The purpose of this study was to determine the present state of disabled people participating fully in sports for all, analyze its legal, organizational, and policy status, and present a future direction for parasports in pursuit of better sports welfare. For this purpose, literature review was performed, obtaining the following results concerning a parasports activation plan. First, it is necessary to increase large-scale, systematic public relations through association between the government and private organizations with the objective of increasing the number of disabled people participating fully in sports for all. Second, it is necessary to implement full revision of the Sport Promotion Act and establishment of a Parasports Promotion Act actively. Thorough preparation for legislation is most of all required to meet the realities and cope with temporal changes. Third, it is necessary to build an effective system through convergent governance of parasports and relevant ministry. It is necessary to clarify the dual concepts of 'physical activity' and 'sports for all,' present a proper direction for policies, and implement efficient policies and projects. Fourth, it is necessary to reinforce participation by diverse expert groups in the development of parasports policies. This requires convergence of such elements as philosophy, rehabilitation, education, marketing, and laws in addition to sport elements.

섬유강화 복합재료는 기존의 등방성재료에 비해 비강성과 비강도가 높고 충격특성, 피로특성 그 리고 내부식성 등이 매우 우수하여 항공기뿐 아니라 자동차, 쾌속선, 스포츠용품 등에 널리 사 용되고 있으며 높은 X선 투과성과 치수안정성 등의 특성을 이용하여 의료용기기, 대규모집적회 로기판, 정밀계측기기 등에까지 응용분야가 넓어져 가고 있다. 최근에는 설계를 지원하기 위한 데이타베이스의 체계화와 실제 구조물이 요구하는 특성의 효율적인 만족을 위해 구조물의 안전성 관점에서 본 손상허용 평가가 요구되고 있다. 이를 위해 섬유강화 복합재료의 층간파괴인성을 평가할 수 있는 기존의 실험법들을 소개하고 섬유강화 복합재료의 층간파괴 특성을 고려하여 보았다. 섬유강화 복합재료를 실제 구조물에 응용하기 위해서는 설계에 대한 중요한 정보인 각 파괴모우드에 대한 층간파괴인성들을 일관성 있게 정량적으로 평가할 수 있는 방법이 제시되어 각 파괴모우드에 대한 층간파괴인성의 측정뿐 아니라 층간 파괴 거동의 규명이 행해져야 한다.

The purpose of this study was I cultivate practical ability to solve diverse and complex issues in the field of convergence and applied learning and practical training element through problem-based learning to preliminary sports leaders. Selected students in grades 3 to 28 Sports Science S university people to them as participants and through a qualitative case study methods, such as group interviews, participant observation, open questionnaire and the following results were obtained. First, the level of satisfaction on class was high and the class was evaluated with significant contemplation. Second, it has been collecting a variety of learning materials to understand, interpret and improve the ability to solve practical problems in the process of actively reconstruct their own knowledge structure. It also gave a positive impact on the creative and divergent thinking to accelerate the promotion of autonomy. Third, opinions about teamwork, sharing your thoughts with colleagues point is that you can see yourself in other people's positions were evaluated as positive effects.

This paper aims to investigate the relationship between consumption value of sports products, upward consumption propensity, and post-purchase happiness among adolescents. The subjects of the study were extracted from adolescents in Chungcheong-do by convenience sampling method, and 257 people were used in the final analysis. Statistical methods were frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The research results are as follows. First, social value and exploratory value, which are sub-factors of consumption value, were shown to have a significant effect on upward consumption propensity, but functional value and self-value were found to be statistically insignificant. Second, social value, self-value, and functional value, which are sub-factors of consumption value, had a significant effect on post-purchase happiness, but exploratory value was found to be statistically insignificant. Third, the upward comparison propensity was found to have a significant effect on post-purchase happiness.

The tennis was one of the most popular sport in the general physical education lesson. However there are many problems such as difficult of improvement tennis skill, lack of class days and so many students in a class. These reasons could ultimately damage the overall quality of class. The purpose of this research was to beginner students was fun and easy to learn. The tennis lesson using tools were 1.selective hitting ball, 2. high net hitting ball, 3. hitting orange ball. Scores of the experimental group(n=23) and the control group(n=21) were compared. In order to verify course content was the same 15 weeks, conducted a tennis teaching methods to take advantage of the tools. And tools to take advantage of the students who participated in a class analysis of the qualitative data (interviews, documents, questionnaires, observations, journals). As a result, the satisfaction scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group. The tennis lesson using tools to take positive effect(meaning, improved skill, easy, fun/curious/confident) and negative effect(difficulties of adaptation, a high challenge level) was induced. In summary of the quantitative/qualitative data 'Orange Ball' has a positive impact on the girls than boys and teaching methods using tools gave generally positive influence to students.

