정부의 IT839정책과 함께 유비쿼터스 환경이 실현되고 있는 요즘, 홈 네트워크 산업은 크게 성장하고 있는 추세이다. 이에 발맞추어 홈네트워크 산업의 활성화를 위해 정책 제안이나 현황 보고와 같은 연구들이 많이 이루어졌다. 그러나 이용자들의 입장에서 홈네트워크 서비스에 대한 관심이나 선호분포에 관한 연구는 부족하다. 따라서 븐 연구의 목적은 홈네트워크 서비스들에 대한 이용자들의 선호도를 조사하는데 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 다양한 홈네트워크 서비스들을 특성에 따라 분류한 후 잠재 이용자들을 대상으로 각 서비스에 대한 호감도를 조사하였다. 그 후 잠재 이용자들의 특성에 따라 홈네트워크 서비스들과 대응일치분석(Correspondence Analysis)을 하였다. 연구 결과 모든 잠재 이용자들이 안전관련 서비스에 높은 관심을 표하였으며 특히 고령일수록 그 관심은 더 높게 나타났다. 그리고 인터넷을 거의 사용하지 않는 집단은 홈네트워크 서비스에 낮은 관심을 보였다.

This study examined the interactive effects of selective exposure, political orientation, and political interest on YouTube political video users' attitude polarization. The results are presented as follows. In relation to research question 1 and 2, attitude polarization toward selective exposure and political orientation, selective exposure and political interest of YouTube political video users was examined. As a result, in the same selective exposure, the main effect on attitude polarization 'I' was found. Therefore, it was found that the higher the selective exposure of YouTube users to political videos, the stronger the attitude polarization toward YouTube users themselves. In relation to research question 3, attitude polarization toward political orientation and political interest of YouTube political video users was examined. As a result, the interaction effect on the attitude polarization 'I' was found in the political orientation and political interest. Therefore, when political interest in both progressive and conservative tendencies is high, the attitude polarization toward YouTube users themselves is also strengthened.

The main goal of this study is to investigate how to route a question to some relevant users who have interest in the topic of the question based on users' topic interest. In order to assess users' topic interest, archived question-answer pairs in the community were used to identify latent topics in the chosen categories using LDA. Then, these topic models were used to identify users' topic interest. Furthermore, the topics of newly submitted questions were analyzed using the topic models in order to recommend relevant answerers to the question. This study introduces the process of topic modeling to investigate relevant users based on their topic interest.

This study is the result of the analysis on the user interface of the Korean internet newspapers. To investigate the user interfaces, the home pages of the 6 internet newspaper were selected as the samples. Then, the information procedures, designs. information presentations, and searching routines of that samples were analyzed. For the home-page design of the internet newspaper and the education of the article search by the journalist-librarian with the press or the librarian in common. the results of the paper will be helpful.

Recently, as the importance of user-oriented archives management is becoming increasingly, government archives try to serve interactive services using social network service (SNS) beyond one-way approaches. This study aims to analyze usage of government archives service in social media and examine users' interestedness. We especially select "National Archives of Korea" and "Presidential Archives" as target government archives and collect tweets from 2010 to 15th April 2016. Our study adopts informetric approaches and social media analysis including buzz analysis, time series analysis. We differentiate between the tweet collection posted by government archives themselves and the other collection generated by general users. Furthermore we conduct correlation analysis of tweet and social issues and propose application plan for government archives services in social media environment.

The public's interest in the information disclosure system is increasing daily in line with the democratic cause of a transparent government and demands of the people to build on their right to know. Meanwhile, as society develops, the importance of culture and art in the quality of life is also increasing. Under these circumstances, culture and arts institutions are seeking to contribute to the expansion of the people's participation by providing timely and useful information and programs with high interest. Accordingly, this study intends to propose customized information services by analyzing the user's needs for information on public institutions in culture and arts and reflecting on the information disclosure service. For this purpose, three public institutions of in the culture and arts will be selected as representative examples to collect and cross-analyze the list of disclosed information received by users over a year. Furthermore, the requirements for the automation and intelligence of information disclosure tasks were summarized, and specific improvement plans were proposed for customized information services.

이용자의 정보요구 변화와 이용자 중심의 서비스로 전환 그리고 도서관의 심화된 경쟁 등의 도서관을 둘러싼 환경의 변화는 이용자 기대의 변화와 도서관 경영이 변화를 가져왔다. 따라서 이용자에 대한 관심의 증가와 그들의 요구를 파악하기 위한 노력이 도서관 경영에 필요하게 되었으며, 도서관 품질 평가에 있어 수치적인 측면에서 탈피하여 고객 중심의 품질 평가로의 전환이 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구는 서비스 품질 측정에 관한 다수 이론들과 모형을 정리하여 도서관 서비스 품질을 측정하는 새로운 도구를 제시해 보고자 한다.

쿠폰은 마케팅의 주요 전략 중 하나로 널리 이용된다. 그러나 적시적소에 제공되지 않는 쿠폰은 대부분 버려지게 된다. 본 논문은 사용자가 관광지의 어떤 관심지점에 근접했을 때, 해당 관심지점이 발행한 쿠폰정보를 능동적으로 알려주는 시스템을 개발한다. 이를 위하여, 쿠폰발행자와 이용자 등록 시스템, 쿠폰발행자의 쿠폰정보와 해당 관심지점 정보를 등록하는 시스템, 이용자들의 현재 위치를 인지하는 시스템, 이용된 쿠폰정보를 기록하는 시스템 등을 구현하였다.

The purpose of this study is to design and develop a alternative material recommendation system using automatic classification, based on user preference. Details of usage data by users from DREAM was analysed in order to develop the way of a method on selecting proper alternative material, and then the data by user preference were allocated under each category of 10 KDC categories. The keyword, selected from the title of users' usage data from a certain period of time, were divided into 10 subject categories and ranked by the order of frequency of appearance. Books including high frequency of the keyword in title can be selected as a preferred target for producing alternative materials. Lastly, a dynamic linkage for sharing usage data among National Library for the Disabled and other libraries is proposed to produce more proper alternative materials, based on user preference.
