심으로)

  • This study explored the motivation for adolescents to watching games and analyzed the relationship between motivation, satisfaction, and intention to use. The study surveyed 274 middle and high school students, and the results of the analysis are as follows. First, five motivations for adolescents to watching games were extracted: 'Acquire Information', 'Social Relations/Multitasking', 'Gamer/Creator Preference', 'Escape/Habit', and 'Vicarious Satisfaction/Fun'. Second, 'Vicarious Satisfaction/Fun' motivation influenced the satisfaction and the intention to use of game. Lastly, Groups based on usage showed differences in motivation. The findings could be used as data to explore the factors of adolescents's game motivation and viewed the game markets.

  • Whereas traditional user interface are well accepted modes of information exchange, the new digital conversion type's of information media is relatively complex and provides new means of transaction with user interface. User interface can be decomposed into two component: the physical structure through which information media is controlled, and the presentation of the content. This research explores the two user interface element have different effect on the adoption of information media and, as such, can influence perceived usefulness, perceived easy of use, and intention of use. The hypotheses have been tested with the survey of 148 end-users examines two interface characteristics factors such as efficiency, error, design, entertainment, accuracy, and vividness, and so on. The research summarized in this paper decomposes the influence of interface elements of physical structure interface and content presentation interface to gain a better understanding of how interface stimulates user's perceived usefulness to adopt the information media.

Exploring the Perceived Value of Generative AI and the Determinants of Continuous Use Intention (생성형 인공지능(Generative AI)에 대한 지각된 가치와 지속이용의도 결정요인 탐색)

  • By inputting consumer satisfaction as an exogenous variable into the value-based adoption model, this study explored the factors that influence the user's intention to continue using image-centered generative AI. Briefly presenting the main results, first, enjoyment did not significantly affect perceived value, but usefulness had a positive effect on perceived value. Second, Fee and technicality had a negative effect on perceived value. Third, perceived value had a positive effect on consumer satisfaction and continuous use intention. Fourth, consumer satisfaction had a positive effect on continuous use intention. Based on the above results, it is important to recognize the usefulness of image-centered generated AI and enjoyment in the process of use in order to increase the user's intention to continue using image-centered generated AI, and at the same time, it will be important to increase the user's perceived value and satisfaction by minimizing the reasonable fee and complexity in the method of use at the level acceptable to the users.

Effects of Service Convenience on Customer Satisfaction and Reuse Intention by Korail Talk App Users among Korail Passengers (코레일 앱 이용자의 서비스편의성이 코레일 앱 고객만족과 재이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service convenience on customer satisfaction and reuse intention by 200 passengers using a Korail talk app. The result of the analysis showed that service convenience was positively correlated with satisfaction in Korail customers using the Korail talk app. Also, customer satisfaction with service convenience had a positive effect on reuse intention in these users. However, service convenience was not significantly correlated with customer's reuse intention. The results of this study suggest that it is important for Korail to offer improved service convenience for Korail talk app users consistently in order to improve customer satisfaction and reuse intention by Korail passengers.

  • The purpose of this study was conducted to explain the intention of use of IoT (internet of things) healthcare service for elderly using TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). The exogenous variables were professional support, personalization, interaction, and convenience, The endogenous variables were usefulness and intention. Data were collected from 220 elderly residents aged 65 over in welfare center and were analyzed using structural equation modeling using AMOS 25.0. The result of this study showed that professional support and personalization did not significantly difference perceived usefulness, and there were significant differences interaction, and convenience. Futhermore, perceived usefulness influence intention of use of IoT healthcare service for elderly. IoT health care service for elderly is affected by perceived usefulness. This study systematically verified the elderly's intention of using IoT-based smart healthcare services. The result of this study would be able to be used as basic data for preparing strategies to enhance their intention to use the services.

A Study on the Effect of e-CRM on the Reuse Intention of e-Learning Service (이러닝 서비스의 e-CRM이 재이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study attempts to verify the effect of e-CRM on reuse intetnion of e-learning and to determine whether the presense mediates the relationship between e-CRM and reuse intetnion of e-learning through empirical analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, The effect of e-CRM(e-marketing, e-service, e-communication) on the intention of reuse for e-learning services was significant. Second, it was found that the effect of e-CRM(e-marketing, e-service) on reuse intention of e-learning was significantly mediated by the teaching presence. Third, it was found that the effect of e-CRM(e-marketing, e-service, e-communication) on reuse intention of e-learning was significantly mediated by the cognitive presence. Finally, it was found that the effect of e-CRM(e-marketing) on reuse intention of e-learning was significantly mediated by the social presence.

