본 연구는 모바일 게임의 이용의도에 관한 연구로서 기존연구들을 바탕으로 한국과 중국 양국간의 차이를 비교하고자 한다. 기존의 연구에서 제시한 게임의 이용의도인 탈출, 사회적 상호작용, 경쟁/도전감, 환상감, 시간 보내기에 모바일기기의 이용의도인 정황성, 과시욕을 추가하여, 중국의 모바일 게임 이용자들의 이용의도를 조사하고 한국의 모바일 게임 이용의도와 비교하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해서 중국과 한국 게이머의 이용의도에 있어서 공통점과 차이점이 무엇인지를 파악하고, 양국의 사회문화적 특성이 이용의도의 차이에 미치는 영향에 대해 설명하고자 한다. 현재 소수의 한국 게임기업들이 중국에 진출하고 있고 중국의 문화와 시장을 충분히 파악하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 한국기업이 중국 모바일 게임 시장에 진출하는데 도움이 되는 시사점을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 여겨진다.

최근 급격히 증가하는 노인들과 정신적 휴식이 필요한 도시인들의 신체적·정신적 건강과 안녕감을 유지하기 위한 방법으로써 치유농업에 관한 다양한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 치유농업 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 변인고찰을 위하여 노후준비도, 치유농업 공급조건, 치유농업 제공서비스를 독립변수로 정하여 연구하였다. 본 연구를 위해서 서울, 경기 일부지역의 30세 이상 성인 남녀를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 최종 356부를 분석대상으로 확정하였다. 연구가설의 검증은 선형회기분석을 통하여 검증하였고, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노후준비도의 신체적 준비와 정서적 준비, 그리고 경제적 준비는 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 치유농업 공급조건의 자연경관,, 접근성, 안전성은 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 그러나 경제성과 전문성은 기각되었다. 셋째, 치유농업 제공서비스의 농작물 재배, 동물매개, 치유시설은 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 연구를 통해 치유농업 이용의도를 높이기 위해서는 소비자의 노후준비가 잘되어 있어야 하며, 치유농업 공급조건에서는 접근성과 안전성이, 치유농업 제공서비스에서는 치유시설이 잘 갖춰져야 치유농업을 이용하려는 소비자의 이용의도를 높일 수 있다는 결론을 도출하였다.

The purpose of this study is to search shot clip' using variables influencing on the VOD purchase intention and watching intention of real-time broadcasting. This research focused on usage motivation, usage experience such as use time, time of utilization, genre, utilization pattern. Controlling demographic factors, results show that personal relation, benefit against whole broadcast, education genre, watching video, video sharing and recommendation were statistically influential to VOD purchase intention. And, results show that flexibility of use, drama/movie genre, read and write comments were statistically influential to watching intention of real-time broadcasting.

최근 인간-컴퓨터 상호작용 분야에 있어서 사용자와의 원활한 협력을 위해 각종 센서 정보로부터 사용자 의도를 인식하고 행동을 예측하여 대응하는 의도대응 인터페이스에 대한 연구가 주목 받고 있다. 이는 사람들 사이에서는 자연스러운 일이며, 인간의 의도대응 과정을 모방하여 공학적으로 구현하는 연구가 활발히 진행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 보다 효과적으로 사용자의 의도에 대응하기 위해서 거울 뉴런과 마음의 이론을 기반으로 하는 사람의 의도대응 과정을 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 인터페이스에 적용 가능한 의도대응 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 센서로부터 즉각적으로 인식하여 대응 가능한 기본의도와 추가적인 지식을 통해 추론 가능하며 기본의도의 조합으로 이루어진 복합의도에 대해 계층적으로 대응하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 행동네트워크를 이용하여 기본의도에 대해 즉각적으로 대응을 생성하며, 복합의도에 대하여 계획 기반 방법을 통해 대응 시퀀스를 생성하고 대응을 수행한다. 제안하는 방법은 일정 관리와 집안 관리 서비스를 제공하는 인공비서 시스템에 적용되었으며, 다양한 의도와 상황에 대한 생성 대응을 분석함으로써 사용자의 의도와 관측된 행동을 반영하여 적합한 대응을 생성함을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of users' perception of convergence media which were appeared with technological development upon the actual intention of use. Study findings show that when the perceived usefulness of convergence media was high, use intention was high as well. In addition, when the perceived ease of use was high, use intention was high as well. Use intention had significance influence upon the extent of actual use. This finding implies the fact that when use intention is higher, convergence media are more frequently used in reality. On the other hand, when innovation resistance is higher, the perceived ease of use, use intention and media intimacy are lower. In the end, due to innovation resistance, the use intention of media becomes lower and the use of convergence media is delayed.

