Displacement Measurement of Structure using Multi-View Camera & Photogrammetry (사진측량법과 다시점 카메라를 이용한 구조물의 변위계측)

  • In this paper, we propose an automatic displacement system for testing stability of structure. Photogrammetry is a method which can measure accurate 3D data from 2D images taken from different locations and which is suitable for analyzing and measuring the displacement of structure. This paper consists of camera calibration, feature extraction using coded target & retro-reflective circle, 3D reconstruction and analyzing accuracy. Multi-view camera which is used for measuring displacement of structure is placed with different location respectively. Camera calibration calculates trifocal tensor from corresponding points in images, from which Euclidean camera is calculated. Especially, in a step of feature extraction, we utilize sub-pixel method and pattern recognition in order to measure the accurate 3D locations.   • Recently, many companies improving their management performance by building a powerful brand value which is recognized for trademark rights. However, as growing up the size of online commerce market, the infringement of trademark rights is increasing. According to various studies and reports, cases of foreign and domestic companies infringing on their trademark rights are increased. As the manpower and the cost required for the protection of trademark are enormous, small and medium enterprises(SMEs) could not conduct preliminary investigations to protect their trademark rights. Besides, due to the trademark image search service does not exist, many domestic companies have a problem that investigating huge amounts of trademarks manually when conducting preliminary investigations to protect their rights of trademark. Therefore, we develop an intelligent similar trademark search model to reduce the manpower and cost for preliminary investigation. To measure the performance of the model which is developed in this study, test data selected by intellectual property experts was used, and the performance of ResNet V1 101 was the highest. The significance of this study is as follows. The experimental results empirically demonstrate that the image classification algorithm shows high performance not only object recognition but also image retrieval. Since the model that developed in this study was learned through actual trademark image data, it is expected that it can be applied in the real industrial environment.

A Study for Generation of Artificial Lunar Topography Image Dataset Using a Deep Learning Based Style Transfer Technique (딥러닝 기반 스타일 변환 기법을 활용한 인공 달 지형 영상 데이터 생성 방안에 관한 연구)

  • The lunar exploration autonomous vehicle operates based on the lunar topography information obtained from real-time image characterization. For highly accurate topography characterization, a large number of training images with various background conditions are required. Since the real lunar topography images are difficult to obtain, it should be helpful to be able to generate mimic lunar image data artificially on the basis of the planetary analogs site images and real lunar images available. In this study, we aim to artificially create lunar topography images by using the location information-based style transfer algorithm known as Wavelet Correct Transform (WCT2). We conducted comparative experiments using lunar analog site images and real lunar topography images taken during China's and America's lunar-exploring projects (i.e., Chang'e and Apollo) to assess the efficacy of our suggested approach. The results show that the proposed techniques can create realistic images, which preserve the topography information of the analog site image while still showing the same condition as an image taken on lunar surface. The proposed algorithm also outperforms a conventional algorithm, Deep Photo Style Transfer (DPST) in terms of temporal and visual aspects. For future work, we intend to use the generated styled image data in combination with real image data for training lunar topography objects to be applied for topographic detection and segmentation. It is expected that this approach can significantly improve the performance of detection and segmentation models on real lunar topography images.

  • Iris diagnosis is an alternative medicine to diagnose the disease of the patient by using different of the iris pattern, color and other characteristics. This paper proposed a disease prediction algorithm that using the iris regions that analyze iris change to using differential image of iris image. this method utilize as patient's health examination according to iris change. Because most of previous studies only find a sign pattern in a iris image, it's not enough to be used for a iris diagnosis system. We're developed an iris diagnosis system based on a iris images processing approach, It's presents the extraction algorithms of 8 major iris signs and correction manually for improving the accuracy of analysis. As a result, PNSR of applied edge detection image is about 132, and pattern matching area recognition presented practical use possibility by automatic diagnostic that presume situation of human body by iris about 91%.

  • With the popularization of PC, SNS and IoT, a lot of data is generated and the amount is increasing exponentially. Artificial neural network learning is a topic that attracts attention in many fields in recent years by using huge amounts of data. Artificial neural network learning has shown tremendous potential in speech recognition and image recognition, and is widely applied to a variety of complex areas such as medical diagnosis, artificial intelligence games, and face recognition. The results of artificial neural networks are accurate enough to surpass real human beings. Despite these many advantages, privacy problems still exist in artificial neural network learning. Learning data for artificial neural network learning includes various information including personal sensitive information, so that privacy can be exposed due to malicious attackers. There is a privacy risk that occurs when an attacker interferes with learning and degrades learning or attacks a model that has completed learning. In this paper, we analyze the attack method of the recently proposed neural network model and its privacy protection method.

  • In this research, the accuracy of YOLO v3 algorithm in object detection during AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) operation was investigated. First of all, AGV with 2D LiDAR and stereo camera was prepared. AGV was driven along the route scanned with SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) using 2D LiDAR while front objects were detected through stereo camera. In order to evaluate the accuracy of YOLO v3 algorithm, recall, AP (Average Precision), and mAP (mean Average Precision) of the algorithm were measured with a degree of machine learning. Experimental results show that mAP, precision, and recall are improved by 10%, 6.8%, and 16.4%, respectively, when YOLO v3 is fitted with 4000 training dataset and 500 testing dataset which were collected through online search and is trained additionally with 1200 dataset collected from the stereo camera on AGV.

  • Road's accidents caused by Ice, snow, Wet of roads surface conditions and weather conditions situations that are constantly occurring. That is, driver's negligence and safe driving ability of individuals due to lack of awareness, and Road management main agent(the government and the public, etc.) due to road conditions, if there is insufficient information. So Related research needs is a trend that is required. In this study, gather Camera(Stereo camera)'s image data, and analysis polarization coefficients and wavelet transform. And unlike traditional single-dimensional classification algorithms as multi-dimensional analysis by using SVM classification techniques, develop an algorithm to determine road conditions. Four on the road conditions (dry, wet, snow, ice) recognition success rate for the detection and analysis of experiments.

  • Recently introduced Mask R - CNN presents a conceptually simple, flexible, general framework for instance segmentation of objects. In this paper, we propose an algorithm for efficiently searching objects of images, while creating a segmentation mask of heat generation part for an instance which is a heating element in a heat sensed image acquired from a thermal infrared camera. This method called a mask R - CNN is an algorithm that extends Faster R - CNN by adding a branch for predicting an object mask in parallel with an existing branch for recognition of a bounding box. The mask R - CNN is added to the high - speed R - CNN which training is easy and fast to execute. Also, it is easy to generalize the mask R - CNN to other tasks. In this research, we propose an infrared image detection algorithm based on R - CNN and detect heating elements which can not be distinguished by RGB images. As a result of the experiment, a heat-generating object which can not be discriminated from Mask R-CNN was detected normally.

  • Can law be combined with television entertainment programs? This paper explores the ways in which law systems and law culture are reflected in and reflect the television legal series. TV legal series, such as legal dramas and infotainment shows, provide platforms for the audiences, who otherwise have few opportunity in real life, to engage with legal systems in societies. Adopting loosely dramatized reality programs, these legal series not only entertain and inform audiences but also educate citizens. This paper combines analyses of theoretical debates on law and television with analysis of TV text. The result shows that , dramatized enactment based on true stories and criminal cases, may have an important ideological role in which fictionalized dramas mask the hard realities and authoritative legal systems. By doing so, TV legal shows play their roles not as mere symbolic representation but as powerful institutions that construct the image of law and reality.
