This study purposes to identify the effects of performance of public health services (PHS) and personal characteristics on community image to public hospitals. The subjects of this study were 33 public hospitals and 1,789 community residents. The data of '2011 Public hospital evaluation programme' were utilized in this study. The personal characteristics consisted of nine items which were gender, age, education, occupation, monthly incomes, medical security, use experience, health state, and location type. The PHS performance consisted of five items which were number of doctors, number of nurses, total number of staff, budget per 1,000 community residents, and amount of activities per 1,000 community residents. The cronbach's alpha of community image instrument was 0.916. As the results of logistic regression, the significant variables of community image, were age (OR=0.34, 95% CI=0.19-0.60), education (OR=3.03, 95% CI=1.60-5.76), use experience (OR=0.57, 95% CI=0.40-0.81), health state (OR=0.69 95% CI=0.49-0.96), location type (OR=2.10, 95% CI=1.11-3.99), and amount of activities per 1,000 community residents (OR=0.58, 95% CI=0.35-0.96). Community image is very important to public hospitals. The workforce and budget related PHS were significantly demanded to improve community image. The Central and Local government should support to public hospitals to perform PHS effectively.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the images of children and adults that is reflected in TV commercial advertisements. For this purpose, 241 public TV advertisements were collected from the domestic ads information sites. The analysis criteria used for this study was the one modified from the ads analysis tool developed by Young-hee Ha(2011). The results showed that the number of ads employing the child model was varied according to the product item. The child model appeared the most in the ads for food/beverage and secondly, the ones for computer/electric home appliances. Furthermore, the child model behaved very similarly to the adults in the ads, especially in the aspect of positive communication. And both adult and a child models tended to have the main role in ads. Regarding the relationships among model characters, cooperative relationship between an adult and a child appeared the most and there were lots of family relationships. The results imply that a child in our society is becoming a considerable family member referred for making decision in purchasing commercial products. In addition, it is discussed that the child's image reflected in the ads would have influence on a child viewer's self image.

In times past, simple numeric password was the commonly used method in security system. For complement this method, the security system using biometric information is appeared. But it usually uses the scheme to utilize portion of biometric information, and has limited application fields. This biometric security system has low reliability because of some problems such as steal, robbery, and so on. Furthermore, it is associated secondary crime as leaking personal information. For this reason new security system using the unique individual biometric is required. In this paper, we propose the security scheme which used face image and iris analysis. While face image processing for specific person identification, it calculate some feature points of face image and iris's features in our proposed scheme. After person identification applying RFID tags in doorway, several feature information is extracted from camera image, and these compare with registered information of our system for final identification.

It may not be strange to anticipate that the forth-coming epoch of electronic government would bring us lots of convenience on account of ubiquitous environment with mobile devices. Such environment enables us to access the up-to-date information anytime and also a worker to carry out administration services to perform one's line of duty at anytime with electronic, handy devices such as PDA. What we now recognize from the field of electronic traffic administration services is that the office work flow as well as the public services has been remarkably improved by using of not only text but video and image information under the distributed, mobile environment. One of key requirements of this kinds of services is the feature of exchanging various information among multiple information publishers and subscribers. We call this feature Messaging Services generally The study in this paper focuses on the architecture design of the Messaging Engine software, complying with the pattern-oriented software architecture design methodology. And our contribution also goes to the discovery of three architecture patterns found in the design process and the efficient multi-threading architecture compared to one of the Messaging Engine solutions.

According to a long-term master plan for the implementing of MOMAF's marine environmental informatization, we have developed marine environment portal web site which consists of 7 main-menu and 39 sub-menu including various types of contents (text, image and multimedia) based on RDBMS. This portal site was opened in Oct., 2002 (http://www.meps.info). Also, for the national institutions' distributed DB which is archived and managed respectively the marine chemical data and biological data, the integrated retrieval system was developed. This system is meaningful for the making collaborative use of real data and could be applied for data mining, marine research, marine environmental GIS and making-decisions.

