우리나라만의 독창적인 의료체계인 사상체질은 의학적 본질의 우수성에도 불구하고 크게 대중화 되지 않았으며 인지도 또한 높지 못하다. 이는 사상체질에서 가장 중요한 부분이 사상체질의 정확한 분류인데 현재 임상현장에서 행해지고 있는 사상체질 분류 방식은 임상의의 경험과 주관적 소견에 의해 분류되고 있기 때문에 진단 결과에 객관성이 없고 정확도가 낮게 평가되고 있는 실정이다. 이를 위해 사상체질 진단 방법 중 하나인 용모사기론을 IT공학의 영상처리에 적용하여 안면 영상 분석을 통해 사상체질 분류를 수행하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 사상의학적 원전과 기존의 방법들을 조사, 연구하여 사상체질 분류의 중요한 요소를 결정하고 시스템 구현을 목표로 실험을 통해 사상체질 분류의 유의성을 갖는 측정 요소에 대해 검증해 보고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 현재 이슈가 되고 있는 개인 정보 보안에 대해서 Keras 라이브러리를 사용하여 개인 정보 관련 데이터를 학습한 후, 한글 인식률 증가된 Tesseract-OCR 활용하여 사람들이 가지고 있는 데이터의 개인 정보 유무를 판단하여 분류한다.

비짜루과 둥굴레속(Asparagaceae: Polygonatum)은 전 세계적으로 약 90여 종이 알려져 있으며, 유럽, 북아메리카, 아시아 등 북반구 온대 지역에 집중적으로 분포한다. 국내 둥굴레속 분류군은 총 16분류군이며, 이중 잎이 호생하고, 난형에서 타원형 모양의 엽질성 포를 가지며, 화피통 내부에 털이 없고, 수술대 표면에 돌기가 나있는 분류군들은 용둥굴레열(series. Bracteata)에 속한다. 그러나 이들은 종간 교잡 또는 주요 기관의 형질 변이가 다양하여 중간형질을 보이는 개체군들에 대한 종 식별에 많은 어려움이 있었다. 경남 창원시에서 채집된 목포용둥굴레(P. cryptanthum) 변이 개체집단는 기존의 목포용둥굴레와 달리 식물체 높이와 화경·소화경이 길며, 포 부착위치의 변이 폭이 넓으며, 포가 타원형이고 밖으로 말리는 습성으로 형태적 차이가 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 명확한 분류학적 실체를 구명하고자 분자생물학적 계통분석(nrDNA ITS + cpDNA matK, trnK-rps16, rps16, rbcL) 연구를 진행중에 있다.

This study estimated the socioeconomic costs of child poverty. Based on previous studies, the present study organized component categories for direct and indirect costs of child poverty, and estimated the cost of each category in 2015 through the collection of existing data and Delphi survey techniques among experts. The total socioeconomic costs of child poverty were compared to Korea's GDP. The results of this study were as follows. First, the socioeconomic costs of child poverty in Korea in 2015 ranged from 55 trillion KW(3.5% of GDP) to 99 trillion KW(6.5% of GDP). Second, the indirect socioeconomic costs of child poverty are much higher than the direct costs. Third, among the total cost categories, costs related to productivity loss and unemployment accounted for the largest portion of both the socioeconomic costs based upon absolute poverty and relative poverty. Crime costs are the second largest. Based on these results, we discussed the importance of early intervention for children in poverty; implementation of two-generation program that intervenes simultaneously with parents and children; and long-term, continuous and integrated intervention for high-risk groups such as poor children.

This essay focused on mapping out the next archiving model during 15 years. This metaphorical 'JINGU PROJECT' is titled from Shinto relation in Japan rebuilding every 20 years. We need some kinds of self sustainable growth archiving model. It means that it's time to say about our archiving experiences in field for archiving technics and knowledges. We should know the fact that a few thousands archivists have been acting ih fields. Since 1999, we have tried to build up the best practices in public offices. So far, So good. However, we need another wing for better flying from now on. I believe in the power of silences in field because they will speak up their voices.

Since community growth and vitality frequently depend on local businesses and community inhabitants depend on local retailers for their daily necessities, studying small businesses in rural areas is important to community sustainability. The purpose of our research was to investigate what marketing, merchandising, customer service, or business operation strategies were being implemented by successful independent rural retailers(i.e., clothing, jewelry, floral, hardware etc.), in competition with large discount stores in the U.S.. In addition, social capital as indicated by community involvement was examined for its use as a business strategy that contributes to the success of small retailers. In-depth interviews were conducted with 27 rural retailers representing three communities within a Midwestern state. Data were content analyzed. Participants were following several of the recommended business strategies but opportunities existed to implement changes. Results are discussed in terms of key practices followed by these successful small business owners.

