가속기 기술을 이용한 재료에의 표면처리기술은 일정에너지를 가지는 이온이 재료표면에 충돌함으로서, 스퍼터링, 이온주입, 미세구조 변화 등의 현상을 이용하여 재료표면의 특성을 변화시켜 기계적, 화학적, 광학적, 전기적 특성 등을 변화시키는 표면개질기술에 활용되어져 왔다. 이러한 이온빔 표면처리기술은 이온의 종류나 시편의 제한 없이 치밀한 원자혼합물을 형성하고, 계면형성이 없고, 또한 저온공정이 가능하므로, 정밀도가 요구되는 부품의 내마모성과 내부식성 등을 포함한 기본적인 표면특성 뿐만 아니라 전기전도도, 친소수특성, 내광성 등 표면에 관계된 특성을 개선시키는 역할을 하며, 이온빔 믹싱, 이온빔 스퍼터링, 이온빔 전처리 후 코팅 등의 복합공정을 통해 보다 개선된 표면특성을 가지는 박막제조공정에 적용될 수 있다. 본 발표에서는 지난 10년간 가속기기술을 응용한 이온빔 장치기술 개발현황을 발표하고, 이러한 장치를 활용하여 이온빔 표면처리기술 사례인 내광성/내스크래치성 향상 고분자, 정전기방지, 초친수 표면처리, 기체투과도제어, 자외선차단 필름, 고속에칭기술 등의 기술개발 현황을 발표하고자 한다. 한국원자력연구원 양성자가속기연구센터에서는 수백 keV급의 이온빔 표면처리 장치 이외에도 100MeV 선형 양성자가속기를 이용하여 2013년부터 다양한 분야의 양성자빔/이온빔 이용자들에게 이온빔 장치와 20MeV와 100MeV 이용시설에서 양성자빔/이온빔 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 2016년 기준 이용자수는 양성자가속기 392명, 이온빔장치 279명이며, 이용자 수행과제는 양성자가속기, 이온빔장치 각각 130여개 과제가 수행되었다. 이러한 이용자들의 빔이용연구를 통해 20여편의 논문투고, 10여편의 특허출원의 성과를 얻었으며, 나노분야, 생명공학분야 등의 다양한 분야에서의 빔이용기술을 통해 활발한 연구가 이루어질 것으로 예상된다.

The Internet is now an integral part of the everyday lives of a majority of people. Web users are becoming increasingly skeptical of the information and services offered online. They are demanding web sites that offer credible information. This study focused on what features of web sites affect the perception of web credibility. For this purpose, I took the responses from 648 people and extracted 49 factors that affect web credibility. I placed the individual factors - the specific questions asked in the survey - into one of four categories expertise. trustworthiness, ads and other and calculated the means for each of the 49 factors. As a result, 29 out of 49 factors increase the Perceptions of credibility and 20 factors decrease the web credibility. Sites with frequently update. the credentials of authors, strict content guides, search capabilities, clear connections to the real world fared good in credibility. Technical problems such as broken links, site sown, or typographical errors were rated the most negative on this scale On the other end of the scale, a domain name that ends in' .org' or' .or.kr' caused little change in perception of credibility.

This study aims to identify the characteristics of Korean secondary school students in perceptions on and needs to school libraries, and suggest an effective library management directions based on the characteristics. To achieve this purpose, we compare the perceptions on and needs for library elements, such as facilities, collections, programs, etc., between middle school students and high school students, and analyze the differences. Based on the results from the analysis, we suggest to establish an orientation of school library management. We also suggest a need of further study in which differences in the perception and needs among grades in a level of the secondary school for more detailed customization of library services.

