The purpose of this study is to verify empirically the causal relationship between service quality, ease of use, customer satisfaction, and repurchase intention of mobile shopping mall. And this study is to investigate the ease of use and customer satisfaction mediating effect of between service quality and repurchase intention. Therefore, 323 university students in Jeonnam area were surveyed and the structural equation model was derived based on previous research. Service quality of mobile shopping mall make a significant effect on using easiness, purchasing satisfaction and repurchase intention. However, among service quality of mobile shopping mall, service scape like mobile interface and site design made a positive effect on purchasing satisfaction, but did not any effect on repurchase intention. In other words, service quality factors that make positive effects on customer's pleasant using and repurchase intention make a positive effect on repurchase intention when providing and using the service customer wants faithfully rather than external part of the site and mutually influencing attitude or behavior well. The implications suggested by this study are as follows. First, service quality of mobile shopping mall makes a significant effect on repurchase intention, so it's necessary to improve CS service system so as to treat customers' inquiries or inconveniences actively during mobile shopping and return and refund of defective products quickly and conveniently. And, in addition to the finally used factors in analysis process, benefits using customers' grade by number of purchases, such as various events, coupons, reserve, etc. and active contents marketing strategies providing more various pleasures and values of shopping are necessary. Second, satisfaction of mobile shopping mall makes a positive effect on repurchase intention, so visiting of site and repurchasing of product are continuously done as customers' satisfaction on shopping mall is increasing. Therefore, shopping mall site requires differentiation of contents, exact plan and practice of service, marketing, etc. so that customers can feel more satisfaction. This study is significant as it systematically analyzed concepts of components that service quality of mobile shopping mall makes an effect on using easiness, purchasing satisfaction, and repurchase intention, verified the relations, systematized it by theoretical structure, and widened the understanding of effects making an effect on repurchase intention.

인터넷 뱅킹은 다른 정보시스템이나 웹기반 시스템에 비해 보안에 대한 우려가 높으면서, 다른 거래자들과의 사용자간 거래가 지원되는 P2P적 요소를 가지고 있다. 따라서 보안우려와 거래파트너는 인터넷 뱅킹 사용에 많은 영향을 주는 중요한 요소로 간주될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 기술수용모형에 보안우려와 거래파트너 영향을 외부변수로 도입한 확장된 기술수용모형을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 기존에 사용하고 있던 유용성 대신에 편리성을 도입하였고 보안우려와 사용용이성 및 사용은 부( )의 관계, 거래파트너 영향과 편리성 및 사용은 정(+)의 관계에 의해 기존의 기술수용모형에 확장하였다. 실증적 검증을 위해 설문조사를 하였고 조사결과는 구조방정식에 의해 분석하여 만족할만한 모형적합도를 얻었고, '보안우려-사용용이성' 관계를 제외한 모든 가설이 채택되었다.

This paper explores the how the disability type, severeness and economic activeness affects marital satisfaction, and seeks to improve marital satisfaction among disabled by clarifying mediating effects of discriminatory experiences in everyday experiences. This research was done with 3,463 married disabled who were prone to everyday discrimination, among whom were enrolled in research database of Employment Development Institute of Korea Employment Promotion Agency for the Disabled. The research showed positive effects between marital satisfaction and everyday discriminatory experience except for unemployed people and severe among all the disabled type (external disability, sensory disability, mental disability, internal disability), disability severeness (severe and light), and economic activeness (paid workers, self-employed, home-worker, unemployed, not economically active). Also, relationship between disability type, severeness, economical activeness and marital satisfaction was partly mediated through everyday discriminatory experiences. Therefore, active movements to reduce everyday discrimination are strongly advised.