The purpose of this study was to develop relaxation training contents for middle and high school archery players with considering the ecological validity of social, cultural, and sports environment in Korean but also examine the effect of developing relaxation training contents through case study approach and interviews. The relaxation training contents was based on previous researches about relaxation program. In addition, in order to develop the program 3 archery experts and 2 sport psychologists had meetings. The relaxation training contents categorized as orientation, breathing regulation, progressive relaxation training, cognitive restructuring, meditation, heart rate biofeedback training, autogenic training, behavior therapy, self regulation. The experimental group were 6 male Korean national archery substitute players, who were selected in 2007. The effects was examined on competitive state anxiety inventory-2, heart rates, archery score and interviews. As the result of applying the developed program of this study on the field, competitive state anxiety, somatic state anxiety and heart rate were decreased. In the interviews athletes told that they were relaxed psychologically and physically. This result demonstrated the relaxation training program were effective.

This paper describes a question-answering system that can automatically analyze input texts and questions in Korean natural language. The particular texts used for the research were newspaper articles in the specific domain of sports news. The system consists of a set of Cobol programs and an associated set of data files containing lexicon, case grammar, linguistic rules. and data base. This system employs two retrieval functions of fact retrieval and passage retrieval. Therefore input questions can be answered in forms of either sentence or factual data.

주5일제의 시행 및 국민소득의 증대, 스포츠 레저 및 여가생활에 관심이 집중되면서 여객선을 이용한 관광이 많이 활성화 되고 있다. 입소문을 통한 홍보 뿐만 아니라 인터넷, 스마트폰등을 통한 정보의 공유 및 대중매체를 통한 홍보로 인하여 구석구석의 명소들이 많이 소개되고 있으며, 이를 위한 여객선 사업이 빠른추세로 증가하고 있다. 이처럼 여객의 수요는 증가하고 있으나 그에 맞는 서비스의 개선, 터미널의 보안시설, 선박 및 접안시설의 노후화 및 수송능력의 부족, 여객선 승무원의 고령화, 급작스런 기상악화시의 대처요령, 여객선사의 안전불감증 등은 많은 문제점을 야기하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 최근 5년간의 우리나라의 여객선 사업의 현황을 분석하고 여객선 사업의 문제점에 관하여 다루어 보도록 하겠다.

Purpose: To report modified technique of inside-out suture in repair of tear of postero medial corner of medial meniscus. Operative technique: Arthroscope is placed through anterolateral portal. Suture hook is delivered through anteromedial portal. By rotating the suture hook, it penetrates the inner portion of the torn meniscus from femoral surface to tibial surface of the meniscus for vertically oriented suture. A PDS suture is delivered through the lumen of suture hook, and the suture hook is withdrawn. The both ends of the suture are retrieved through anteromedial portal by a retriever, either grasper or crochet hook.A Zone-specific cannula is positioned below the inferior surface of the meniscus through anterolateral portal. The Looped Needle designed by the authors is delivered through the lumen of the Zone-specific cannula. The suture end of the tibial surface is placed in the loop of the Looped Needle and pulled out to the surface of posteromedial joint line. The suture end of the femoral surface is pulled out in same manner. A transverse skin incision of 1cm size is made adjacent to pulled out suture and the suture is tied. Discussion: Even though modified inside-out suture technique requires longer operation time than conventional inside-out technique, it provides vertically oriented suture and good tissue coaptation. The authors recommend this modified inside-out suture technique to be good alternative in repairing tear of the posteromedial corner of medial meniscus.

The objectives of this study the effects of fabric noise from active wear on electrodiagnosis(EMG), to examine the effects on subjective sensation, and to relate the EMG results and the subjective sensation.. Five nylon water repellent taffeta fabrics were rubbed each other and the fabric noise were recorded. EMG was done from 10 female university students and electrodes were attached on each participant's upper arm and lower am. The subjective sensation was measured by FMME(Free Modulus Magnitude Estimation). The EMG values from upper arm showed higher voltage than those from lower arm, and the differences between values with fabric sound and without were larger at upper arm than those at lower am. EMG decreased when fabric sound was evaluated soft and pleasant, however It increased in proportion as fabric sound was evaluated loud and sharp. The predicted models for subjective sensation using physical sound properties and EMG results were well explained except roughness. Pleasantness was well predicted by EMG at upper am and EMG at lower arm, as the result, it was explained that the lower the EMG, the more pleasant the participant.
