This paper studied the effects of service quality and system quality that affect customer's satisfaction and continued usage intention regarding mobile network conditions. The hypotheses and research models were completed using research factors of service quality(reactivity, empathy) and system quality(connectivity, ease of use, channel-mobility) borrowed from previous studies on DMB and IPTV. The hypotheses and research models were verified through experiments and surveys. The key finding showed that customer's expectation on service quality and system quality under fast network(Wifi) was higher than that of under slow network(3G). Furthermore, it showed that users react more sensitive to service quality than to system quality such as network speed. Based on the results, this study has the implication for expanding the understanding of the factors used in previous DMB and IPTV studies by applying them in N-screen domain.

As generation of Web 2.0 comes in, enormous information of corporation from various platform are being produced. However, corporations should understand features of each platform and appropriate strategies in order to attract the public in the midst of such flood of information. Numerous studies have been conducted regarding SNS which has grown rapidly in recent but a study relating a specific medium is relatively in short. So this study analyzed how information of Instagram bulletin board is accepted in perspective of consumer in Korean and America, We examined the relationship between intention of acceptance and Word Of Mouth effect through meditating effect of information usefulness. To answer the research question, we conducted online survey with Korean and USA college students. The result showed that usefulness of the information was shown to the major intermediary variable between the information characteristics of bulletin board and the intention of acceptance intention and Word Of Mouth(WOM).

In our country, the real estate information system is operated by public and private institutions to trade real estate effectively from the 1990s. The purposes of this study is as follows: First, this study is aimed to examine how the system quality, information quality and service quality of the real estate IS is related with the system use and user satisfaction. In addition real estate practitioners and real estate non-practitioners is to investigated how different. Regression and t-test analysis was carried out as statistical analysis and survey data was used. The result is as follows: First, in the real estate non-practitioners group, system quality has significant negative impact on the user satisfaction. Second, information quality has significant impact on the user satisfaction in the real estate non- practitioners group. One limitation of this study is that it is limited to the real estate agents among various groups that use the IS. Thus, in the future studies, the target group should be extended to other various groups and more specific IS among various ones should be studied in a more practical way.

In the present maritime traffic conditions of mokpo harbor, there exists many hazardous factors which may lead to huge accidents including marine oil pollution We analyze marine traffic environments including traffic congestion, natural conditions, maritime traffic accidents of the last 10 years, the fishery status, operation of traffic routes and navigational aids of navigational aids and regulations relating ships' routeing both in and out of the country. Consequently, this work is to propose improved marine traffic system in future.

Until now, in planning and constructing KTX and the Express Way, the connectivity and transfer between these facilities have not been considered. In this study the effect of mode choice behavior by connecting KTX and the Express Way is analyzed through estimating Multinomial Logit Model and Binary Logit Model. The SP and RP surveys to develop these models were carried out and the data were selected from the passengers using the KTX station, Express Bus Terminals and Rest Areas in the Express Way. To test the effect of connectivity and transfer in the field, the case study for Dongtan KTX station was carried out. According to the results, connecting the KTX station and the Express Way has the effect of increasing the demand by 30%. And this is caused by saving about 120 minutes of traveling time from Seoul to Pusan. This study shows that the connectivity and transfer can increase the efficiency of transportation system and the improvement in the mobility and accessibility will maximize the usages of these two facilities.

Devices that add emotion-specific services or various functions are appearing in AI speakers and related devices. To this end, this study performed topic modeling analysis on the topics of post-purchase texts written by AI speaker users, and compared them with the data collected via survey questionnaires. Furthermore, data on the emotional intelligence of AI speakers and relationship quality were collected from 600 users and analyzed using structural equation modeling. The findings of the study are as follows: First, the analysis results of topic modeling showed that most of the articles mainly mention the functional aspects of AI speakers. Second, emotional intelligence of AI speaker perceived by consumer affected relationship quality, and relationship quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Therefore, this study expands the area of AI research by integrating the concept of emotional intelligence and relationship quality to provide new theoretical and practical implications.

Today's mobile devices including smartphones are gradually taking a prominent position in many areas as portable multimedia computers and establishing a new computing paradigm. Nevertheless, it would not be easy for smartphone applications to provide users with a high level of usability under the current environment due to the physical hardware characteristics of each smartphone, which are expected to have a negative impact on the qualities of system, information, and service that smartphone applications provide. Thus, this study examined: 1) the effects of the perceived qualities of system, information, and service of smartphone applications on the perceived usability of the applications, and 2) the effect of the usability on users' individual performance with the given application. A survey was conducted and structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the data. This study found that there are significant effects of the perceived qualities of system, information, and service of smartphone applications on the perceived usability of the applications. In addition, this study also found a significant effect of the usability of samrtphone applications on the individual performance with the application.

Electronic Medical Record(EMR) is medical record that has been saved electronically onto a computer. The standardization activities for EMR is actively underway as it may not only improve the overall quality of the medical services but as the value of medical big data (medical & IT convergence area) is being considered very important. One of the most important issues is ensuring the necessary and effectiveness of EMR standardization to the stakeholder. Researchers did an empirical study to find out how the doctors perceived the EMR standardization from both technical and economical perspective. The results of the empirical analyses showed that system quality and an economical value had a positive effect on perceived usefulness and intention to adopt EMR standardization, yet interoperability have only affected the perceived usefulness. Additionally, the economical value seemed to be the most important variable in forming a consensus in the need of EMR standardization.

The aim of this paper is to improve the usability of Mobile Maps by allowing more people to use. To figure out better UX/UI, I evaluated usability for Mobile Applications from various materials such as literatures and blogs for qualitative methods and interviews and questionnaires about satisfaction of Naver and Daum for quantitative methods. So, We know that a map app is important and it is affected by force and profile on the portal site than its own features, because, not often in everyday life. Even though people do not use Mobile Map Applications frequently, we need to improve usability to make anybody use them easily by minimizing depth and button designs.

Currently, suggesting directions for strengthening publicity of social services is thinking in the direction of each person's advantage from the stakeholder's perspective. The position of the service provider and the position of the user shows different opinions on the definition and evaluation of publicity of the city or province as the management entity. Therefore, this study combines opinions on publicity focusing on community service, derives consensus on the definition and evaluation of publicity, and evaluates different indicators or factors that cannot be quantified at the same time. The goal is to solve the problem of publicity by applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) as a possible technique. In addition, in order to achieve the research objectives according to the designed frame, an empirical study was conducted by conducting a pairwise comparison questionnaire for experts and users. Through the AHP evaluation model" developed in this study, as a result of measuring the relative satisfaction of major factors, service utilization rate (0.470), facility management (0.210), and other project implementations (0.073) appeared in order. Here, the service utilization rate was evaluated as the most important.
