Statistical database(SDB) are large database primarily collected for purpose of statistical analysis. Commerical database management systems have not been widely used for SDB because of the efficiency problem of storage and access of those systems for SDB. In this paper, we propose SDB management method to use a front-end system to a Relatianal Datebase Management System (RDBMS). We do the design of SM-F system (Stasticical database Management as Front-end system) as a front-end system to a RDBMS. In the system, we use GROS model specially proposed for SDB, and store and manage summary database and meta database to support statistical analysis and to provide users with statistical summary information.

본 논문에서는 규칙 정보와 통계 정보의 상호 보완적 특성을 이용한 혼합형 방법을 기반으로 규칙 정보와 통계 정보의 추출 및 적용 시에 어절간 문맥 정보를 보다 효율적으로 이용하는 혼합형 품사 태깅 시스템을 제안한다. 먼저 규칙이 적용되는 중의성들에 대해서 높은 정확률로 태깅을 수행한 후, 규칙으로 해결할 수 없는 중의성들에 대해서는 통계 정보를 이용하여 태깅을 수행한다. 규칙 정보는 중의성을 갖는 어절과 주변 어절들의 형태소 및 태그를 이용하여 정의하고 통계 정보는 문맥에 영향을 많이 미치고 많은 중의성의 원인이 되는 조사와 어미의 형태를 그대로 활용하여 추출함으로써 어절간 문맥을 보다 효율적으로 이용한다.

컴퓨터의 발전에 따른 MCMC를 비동질적 포아송 과정에 이용하였다. 베이지안 추론에서 조건부 분포를 가지고 사후분포를 결정하는데 있어서의 계산 문제를 고려하였다. 특히 분포가 이중지수, 곰페르츠, 랄리, 감마, 그리고 검벨인 일반 순서통계량 모형에 대하여 깁스 샘플링과 메트로폴리스 알고리즘을 활용한 베이지안 계산과 모형선택을 제시하였다.

Warner(1965)의 확률화 응답 모형을 두 번 연속사용하여 응답자들이 일관성 있는 응답을 했다는 가설을 검정하는 검정통계량을 제안했다. 이것은 양측과 단측 대립가설 모두 검정하는데 이용할 수 있으며, 제안된 검정통계량의 조건분포는 정규분포에 근사한다. 이 검정통계량의 조건부 검정력 함수와 비조건부 검정력 함수를 구하였다.

현실적으로 통계추론 방법의 적용시, 그 정당성이 보장되는 기본가정이외에도 추가적인 가정이 불가피하여, 본래의 정당성이 퇴색되는 경우가 흔히 발생한다. 따라서 이런 경우에는 통계추론의 평가가 필수적일 것이나, 많은 경우에 분석적 평가를 하기에는 너무 복잡하여, 특정상황을 상정한 모의분석 평가가 주류를 이루고 있다. 본 고에서는 보다 일반적 상황에서의 통계추론의 평가를 위해 브트스트랩방법과 같이 관찰값에 의존한 모의방법(observation-based simulation)을 이용한 평가방법을 제안한다. 우선 설득력 있는 평가요소로서 구간추정시 포함확률(coverage probability)와 같은 빈도성질(frequency property)를 선택하였다. 빈도성질은 고전적 통계추론은 물론 베이지안 통계추론을 대상으로도 의미있는 평가기준으로 판단되는 바, 이를 평가요소로서 선택하고, 이의 추정을 위한 방법과, 그 추정결과의 해석과 나아가 이를 기준으로 한 통계추론 결과의 조정 방법까지 일련의 절차에 대한 방법론을 제시하였다.

Recently, some advanced statistical agencies have great concern on the quality of statistics which is defined in the context of being' fit for use'. In this paper, we present a concept for statistics quality control, elements of statistics quality, 8 procedures for sampling survey. We also suggest quality guidelines for sampling survey statistics.

Statistical analysis is a process which produces information based on data gathering and summary for final decision. In various application fields, we obtain information which supports final decision using statistical analysis. But statistical software program in PC (personal computer) is restricted by time and space. So web based system which can be used in web browser has been developed to minimize these restrictions. To overcome these restrictions, we have developed web based system for statistical analysis without a particular software.

In array signal processing, high order statistics can be used to estimate parameters from signal of sums of complex exponential. In this paper, we derive two types of direction finding algorithms which use the fourth-order cumulant and moment of the received array data. Since the fourth order cumulant can suppress the Gaussian noise, the response of MPM has better noise immunity than the conventional approaches. The performance of each method in regard to the probability of resolution and SNR in the presence of the Gaussian noise is investigated. As a result, the proposed method applied to the fourth-order statistic can find DOA more correctly in the presence of the Gaussian noise.

The statistics of traditional korean medicine is essential aspects for the information based policy establishment and the evidence based traditional korean medicine research. But because the integrated statistics service of traditional korean medicine is not provided, people are hard to find out suitable statistics. Thus we analyzed the produced statistics from many ministries, classified it into 7 categories and extracted common fields from it. We designed the database schema by summary table dynamic production method from the analysis of statistics and designed the system composed of excel import, statistics analysis, chart creation and search engine. Finally we implemented the statistics system of traditional korean medicine which users are capable of modifying the statistics data freely. We hope that the implemented system will provide pliability in searching and finding statistical information.

본 논문은 ColdFusion을 이용하여 온라인 설문조사 및 분석시스템을 구현한 것이다. 본 시스템은 그래픽 부분에서 미약한 C와 수행 속도에서 미약한 PHP의 단점을 보안하여 ColdFusion과 C의 장점을 합하여 Web 상에서의 설문조사와 더불어 기본적인 통계분석을 초보자들도 가능하도록 사용자의 관점에서 구현하였다. 기존의 설문조사 시스템이 갖는 1회성 조사라는 단점을 극복하여 축적되는 DB를 구축함으로 추세 분석이 가능하도록 하였다.
