E-learning is cyber-education that gives open education to everyone by providing various contents through Internet and IT technologies, and it has been spreading rapidly. In this paper, we describes an effective prototype design scheme for establishing e-Learning center, centered on the case of A University, in order to overcome a lot of shortcomings related to cyber-education and to settle down efficient and systematic on-line realtime cyber education. For this purpose, we first analyzed the current status concerning e-Learning at A University. Learners and lecturers then participated in a survey so that we could find some problems on current e-Learning and prepare their solutions. We finally designed e-Learning center prototypes, and selected the prototype 2 as a best one and designed it in more details. The prototype made in this paper would be very useful to other institutes who want to establish a new e-Learning center.

Purpose As part of ongoing efforts to improve the current e-learning center, a survey was conducted regarding user experience and satisfaction to identify areas of improvement. Materials and Methods Radiologists (n = 454/617) and radiology residents (n = 163/617) of the Korean Society of Radiology were asked to answer a survey via email. The questionnaire asked for basic user information as well as user experiences relating to the e-learning center, such as workplace, frequency of use, overall satisfaction levels, reasons for satisfaction or dissatisfaction, and other suggestions for improvement. Results Annual members and all members of the e-learning center reported above average satisfaction levels of 67% and 42%, respectively. Approximately 30% of respondents viewed e-learning center lectures more than 5 times a month, with residents having a particularly high usage frequency. There was a high demand for additional lectures covering more diverse specialties (e-learning for annual members only: n = 28/97, e-learning for all members: n = 72/166), a smoother and more convenient searching platform/interface (n = 37/97 and n = 58/166, respectively), and regular content updates. In addition, many of the members suggested the addition of user-friendly functions such as playback speed control, a way to save viewing history, as well as requests for improved system stability. Conclusion Based on survey results, the educational committee plans to continue its efforts to improve the e-learning center by increasing the quality and quantity of available lectures, and increasing technical support to improve the stability and convenience of the e-learning digital system.

딥러닝에 대한 관심이 증가함에 따라 다양한 분야의 연구자 사이에 딥러닝 모델의 적용 및 재현이 중요한 작업으로 자리잡았다. 하지만 모델을 재현하고 활용하는데 있어 다양한 환경과 자원의 한계가 발생하여 문제가 되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 국가연구데이터커먼즈체계인 KRDC 프레임워크를 활용하여 딥러닝 학습 모델의 재현 방안을 제안하였다. 이를 통해 딥러닝 연구에 익숙하지 않은 사용자도 학습 모델의 적용 및 활용을 용이하게 할 수 있음을 확인하였다. KRDC 프레임워크는 사용자가 원하는 데이터와 태스크를 정의하고, 워크플로우로 구성, 학습 모델의 재현 및 활용을 지원한다.

The web services of the CTLs(Center for Teaching and Learning) of 30 well known Korean and foreign universities have been evaluated in the present study. The CTLs of renowned foreign universities surpass Korean CTLs in terms of manpower. Nevertheless, the web services of the renowned Korean universities' are in no way inferior to those of the foreign CTLs surveyed in the present study. We found some web services to be desired and suggested a more system oriented web service function model.

초중고 등 가장 기본적인 공교육에서부터 기업에서 이뤄지는 직능 교육에 이르기까지 굳이 교육에 대한 중요성을 일일이 열거하지 않더라도 이 미교육은일상생활깊숙이자리잡고있다. 이러상황에서최근몇년간기존오프라인교육에서벗어나새로운온라인교육방식, e러닝에대한관 심과투자가이뤄졌다. 하지만e러닝은거대해보이는시장규모와는달리정작업체들의영세성, 가격경쟁, e러닝에대한사용자인식부족등이 복합적으로어우러져시장성장이더디게이뤄졌다. 최근들어기존의문제점을하나하나풀어나가며새로운중흥기를맞고있는e러닝의시장현 황과표준화동향에대해서살펴본다.

최근 스마트기기가 널리 보급되고 소셜네트워크 서비스가 확산되면서, 스마트 기기 및 소셜미디어를 활용함으로서 학습에서 상호작용을 극대화한 교육환경으로 스마트러닝이 크게 부각되고 있다. 그리고 스마트러닝 콘텐츠 및 환경의 확산으로 PC 위주에서 스마트폰 등으로 이러닝 콘텐츠의 사용환경이 확장됨에 따라 콘텐츠 저작의 경제성과 효율성 등을 고려하게 되었으며, 하나의 콘텐츠를 다양한 환경에서 활용 가능하도록 하고 있다. 그러나 기존 PC기반의 콘텐츠를 스마트기기에 적용함에 있어 여러 가지 문제가 발생하는데 이 문제들을 해결하는 방안으로 먼저 콘텐츠에 대한 표준화가 중요한 요소로 작용한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전자책 표준화를 활용한 효율적인 스마트러닝 기법을 제시하고자 한다.