망의 초기 설계 후에 입력환경의 변화로 인하여 망의 트래픽 요구량이 변화할 때 이를 용량 재분배를 통해 해결하는 방안을 제시하고 실험을 통해 분석해 보았다. 이용자 트래픽의 변동에 효율적으로 대처하고 이용자 연결의 통신 품질을 유지시키기 위하여 운용 경로 및 보호경로의 경로 및 용량 재할당방법을 연구하였다. 기존의 운용 VP만을 고려한 방안과 보호 경로의 용량을 함께 고려하는 방안의 비교를 통해 제안 방안의 특성을 조사하였다. 망의 제어 비용을 줄이기 위한 효과적인 방안으로 보호 경로의 용량을 운용 경로 용량보다 어느 정도 초과해서 할당하는 방안을 제시하였다. 제안 방안이 비록 소폭의 비용상승을 유발하지만, 트래픽이 빨리 변하는 환경에서는 오히려 비용 절감의 효과를 유발할 수 있어 효과적 방안이 될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

본 연구는 가족중심의 바다낚시가 증가함에 따라 바다낚시공원을 가족낚시인에게 적합한 해양레저시설로 계획하기 위해 현재 운영중인 11군데 바다낚시공원을 대상으로 현장조사, 관리인 인터뷰조사 및 이용자 설문조사를 실시하고 그 결과를 바탕으로 바다낚시공원의 입지선정기준을 마련하였으며 바다낚시공원의 시설위치와 이용자의 활동형태에 따라 레저 스포츠형, 힐링 휴식형, 체험 활동형, 문화 휴양형 등 4개 시설유형을 결정하고 각 유형별로 시설특성 및 시설구성안을 제시하였다.

To expand the cultural function of public libraries is a requisite for satisfying cultural needs and meet residents' diverse requirements of cultural welfare due to the improved level of income and the increased amount of leisure time. The purpose of this study is to conduct researches on the actual state of cultural programs operated by public libraries in Jeju Island and on cultural program users' satisfaction at public libraries, along with a survey with those in charge of the cultural programs to find out problems with operation of the programs and suggest localization and improvement of the cultural programs at public libraries in Jeju Island.

It is the analyses of replies showed n the questionnaire consisted of four kinds of matters to see level of knowledge among SELIS (SEoul Women's University Library and Information System) OPAC users of keyword/boolean search. The result of this analyses is : in SELIS search, users who prefer keyword search than any other, who satisfy work of retrieval by means of boolean operator, and who think it easier, show lusher level of knowledge than those who deny it in the questionnaire. Knowledges Presented in the survey are ; characteristics of keyword search, single or double keys, using boolean operator in keyword, knowledge of index, knowledge of stop list, uncontrolled term. keyword search technique, right truncation, correct application of boolean logic operator, and selecting major subject in keyword browsing. The above mentioned knowledges will work as important factors n keyword/boolean search, OPAC. For successful search it requires conceptional knowledge of information retrieval processing, or inquiry word transformation how to search required information, and semantic ability to get result questioned In the given system, when and how to apply the characteristics of the system, and scientific record for user's inquiry, or fundamental computer technology and syntax knowledge to make search word in detail. But so far now important knowledge considered as user's online index search, has been emphasized on knowledge of scientific record, and has been lag of semantic and conceptional knowledge. So, it is recommendable for online index user to train to concentrate semantic knowledge, syntax ability, and conceptional knowledge, rather than scientific technique too much.

Nowadays, Social Network Service (SNS), which has been in the spotlight as a way of communication, has become a most effective tool to improve easy of information use and accessibility for users. In this paper, we chose Twitter as the most representative SNS services because of automatic crawling and investigated tweet data gathered from domestic and foreign National Archives - NARA of U.S.A., TNA of U.K.. NAA of Australia, and National Archives of Korea. We also conducted information genres analysis and trend analysis by timeline. Information genres analysis shows how archives satisfied users' information needs as well as trends analysis of tweets helps to understand how users' interestedness was changed. Based on comparison results, we distilled four characteristics of National Archives and suggested vitalization ways for National Archives of Korea.

Lately, influence of information rises and interest about estimation satisfaction of information service is rising. However, It requires complicated and various method that measure and evaluate correct value of information service by various attributes of information. Also function and efficiency of information offer service are important. Therefore, interest for satisfaction survey to heighten contents satisfaction of information offer service, service satisfaction, satisfaction of user of system satisfaction is increased. Therefor in This paper, measures lTFlND's User Satisfaction Index and establish information offer service strategy that improve. And wish to draw improvement way and present improvement method and way after direction through results of measurements of user satisfaction index in information offer service field.