Internet of things (IoT) is revolutionizing in the patient-Centered medical monitoring and management by authorizing the Smartphone application and data analysis with medical centers. The network connectivity is basic requirement to collect the observed human beings' health information from Smartphone to monitor the health from IoT medical devices in personal healthcare. The IoT environment built in Smartphone is very effective and does not demand infrastructure. This paper presents the smart phone deployed personal IoT architecture for Non-Invasive ECG Capturing. The adaptable IoT medical device cum Gateway is used for personal healthcare with big data storage on cloud configuration. In this approach, the Smartphone camera based imaging technique used to extract the personal ECG waveform and forward it to the cloud based big data storage connectivity using IoT architecture. Elaborated algorithm allows for efficient ECG registration directly from face image captured from Smartphone or Tablet camera. The profound technique may have an exceptional value in monitoring personal healthcare after adequate enhancements are introduced.

Web based instruction (WBI) has been widely used thesedays because the web has various advantages for instruction. However, most of current WBI systems do not support various requirements from students. It is because of the lack of research for structural instruction method. This paper presents a new method of WBI and designs an instruction model to support various requirements from students by implementing dynamic WBI system using JSP to solve current WBI problems. The developed WBI system uses multimedia based instructions. The implemented system focused on the practical instruction by providing the functions of listening, homework, and test on web site. For the similar effects as in the classroom, it supports functions of electronic white board and multimedia data which is consisted of high-quality sound and video data with high degree of compression. Furthermore, the system supports that instructors can design a test using three kinds of basic forms, a multiple-choice test, brief-answer test, essay test, and evaluate the tests easily. It also supports easy management for homework, lecture registration, and many school affairs.

IoT which is the core IT of the 4^th industrial revolution, is providing various services from users in the conversion with other industries. The IoT convergence technology is leading the communication paradigm of communication environment in accordance with the increase of convenience for users. However, it is urgently needed to establish the security measures for the rapidly-developing IoT convergence technology. As IoT is closely related to digital ethics and personal information protection, other industries should establish the measures for coping with threatening elements in accordance with the introduction of IoT. In case when security incidents occur, there could be diverse problems such as information leakage, damage to image, monetary loss, and casualty. Thus, this paper suggests a certificate management technique for safe control over access in IoT-based Cloud convergence environment. This thesis designed the device/user registration, message communication protocol, and device renewal/management technique. On top of performing the analysis on safety in accordance with attack technique and vulnerability, in the results of conducting the evaluation of efficiency compared to the existing PKI-based certificate management technique, it showed about 32% decreased value.

Natural interface is important to select and provide the services in ubiquitous smart space such as u-plant, u-distribution. Augmented Reality(AR) has recently begun to receive attention as a realization tool for natural interface. AR provides virtual object on real environment and it differs from virtual reality. When AR is used, it has advantage to provide information intuitively and collaboratively. However AR is rarely used in e-commerce domain of ubiquitous smart space, and it has limitation which predefined information and services provide in a static manner. Hence, the purpose of this paper is to propose a methodology of AR based e-commerce which provides personalized association service by considering user's dynamic context. To do so, association algorithm is developed based on Rescorla-Wagner model and Galton's free association test.

본 논문에서는 한국형 스마트 앱 저작도구로 미국, 일본, 한국에서 세계특허를 획득한 원더풀소프트의 M-Bizmaker를 이용하여 식품영양학과와 비서행정과 등 비전공자 회사원과 학생이 협력하는 관계에서도 중급수준의 비즈니스 앱 개발이 단기간에 가능하며 최고의 효율성을 검증할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 즉 저작도구인 M-Bizmaker를 이용하면 초중고, 대학, 일반인까지 모든 계층에서 초단기 1일 교육을 통하여 개인의 아이디어와 개성을 살린 앱을 제작할 수 있다는 결론을 도출하였다. 비전공자들이 제작한 스마트 앱의 수준은 본문에서 설명한 것 같이 단체의 일반홍보, 식단관리, 그래프를 이용한 취업현황, 구글맵 연계 주소 관리, 자동전화걸기, 사진 등의 이미지 관리, 친구 찾기와 같이 구성원을 등록하여 용이하게 관리할 수 있고, 설문조사도 쉽게 할 수 있다. 현재 세계 모바일 시장은 애플, 구글 등 미국시장이 세계시장을 선도하고 있는 상황으로 구글의 앱인벤터, 애플의 앱쿠커 등의 저작도구가 베타버젼으로 존재하지만 세계특허 수준의 한국형 저작도구인 비즈니스용 전문개발인 M-Bizmaker와는 기술수준에서 많은 격차가 존재하므로 국가적 차원에서 앱 저작도구 기술개발 인력 양성에 투자한다면 다가오는 미래에는 우리나라가 세계시장을 선도할 수 있을 것이라 사려 된다.