사용자에게 맞춘 개인화된 제품과 서비스를 제공하는 기술의 발전으로 개인화의 수요는 점점 늘어날 것으로 전망하고 있다. 또한 개인 맞춤형으로 전문 스포츠 선수화, 족부 장애우를 위한 정형 제화 등 전문적인 기능 중심의 개인화나 패션을 위한 스타일 중심의 개인화 등 개인 맞춤 제작 신발을 제작할 때 기존의 아날로그적인 방식으로 발 변인을 측정했을 때 각 변인에 대해 기준점이 명확하지 않아서 재현성이 떨어진다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 자를 이용해 간단히 측정 가능한 기본적인 발 변인 이용하여 다른 변인들을 학습하고 딥러닝을 이용해 추정하는 방법에 대해 서술한다. 이를 위해 20개의 발 변인을 휙득 하였고 그 중 6개의 기본적인 발 변인을 이용해 14개 변인을적합 방지를 위해 Dorpout을 적용해 학습하고 학습한 데이터를 이용해 학습하지 않은 데이터를 테스트해 각 변인별 결과를 보여준다.

가상/증강현실로 대표되는 공간정보 기반 실감형 콘텐츠에 대한 관심이 증대되면서 객체인식 등의 지능형 공간인지 기술에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 특히 HMD등의 영상 시각화 장치의 발달 및 5G 통신기술의 출현으로 인해 실시간 대용량 영상정보의 송, 수신 및 가시화 처리 기술의 기반이 구축됨에 따라, $360^{\circ}$ 스트리밍 영상정보 처리와 같은 고자유도 콘텐츠를 위한 관련 연구의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 하지만 지능형 영상정보 처리의 대표적 연구인 딥 러닝(Deep Learning) 기반 객체 인식 기술의 경우 대부분 일반적인 평면 영상(Planar Image)에 대한 처리를 다루고 있고, 파노라마 영상(Panorama Image) 특히, $360^{\circ}$ 스트리밍 영상 처리를 위한 연구는 미비한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 딥 러닝을 이용하여 $360^{\circ}$ 스트리밍 영상에서의 객체인식 연구 방법에 대해 서술한다. 이를 위해 $360^{\circ}$ 카메라 영상에서 딥 러닝을 위한 학습 데이터를 획득하고, 실시간 객체 인식이 가능한 YOLO(You Only Look Once)기법을 이용하여 학습을 한다. 실험 결과에서는 학습 데이터를 이용하여 $360^{\circ}$영상에서 객체 인식 결과와, 학습 횟수에 따른 객체 인식에 대한 결과를 보여준다.

We made a research on web service of famous Korean and foreign universities' CTLs(Center for Teaching and Learning). Foreign CTLs of famous universities surpass Korean CTLs in manpower. However, the web services of Korean famous universities' CTLs are never inferior to those of foreign famous universities' CTLs. Web services of Korean famous universities' CTLs, which provide application forms and participants' boards are more system oriented than those of foreign CTLs of famous universities.

The purpose of this work is to analyze successful business strategy of Daekyo Noonnoppi. Daekyo Noonnoppi, a franchise company of educational service, activated education business by establishing new way of providing education opportunity: self-directed learning center. They introduced not only the concept of learning center but also sustainable business strategies, which leads to remarkable success in the education business field. Daekyo Noonnoppi deployed three managerial concepts for study achievement: goal management, study management, and environment management. This Franchise company has three advantages of its success: Goal, Study and environment management: First, the goal management helps students to develop self-directed attitudes by making(appropriate) atmosphere which is able to build study goal and plan. In addition, this company provides information to their students to searches ways of study through the test reflecting their tendency. Furthermore, this company offers a variety of events for motivating study. Second, study management is helpful for students to develop holistic fundamental knowledge through its textbooks of this company and provides solutions and time management for study through 1 on 1 study advice. Third, environment management is used to making atmosphere to develop self-directed learning way for its students and provides spaces for students equipped with multimedia systems and cyber learning infrastructures.