치유농업은 현재 많은 관심이 대두되고 있으나, 학술적인 연구는 아직 부족한 실정으로 공급조건이나 제공프로그램에 대한 파악과 소비자의 성향에 대한 연구가 종합적으로 고려되고 있지 못하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 치유농업 소비자의 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 공급조건과 제공프로그램을 파악하고자 하였으며, 특히 소비자의 라이프스타일이 어떤 역할을 하고 있는지를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 서울시와 경기도 및 전라남북도에 거주하고 있는 일반 직장인을 대상으로 한 설문조사 데이터를 기반으로 통계적인 분석을 실시하였고, 분석결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 치유농업 공급조건이 소비자의 이용의도에 미치는 영향은 공급조건의 하위요인 중 일부가 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 부분적으로 지지되었다. 둘째, 치유농업 제공프로그램이 소비자의 이용의도에 미치는 영향은 모든 제공프로그램의 하위요인들이 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 치유농업 공급조건이 소비자의 이용의도에 미치는 영향관계에서 소비자의 라이프스타일의 모든 하위요인은 이 관계를 유의하게 조절하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 치유농업 제공프로그램이 소비자의 이용의도에 미치는 영향관계에서 소비자의 라이프스타일 하위요인 중 건강추구는 치유농업 제공프로그램의 자연활동과 이용의도 간의 관계를 유의하게 조절하는 것으로 나타났다.

This study analyzed the effect of perceived service quality for the local content production policy on the service user satisfaction, reuse intention, and the recommendation intention. First, reliability, responsiveness, and adequacy were identified as the service quality evaluation criteria of the local content production policy. Second, all of the quality evaluation criteria had a positive effect on the service user satisfaction. Third, responsiveness had a positive effect on reuse intention, and responsiveness and reliability had a positive effect on recommendation intention. Fourth, the service user satisfaction had a positive effect on the reuse intention and recommendation intention. Therefore, this study has the significance of presenting a theoretical model for the service quality evaluation of the local content production policy, and suggesting perspective for the improvement of the policy.

The sharing economy, which maximizes the value of resources by sharing, is appearing in various sectors today and is gradually expanding with the development of ICT. This study identified factors affecting the intention to use the services of the sharing economy with a focus on the sharing accommodation platform services. As the intention to use the sharing economy service is divided into the intention to use as a taker(guest) and a provider(host), those influencing factors were analyzed respectively. Results showed that collaborative norm, economic benefit and honorary compensation affected the intention to use as a guest. Openness to experience, economic benefit, and honorary compensation increased the intention to use as a host. Economic benefit made a greater impact on the intention to use as a guest, while honorary compensation enhanced the intention to use as a host.

This study is to investigate extensively the complaint responses of the academic library users, with a special regard to those in Daegu Metropolitan City and in Kyungpook Province. It selects and analyzes empirically some of the antecedents of the complaining intentions including perceived severity of dissatisfaction perception of free use, attitude toward complaining, cost of the complaining, likelihood of success, product/service importance, external attributions and loyalty; and complaint intentions including exit intention, voice(redress seeking) intention, negative word-of-mouth intention and third party complaints intention of the academic library users, based on the theoretical backgrounds. Final data through questionnaires are obtained from 582 unsatisfied academic library users in 5 universities in those areas, 542 of them analysed with SPSS 11.0 for Windows.

사람들이 어떠한 행동을 할 때는 특정 의도를 가지고 있기 때문에 상황에 맞는 적합한 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 사용자가 현재 하고 있는 행동에 대한 의도를 파악해야한다. 이를 위해 의도와 행동사이의 연관성을 이용하여 사용자의 의도에 따른 행동의 모델을 만든다. 일상생활에서 사람들이 하는 행동은 작은 단위 행동들의 연속(sequence)으로 이루어지므로, 사용자의 단위행동의 순서를 분석한다면 의도에 따른 행동 모델을 만들기가 용이해진다. 하지만, 이런 단위 행동 분석 방법의 문제점은 같은 의도를 가진 행동이 완벽하게 동일한 단위 행동의 순서로 일어나지는 않는다는 점이다. 시스템은 동일한 동작 순서로 일어나지 않는 행동들을 서로 다른 의도를 가진 행동으로 이해하게 된다. 따라서 이 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 사용자 의도 파악 기법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 과거의 사용자의 행동 정보를 기반으로 행동들의 유사성을 판별하였고, 그 결과를 이용하여 행동의 의도를 파악하는 방법을 사용한다. 이를 위해, 과거 사용자가 한 행동들을 단위 시간 별로 나누어 단위 행동의 순서로 만들고, 이를 K-평균 군집화 방법(K-means)으로 군집들의 순서로 나타내었다. 이 변경된 사용자 행동 정보를 사용하여 은닉 마코프 모델을 학습 시키고, 이렇게 만들어진 은닉 마코프 모델은 현재 사용자가 행한 행동이 어떤 행동인지를 예측하여 사용자의 의도를 파악한다.
