The use of alcohol is recognized as having negative consequences on clinical and psychosocial outcomes in service users with major mental illnesses. This necessitates an introduction of intervention measures in domestic mental health service in Korea. Since research basis on which such measures are developed lacks, this paper aims at exploring drinking patterns of Korean service users and suggesting directions and strategies for intervention. The data came from 151 service users recruited at 14 service settings in Seoul Metropolitan area. The quantitative part of the data includes their recent drinking experiences in terms of patterns and severity; the qualitative part includes information on the drinking context. The data were compared among three types of service settings, each of which differs in physical availability of alcohol by their users. Each group revealed distinctive features in drinking patterns, the author thus suggested directions and strategies of intervention specific to type of service setting.

무선 통신 기술 및 서비스의 발전과 더불어 사용자는 언제 어디서나 인터넷에 접속하여 원하는 정보를 얻고자 한다. 이러한 이용자의 요구에도 불구하고 이동 단말의 제약성으로 인해 기존 유선상의 컨텐츠를 가공 없이 편리하게 제공할 수 없으므로, 이를 해결하기 위한 다양한 시스템들이 개발되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 시스템들을 정확한 기준에 의한 분석방법이 데데한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 특성을 가진 단말기에서 웹 컨텐츠를 서비스 받을 수 있는 기능을 제공할 수 있는 방법들 중 하나인 컨텐츠 변환 미들웨어 시스템에 대한 기능을 정의하고, 정의된 각각의 기능에 대해 분석방법을 제시하고자 한다.

전자 우편 시스템은 컴퓨터와 네트워크를 이용하는 이용자들이 가장 빈번히 사용하고 있는 서비스 중의 하나로서 그 이용률은 매년 급증하고 있으며 이와 더불어 교류되는 정보에 대한 보호 및 안전성에 대한 요구도 제기되고 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 전자 우편 시스템에 보호 서비스를 제공하기 위한 여러 제안된 방식들중에 X.400 MHS과 Internet의 PEM(Privacy Enhanced Mail),미국의 SDNS MSP(Message Secure Protocol)에 관하여 각각의 보호 서비스 제공 방식과 보호 서비스의 유형, 범위, 특성들을 논의하며 이들 접근 방식간의 관련성과 차이점들을 분석하고자 한다.

In this study, the behavioral model of Andersen and Newman(1973) was applied to identify the factors influencing the use of senior centers by the elderly in the community, and the mediating effect of user satisfaction was improved to improve the satisfaction of seniors using the Senior Center and operate the Senior Center. This study attempted to suggest policy and practical alternatives for activation. The subjects were 578 elderly people using 2,283 senior centers in Busan. As a result, the factors influencing the total usage period of the Senior Center were analyzed by age and type of potential factors among the leading factors, and the factors affecting the total number of days of senior center usage during the week were gender, age, and education level among the preceding factors. Appeared. Factors affecting user satisfaction as a parameter were analyzed as subjective health status among gender, age, and desire factors among preceding factors. As a result of verification of mediating effect of user satisfaction, there was a partial mediating effect between age and total use of Senior Center, full mediating effect between gender and days of Senior Center use, and partial mediating effect between age and Senior Center use days. Analyzed. According to the purpose and main findings of the study, the policy and practical suggestions for activating the satisfaction and use of Senior Center are as follows. First, program development and support according to the characteristics of senior center users are required. Second, there is a need to characterize per-path according to senior center type and regional environment. Third, there is a need to improve and raise the support standards for senior center operating expenses.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the overall web information seeking behavior of news reporters and analyze its correlation with parameters that characterize information needs, preferred sources of information, information technology and internet use and satisfaction. For this purpose, a survey of205 news reporters working at domestic newspaper companies, including daily newspapers, magazines, and online newspapers was conducted. News reporters' primary purposes of seeking web information were to simply check facts and collect overall background information. Their information needs had close association with their position, media type, and familiarity with the internet, but with little association with gender, age, and reporting area.

