본 연구에서는 반도체 기술의 핵심으로 알려있는 플라즈마 표면 처리 공정을 이용하여 인위적으로 그래핀과 기능기 반응을 통한 도핑효과를 일으켜, 전계효과(Electric Field Effect)를 인가하였을 때 그래핀 내에서 발생하는 Electron & Hole carrier 들의 accumulation & Depletion 효과에 의한 Charge Density 변화를 Graphene Field Effect Transistors (GFETs) 소자의 전기적 특성 변화를 확인하였다. 특히, 그래핀 내 Conduction of electron을 높이기 위하여, $N_2+H_2$ 가스 조합을 플라즈마 방전가스로 사용하였으며, Optical Emission Spectroscopy (OES) 및 Langmuir-probe 측정을 통하여 합성가스의 ICP 방전 상태 및 효과를 예측하였다.

Recently, the distributed processing environments provide various open multimedia serivces through telecommunication network and have been developing into information networking structure based on object oriented concepts and distributed systems which can apply new services with a few changes the existing networks. This paper proposes the object group model which is the collection of objects and can functionally and efficiently manage the individual object. this paper presents the analysis of the requirement and the function specifications to propose the object group model, and depicts the functional structure in details using its analysis. The goal of this paper is to decrease the complexity of the object's management and to voercome the limitations of among the components of object group for management and service functions based on our proposed the object group model and show interaction procedures to eTD (event tracing diagram)s and finally we design the object group model by TINA-ODL.

Sternal recurrence has been defined as a diffuse infiltrate of neoplastic tissue at the junction of the amputated trachea and the skin. The overall prognosis is poor, resulting from progressive tracheostomal obstruction or massive hemorrhage due to erosion of major vessels. Neither radiation therapy nor chemotherapy has demonstrated any efficacy in controlling these sternal recurrence. Surgery, especially mediastinal dissection, may benefit only an occasional patient. Recently authors experienced one case of mediastinal dissection for sternal recurrence after total laryngectomy for laryngeal cancer. We report our case with a brief review of literature.

KB103 was developed from a cross between Burley 21 and Va 528 in 1983. It was developed by haploid method derived from anther culture method. It has moderate resistance to black shank(Phytophhorn nicotianae Breda de Haan Var. nictiana Waterhouse). KB103 produced good yields and quality in 1988-1990. It flowered about four or five days later than standard variety Burley 21, and plant height, leaf width, leaves per plants were similar to those of Burley 21. In maturing and curing properties as well as in chemical constituents of cured leaves, KB 103 was very similar to that of Burley 21. Regional farm test with the breeding line, KB 8304- ADH 65 named as KB 103 in 1986, was performed for 4 crop years from 1987 at 29 locations. It was released on burley tobacco area in 1992.

A 19-month-old boy suffered from stridor and dysphagia. He was taking asthma medication for a few months, but symptoms did not improve. After admission, a chest CT showed a posterior mediastinal mass, which compressed the trachea and esophagus. The removed mass via open thoracotomy was a bronchogenic cyst on histopathology. Postoperatively, stridor and dysphagia disappeared. In case of persistent and refractory stridor or dysphagia in children, congenital lesions including bronchogenic cyst need to be ruled out.

최근 이동내장형 시스템 기술이 차세대 정보통신 산업의 주력으로 급부상함에 따라 다양한 이기종 제품간의 호환성과 이식성 제공의 핵심 역할을 수행하는 자바가상머신(Java Virtual Machine)이 주목 밭고 있다. 가상머신을 컴포넌트 기반 소프트웨어 기술을 사용하여 구축한다면, 재사용과 재구성이 용이해 저렴하고 신뢰성 있는 가상러신 개발이 가능해진다. 이러한 이유로 인하여, 자원이 제한된 내장형 실시간 시스템 개발사용에 적합한 컴포넌트 모델의 필요성이 동시에 증대되고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 기존에 제안된 내장형 실시간 컴포넌트 보델인 PBO(Port-Based Object) 모델을 내장형 실시간 환경에서 수행되는 자바가상머신에 적합하도록 개선하여 증가된 신뢰성과 감소된 시스템 복잡도를 갖는 자바가상머신 시스템을 제안하였다.

최근 급격히 보급되고 있는 정보기기 종류의 다양화와 인터넷의 급속한 확산됨에 따라 이동내장형 시스템에 탑재하기 위한 기술로 다양한 이기종 제품간의 호환성과 이식성 제공하는데 핵심 역할을 수행하는 자바가상머신(Java Virtual Machine)이 주목 밭고 있다. 이러한 내장형 시스템은 빠르고 신뢰성 있게 개발이 이루어져야 하나, 내장형 시스템을 위한 효율적인 방법이 부족하다. 이에 대한 대안으로 본 논문에서는 이동내장형 시스템에 탑재하기 위한 자바가상머신을 컴포넌트 설계하고, 실시간 속성 등을 고려한 컴포넌트 조립을 위한 명세기법에 대해서 제안한다.

현재 많은 증강현실 콘텐츠는 장면에 따른 미리 지정된 3D 모델을 표시하고 있다. 이렇게 고정된 모델만 표시하는 콘텐츠는 짧은 사용시간을 가지게 된다. 본 논문에서는 증강현실 콘텐츠의 사용시간을 늘리기 위해 증강현실의 마커 이미지를 실시간으로 추출하는 기법을 이용한 컬러링 종이 증강현실 콘텐츠를 제작하였다. 이 콘텐츠는 사용자가 컬러링 종이에 있는 도면에 채색하면, 채색된 도면의 내용을 반영한 3D 모델을 표시하는 증강현실 콘텐츠이다.

In case of multi-cable for one ph current in the same phase cable may be unba according to cable arrangement in underg system. In this paper, we described the way to ba current in each cable of same phase. This solut to make the impedence of each cable equal caculated the impedence of each cable for all ki cable arrangement in accordance with JCS168D finally found the cable arrangement of impedence.