  • u-Healthcare integration between ICT and healthcare service is able to utilize effectively for people's healthcare anywhere and any time. The purpose of this study is to explore the perception and influence factors on intention to use u-Healthcare service of physicians and staffs working for medical institutions. Ninety eight(98) valid cases have been collected for this study. It is also analysed by SPSS 18.0 and SmartPLS 2.0M3. Empirical findings provide important insights as follows: firstly, performance expectation, effort expectation and social influence positively influence intention to use u-Healthcare service; secondly, perceived risk negatively influences usage intention, and finally, performance expectation, effort expectation and perceived risk are moderated by voluntariness.

  • 경영관리의 초점이 생산중심에서 마케팅중심 그리고 서비스중심으로 급격히 변화하면서 서비스 경쟁이 중요한 생존무기가 되고 있다. 차별화의 수단으로 서비스의 중요성이 강조되면서 여러 가지 서비스 속성 중에서 서비스 품질에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 서비스 품질을 구성하는 차원을 밝히려는 연구는 많았던데 비해 서비스 품질이 소비자의 태도와 재이용 의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 관한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 지각된 서비스 품질을 구성하는 여러 차원들이 소비자의 태도에 어떠한 영향을 주며, 태도는 소비자의 재이용 의도에 어떠한 영향을 주는가를 알아보았다. 자료는 소매점 이용자를 대상으로 수집되었으며 소매점 서비스에 관한 인과관계 모형을 통하여 분석되었다. 연구 결과 기능적 품질에 속하는 신뢰성 차원과 기술적 품질에 속하는 유형설비 차원이 소비자의 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기술적 품질로 볼 수 있는 가격(비용) 차원은 예상대로 부정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 기능적 품질에 속하는 감정배려는 통계적으로 유의적인 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 서비스 품질을 통해 형성된 소비자 태도는 소매점 재이용 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 추가적으로 소매점을 특성에 따라 몇 개의 범주로 분류하고 인과관계 모형의 영향 관계가 어떻게 달라지는가를 분석하였다. 분석결과 대형 할인소매점, 백화점, 주거지역 인근의 소매점들에서 상당한 차이를 발견하였다. 즉, 태도와 재이용 의도 사이의 긍정적인 영향관계는 소매점 유형에 관계없이 나타났으나 태도에 영향을 주는 서비스 품질 차원은 매우 다르게 나타났다. 이는 차별화 지표로 서비스 품질을 사용할 경우에 서비스 관리자들이 어떠한 전략을 선택해야 하는가에 관하여 시사하는 바가 크다. 아울러 동일범주의 서비스 산업이더라도, 서비스의 특성에 따라 서비스 품질을 구성하는 중요한 차원을 규명하기 위한 추가 연구의 필요성을 제기한다.

Exploring the Relationship between the Level of News Usage on Influenza A(H1N1) and Media Users' Behavioral Intention toward Personal and Public Health Protection: Focusing on Protection Motivation Theory (신종플루 뉴스 이용 정도가 개인 및 공중에 대한 건강보호 행위의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 보호동기이론을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this research examined the relationship between the level of news usage on Influenza A(H1N1) and media users' behavioral intention toward health protection. Specifically, the study investigated causal relationships among exposure of media information on Influenza A(H1N1) as an independent variable, psychological protection motivation factors such as perceived severity, vulnerability, response efficacy, & self-efficacy as mediated variables and behavioral intention on personal and public health protection as dependent variables using structure equation model analysis. Self-reported questionnaires were administrated to 460 college students. The result indicated the followings. First, the level of news usage on Influenza A(H1N1) was not statistically significant on influencing behavioral intention toward personal and public health protection. Second, perceived severity, vulnerability, and self-efficacy were significant variables on behavioral intention toward personal health protection whereas perceived vulnerability and response efficacy were significant on public health protection. The function among factors in protection motivation theory is dependent upon whom protected from illness.

정보.시스템.서비스 품질이 정부 포탈사이트 이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 정부 포탈 사이트는 국민들의 참여와 이용을 장려하여 정부와 국민간의 활발한 커뮤니케이션 창구로 이용하려는 전자정부의 의지를 반영하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 어떠한 요인들이 정부 포탈사이트 사용의도에 영향을 미치는지를 검증하여 그 목적을 가지고 있다. 이를 위해서 정보기술 수용에 관련된 연구들 중 널리 알려진 Davis(1989)의 TAM 모형과 DcLone & McLean(l992)의 정보시스템 성과측정 모형을 사용하여 연구모형을 도출하였으며, 지각된 모호성과 정부지원을 조절변수로 사용하여 지각된 유용성에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다.