OECD등 국제기구와 현재 국회에 계류 중인 물 관리기본법 제정(안)등에서 물 이용자에 대한 수익자 부담 원칙을 요구하고 있어, 농업용수의 대부분을 관리하고 있는 한국농어촌공사 관리지역의 농업용수 이용료(구 조합비) 면제에 대한 문제점이 제기되고 일부 전문가들 사이에서도 농업용수 이용료 부과의 필요성이 지속적으로 제기되고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 시점에서 과거 농업용수 이용료(구 조합비) 부과 및 면제의 역사를 살펴보고, 농업용수 및 농업 농촌의 특성을 고려한 농업용수 이용에 따른 수익자 부담원칙에 대하여 검토하였다. 농업용수 이용료는 1908년 수리조합이 시작된 이후 1999년까지 조합비 형태로 부과하다가 2000년 농업용 수관련 3개 기관이 공사로 통합하면서 면제가 되었고, 지난 10년 동안 외부(OECD 등)의 요구뿐만 아니라 내부적으로도 농업용수관리 비용증가로 인한 이용료 부과가 필요하다는 주장이 제기되었다. 한편 이용료 부과시 농업인 경제적 부담증가, 농업용수관리 정책의 혼선, 농업인 반발로 인한 사회문제화, 이용료 징수의 실효성 및 실익성에 대한 문제가 발생될 수 있다. 따라서 농업용수이용에 대하여 단순히 수익자 부담원칙 준수를 요구만 할 것이 아니라 면제에 대한 역사적, 사회경제적인 배경과 농업 농촌의 특성을 이해하고 국내외적으로 대두되는 수익자 부담원칙에 대하여 어떻게 합리적인 방법과 사회적인 합의를 이끌어 낼 것인가 장기적인 연구와 검토가 필요하다. 또한 비용부담측면만이 아니라 농업인의 물 관리 참여(PIM, Participatory Irrigation Management)등을 통한 수익자부담 원칙 달성 및 비용절감을 유도할 수 있는 제 3의 방안을 찾아야 한다.

Ecological parks enable the sustainable use of natural resources and can be used as a place for site based environmental education. This study presented an opportunity to expand the scope of user perceptions and leisure benefits into urban ecological parks. However, in-depth studies which are aimed at eco-park visitors seeking the leisure benefits of the eco experience programs are lacking. The primary purpose of this study was to examine the urban ecological park user' characteristics which were derived by analyzing the leisure benefits and attitudes for the environment. Also, the attitudes about the environment, and the leisure benefits of visiting urban ecological parks was found to influence visitors' overall satisfaction. To accomplish the purposes of this study, a questionnaire survey with 282 samples was carried out on the urban ecological park(Gildong ecological park, Yeouido tributary ecology park). The results of the analyses are as following: urban ecological park visitors had a positive attitude about the environment, and felt satisfied by the visitors' leisure benefits. The study also examined the relationships between visitors' expectations of the leisure benefits both before visiting and after visiting. The results showed that ecological park visitors had greater expectations regarding the leisure benefits of the ecological program. Leisure benefits have a positive influence on overall satisfaction, and a positive attitude for the environment does not affect satisfaction. This study reaches the conclusion that the ecology experience program utilizing ecological parks is very effective with regard to overall satisfaction in urban areas toward the general environment and ecological parks. One of the major implications of this study is to offer a way to improve user leisure benefits and promote ecological programs by developing ecological parks for the future.

High quality power supplying of high voltage distribution lines electric railway system is the important function, high voltage distribution system is complicated witch is compose with distribution line, circuit break, protection facilities and so on. Among this components, role of substation is most important for elevation of reliability in electric power system. Therefore, the enhanced reliability considering the preventive inspection, repair work replacement is necessary. This paper proposes protection method in railway high voltage distribution lines. we model distribution system using PSCAD/EMTDC(Power System Computer Aided Design/Electro Magnetic Transients DC Analysis Program) and extract various fault data. In conclusion this methods can protection of ground fault.

This study aims to explore measures to help establish a management direction and policies of local public libraries based on local residents' needs for library services based on the community characteristics. To that end, a community survey was conducted focusing on eight urbans (gus) and two rural districts (guns) in Incheon Metropolitan City. The districts were categorized into three types, original urban center (Area 1), new urban center (Area 2), and urban-rural complex (Area 3). The residents in each type were analyzed in terms of library use, awareness, needs, and satisfaction. In terms of library use, awareness, and satisfaction;we identified differences among the area types. This paper suggested management directions of local public libraries based on the community characteristics.

Recently, on-line users prefer image and sense that are deviated from standardization pattern. Also, they need instant and mutual exchangeable communication forms. Developing the various Avatars is required to apply it to various situations. It is due to that the Avatar is used as a card in the on-line communication to represent the user's character visually. The Avatar in the on-line game, such as poker or go-stop which are the most popular nowadays, does not have different character from general community site. Therefore, it dose not satisfy owner who needs sensitive and various character of the Avatar. In this paper, we will be analysis the card game Avatar service, character and desire of the user in existing game petal sites. Also, we'll provide service method which can satisfy the user's requirements. For this, we survey recognition and design preference of users on the card game Avatar.