본 연구는 기술수용모델(Technology Acceptance Model)을 기반으로 <클림트 인사이드(2017)>전시에서 사용된 <스토클렛 저택의 장식벽화(Stoclet Frieze)> VR 앱에 대한 인지된 유용성(이하 PU)과 인지된 이용용이성(이하 PEOU)의 평가에 초점을 맞추었다. VR 앱의 학습적합성(SFL)이 감상적합성(SFA)보다 높게 평가된 PU의 경우, 학습유용성(UFL)과 감상유용성(UFA)의 모든 요인이 만족도(DOS)에 긍정적인 영향을 미침으로써, 전시환경에서의 VR 앱의 학습에 대한 내적 동기 부여 및 감상 지원에 대한 잠재력이 확인되었다. 또한 PEOU의 모든 요인들은 DOS뿐만 아니라 DOI와도 유의미한 상관관계를 가졌다. 본 연구를 통해 TAM의 PU와 PEOU의 ATUA(DOS 및 DOI) 및 BITUA(ITRA(1) 및 ITRA(2))에 대한 영향력이 검증됨에 따라, 두 변수는 사용자의 VR 앱에 대한 기술 수용에 대한 예측을 가능케 했으며, 결론적으로 예술작품 원작을 재매개한 VR 앱에 대한 평가모델로써 TAM의 적합성이 입증되었다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the current status and problems of the social service delivery system for women in Korea, and to suggest ways to improve its function. The current social service delivery system in the public sector contains a network of services connected with the Division of Women's Welfare in the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare. This study focused on evaluating the function of the public service delivery system from the perspective of the service providers. A survey of 167 civil officers in charge of women's welfare services in the city.county.district administrations, and 202 women's welfare counselors around the country was conducted in order to evaluate their current duties, effectiveness of services, and problems of the current system Six criteria including integration, continuity, accessibility, adequacy, efforts and professionalism were used for evaluating the effectiveness of the social service delivery system for women. According to the survey, the civil officers and women's counselors gave relatively favorable ratings for their job effectiveness and job satisfaction. However, their duties involving guidance and counseling of prostitute women and operation of women's welfare councils received least favorable evaluation. Moreover, in terms for job satisfaction, these service providers were less satisfied with their working conditions than their relationships with clients or colleagues. In addition, budget and personnel shortages were the most serious problems facing the delivery system Further analysis showed that professionalism and accessibility of the service delivery system had positive impact on job effectiveness while efforts, integration, accessibility and adequacy had positive impact on job satisfaction of the service providers. These findings have potential implications for designing more effective social service delivery system for women.

소프트웨어의 측정값에 근거하여 소프트웨어 품질에 관한 의사결정을 할 때, 동치관계의 요구조건인 추이적(transitive) 특성이 항상 만족되는 것은 아니다. 순환수(cyclomatic number)가 거의 비슷한 프로그램에서, 하나의 \"구조적인\" 프로그램 범주에 속하고 또 다른 하나는 \"비구조적인\" 프로그램 범주에 속한다고 명확히 분류할 수 있는가하는 점이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 동치관계보다는 허용적 관계를 만족하는 허용적 러프집합에 근거한 소프트웨어 분류기준을 제시하고자 한다. 분류기준을 생성하기 위한 실험 데이터 집합을 수집하고, 집합 내의 각 원소에 관한 허용적 클래스들을 생성한 후, 각 허용적 클래스들의 중심값을 클러스터링하여 분류기준을 생성한다. 생성된 분류기준을 또 다른 실험 집합에 적용하여 비교 분석한 결과 생성된 분류기준이 타당함을 보여준다.생성된 분류기준이 타당함을 보여준다.

This research seeks to clarify correlationship between satisfaction of visually impaired, hearing impaired and mentally disabled mothers and their burden of raising their children and whether communication between their children mediates their relationship. This research tries to set a standard performing method to alleviate burden of raising children and devise an effective parenting method. The study was done in cooperation with 13 welfare centers for the disabled in the Seoul area, 23 and performed 300 questionnaires were distributed. Hearing impaired person had answered by themselves, and visually impaired were provided with disability aid, by reading the questionnaire to them. 210 responses were collected, and 187 were used for final analysis. Analysis showed that burden of fostering showed a negative correlation between satisfaction as a mother and availability for communication. Moreover, communication with the children were shown to mediate the satisfaction as a parent and burden of raising the children. Thus, the goal is to reduce the burden of fostering for female disabled and increase their satisfaction as a parent as well as enhancing their communicational skills.

Using the TAM, this study investigates the impact of Perceived Usefulness(PU), Perceived Ease of Use(PEOU) of the Animal-Crossing users on game satisfaction(DOS), immersion(DOI), and the relationship between user's attitude and intention through the google online survey. The decorative elements of the game generate a healing effect and more than half of the survey participants share game activities with the online community in terms of PU. In the case of PEOU, the survey participants positively evaluate the technological advancement such as graphics and sounds of the game. In addition, both high degree of satisfaction and immersion in the game have significant correlations with the intention for replaying the game and intention for recommending the game to others.

The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effect of green space satisfaction on the relationship between the perception of air pollution and life satisfaction. To achieve this, the current study employed data from the 2018 Social Survey, and a sample of 37,461 participants was analyzed using moderated multiple regression analysis. Results showed that while greater satisfaction with green spaces improved life satisfaction, a more negative perception of air pollution within the community reduced life satisfaction. It was also found that green space satisfaction moderated the relationship between the perception of air pollution and life satisfaction. In other words, greater satisfaction with green spaces buffered the effect of a negative perception of air pollution on life satisfaction. The results of this study suggest that a green environment should be considered an important resource for preventing reduced life satisfaction, and illustrate that there is a need for developing various strategies for the expansion and improvement of green spaces within communities.