The Ise Grand Shrine(伊勢神宮) dedicated to the sun goddess Amaterasu (天照大神), located in the city of Ise(伊勢市), Mie Prefecture of Japan, is a center of Japanese Shinto Shrines and composed of a large number of Shinto shrines centered on two main shrines, Naiku(內宮=皇大神宮) and Geku(外宮= 豊受大神宮). Historically it has kept very close relationship with Emperor, because its enshrined deity Amaterasu is generally said to be the ancestor of Imperial Family. The food and alcohol offering to the gods in Japanese Shinto rites are called Shinsen(神饌, ambrosia). Main subjects of this essay dealing with Shinsen are the various matsuri (rites) of Ise Grand Shrine and Emperor, such as Higoto-asayu-omike-sai(日別朝夕大御饌祭, offering repasts to the gods in the moring and evening everyday), Kan-name-sai(神嘗祭, offering of the year's new rice harvest), Shikinen-sengu-sai(式年遷宮祭, year of the ceremony), Nii-name-sai(新嘗祭, Ceremonial offering by the Emperor of newly-harvested rice to the gods), and Daijo-sai(大嘗祭, first ceremonial offering of rice by newly-enthroned Emperor). Then, the purpose of this essay is to examine not only the social, religious, and political but also cultural meaning of Shinsen especially in relation to Korea, basically introducing some types and characteristics of Shinsen with its mythological background and historical development. In so doing, I will show the concrete list of items and processes of Shinsen in those rites. For example, the social meaning of Shinsen might be examined in association with agricultural features, ancient dietary life, Japanese food, and its contemporary context etc. Besides, its religious meaning can be mentioned especially from the perspective of divine nature, life and rebirth etc. On the other hand, the politics was in ancient Japan originally called Matsurigoto which means the ancestral rites for gods. This suggests the political meaning of Shinsen that the politics in Japan has originated from Shinsen.

Purpose of this study is to develop the proceeding strategies for establishing of the DMZ World Peace Park in Korea which is one of projects of the Park Geun-hye's Government. We basically dissolute the conflict between the South and North Korea, and we build the atmosphere reconciliations and cooperation between two Koreas, and go forward the peaceful unification. And thus we make ultimately the world peace and establish enduring peace in the Korean Peninsula. Through the analysis the 8 proceeding strategies. Results of this study, I verified possibility of proceeding for establishing of the DMZ World Peace Park, and urgent need of policy development and support by the local governments, and we need to start the project in the South first.

The simulation of the field dynamic soil properties for soil modeling in the centrifuge test is important. In this study, the process of soil modeling based on the shear wave velocity profile is developed. From the resonant column test in each confining pressure, the shear wave velocity profile is expected and the modeling condition is determined by comparing it with that in the field. During the dynamic centrifuge test, the bender element test is performed for measuring the in-flight shear wave velocity profile, and the applicability of the proposed method was verified. This modeling method is applied to the centrifuge test of the Hualien Large-Scale Seismic test.

정보화 사회로 진입함에 따라 전자화 된 정보의 저장 및 관리는 매우 중요한 사안으로 부각되고 있으며 모든 통신기기 및 전산시스템은 365일 가동이 보장되어야 하므로 여러 대의 전원을 병렬 운전하여 신뢰성을 높이고 용량을 증대시키는 방안이 연구되고 있다. 특히, 신뢰성이 요구되는 분야에서는 리던던시(Redundancy) 개념이 중요하게 되어 병렬 운전의 도입이 확산 되고 있다. 현재 새로운 전력 구조는 절연된 컨버터의 평균 전력량을 다운시켜 다수의 전력변환기를 병렬운전 시키는 방향으로 변하고 있으며, 이는 전력변환기의 신뢰성을 증가시키고 예비기기에 대한 부담을 감소시키는 큰 장점을 갖고 있다. 최근에는 이더넷 라이터를 이용하여 부하분담(Load Sharing) 및 핫스왑(Hot-swap)기능을 DC/DC 컨버터에 내장하고 있는 추세이다. 본 연구에서는 7[kW]급 지능형 DC 모듈전원 제어기술 개발에 초점을 두고 최적의 부하분담을 갖는 고성능 전류 제어 알고리즘을 소개하고자 한다.
